The last two times I have been here have not been pleasant experiences. The first time I came in for a tire with a slow leak which they fixed for $45. Within that next week, I noticed the tire starting to lose pressure slowly. I brought it back about a little over a week later and was told they found a nail and it was not fixable. I purchased a new tire and explained upon pickup this is the same tire that was repaired a week ago so it can t be a coincidence that I just happened to get a nail in the exact same tire within a week and it started losing pressure the exact same way. The manager asked, what would you like us to do about it? I said I believe I should not have to pay for the repair since it was not actually repaired. He then gave me a discount a little under what I paid to have the tire repaired the first time.Next time, I had my car towed to Mr. Tire late at night for a flat I got when I hit a pothole. I was told on the phone the tire was not repairable so I purchased a new tire that would be in the next day. I also added on a 4 wheel balance and alignment since it was recommended last time due to uneven wear on the tires. Over the phone, we also specifically discussed putting the two newest tires on the front. Upon pick up, the tires were not switched as we discussed so I was inconvenienced and had to leave it and come back in an hour.When I came to pick it up, only the newest tire was moved to the front. They checked the tires and agreed it wasn t done as agreed. My wife and I were inconvenienced once again and since I could not wait for the car, I had to go back the following day.After asking, I was given another small discount for the inconvenience. But that s not all, their printer was supposedly broken and they could not print out a report on the wheel alignment. If it weren t for past incompetence, I wouldn t have even questioned the alignment job nor requested a print out. Now, I will always wonder if the $150 alignment was done correctly!I am someone who gives the benefit of the doubt and rarely ask for discounts. However, the fact that they did not immediately offer me a discount due to all the inconveniences and bad experience is such bad practice. I did end up asking for $ off because my negative experience certainly warranted some sort of discount. Overall, my wife and I were highly inconvenienced multiple times in a two day period and I will certainly not be using their services again. Proceed with caution!

Left a year ago because of poor customer service after coming to this location for every vehicle I've ever had. I returned today and I'm happy to say that it has been a delightful experience coming again and the 2 guys working were a real Pleasure. Thank you so much!!

I went in with a persistently leaky tire, which was repaired at no cost because I d previously purchased tires here. No one tried to sell me tires I don t need. In fact, the manager said my tires are in excellent condition. I didn t have an appointment, but I was out of there fairly quickly. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Car had surprise engine trouble so I just pulled in unannounced. Todd fit me in the schedule, got all the assorted necessary repairs completed and I now have a happy running little car again! Thanks Todd and the Mr Tire mechanics!!

Greg provided excellent service today. We came in for new tires, but he was honest and told us our tires were new and did not need replacement, saving us so much money!! We were also happy with the excellent service provided on the other necessary repairs to our vehicle today.

I brought my van to Mr Tire for a tire replacement, a tire repair, replacement of my rear blinker as well as a tire replacement. They replaced my tire and said they couldn't find the leak in the other tire and charged me for that service. They said they rotated my tires and charged me for it and they didn't fix the blinker. Well a couple day go by my tire that didn't have a leak is flat, I fixed my own blinker and also realize the new tire and the tire that goes flat are in the same place and were never rotated. I took the van back the assistant manager on duty apologized and ask three mechanic to fix the tire and rotate the tires that I already paid to have done.The van comes back out and the so called mechanic only rotate half the tires. I called them out on it and the assistant manager let the so called mechanic argue with me on how he didn't do his job even though I could prove the fact that he didn't and then treated me like I was wrong for questioning the integrity of the mechanic and assistant manager. They are the ones that charged me for service they didn't perform not once but twice. That is considered stealing.

Mr. Tire, of Oaklyn, solved my issue with professional service, excellent pricing, and in a timely manner. They had the required parts on hand. I want to thank all who were involved, today. I will always return to this store!

I came in for a wheel alignment and was charged $152.00 and left with my car not aligned. My car is now pulling worse than before and I have to take it somewhere else.

Horrible company. Took parts off my car and didn t replace. The manager is very disrespectful and rude. If you go there they will charge you more. Please beware.

Super quick service, very informative and helpful, nice selection of products and services available. I requested a new tire since mine had already been patched. They had my size in stock, inspected my vehicle. My first time here, very pleased with outcome. Highly recommended!

The employee Jim was extremely professional, polite and explained what happened to my tire. I had a new tire replaced and out ths door in 30 minutes ! Great service at Oaklyn location.

Horrible communication. Made an appointment online for a quick job. Dropped off 30 minutes early. Called 4 hours after scheduled time to find out that my vehicle hadn t even been looked at yet. They had my phone number and email but didn t even reach out. Wasted my entire day. The guys that worked there seem like good people, if they called and said we need to push it a week or reached out at all I probably wouldn t even have cared.

This shop is dishonest and negligent. They put on what they said were two "new" tires that I later discovered had Fix A Flat sprayed all inside of them, which damaged the TPMS sensor and caused severe imbalance while driving. Picture is attached.I dropped my car off after a flat on Saturday April 30. They put on what they said were two "new" Goodyear tires along with an alignment and tpms sensor replacement/reset. The total bill was $750. When I picked up the car, the manager was passed out asleep at the counter. After knocking on the counter several times, I woke him up and showed him the tpms light was still on. He said it would go off. It never did and the car was vibrating; which meant they didn't balance the tires correctly.I dropped the car off at Bergen Tire in Mahwah on Monday May 2 - an authorized Goodyear dealer - who discovered the "new" tires had Fix A Flat sprayed all inside of them which damaged the new TPMS sensor, along with causing the imbalance. I informed the manager at Mr. Tire and sent the documentation and pictures. I was irate that they would allow allow this to happen.I requested a refund of $191 for the damaged TPMS sensor, along with the cost of having to get the tires cleaned out and rebalanced. I demanded a discount off the tires which cost $169 each, given I paid full price for tires that were corrupted and covered in Fix A Flat. I also requested a refund of the installation/balancing as this was done recklessly and incorrectly. I was told I have to go to corporate, which I have done already, and I have yet to be refunded. I put a hold on the credit payment and refuse to pay the full cost of what they charged me.The technician had to have known of the issue, yet still used these tires and allowed me to drive away with the vehicle. It seems like they simply tried to take advantage of me since I was in a jam and needed new tires that same day.

Oil change was affordable and quick. Called the day of and was in and out in an hour! Team was professional and waiting area was accommodating.

Went in for a leaky tire repair, they told me I needed 2 new tires and my struts replaced immediately. Without an estimate for costs they wanted me to do it now. Got a second opinion and is not an immediate repair. They supposedly fixed the leaky toe but it still leaks the same. They also wanted me to replace my tires with top of the line, my car is 10 years old. Do not feel this place is trustworthy, would not recommend at all.

Nail in tire.Came in yesterday as a walk-in, and they told me that they could *try* to get to it hat day but that they may not be able to as they were super busy. I appreciated their honesty and, as recommended, came back the next day (Today- Sunday) and they were able to help me out. These guys are honest - they could've totally sold me more than what I needed.I will definitely come back the next time I have a nail in my tire :)

I knew I should have stayed away from this store when the manager Greg yelled at my brother for using one of their coupons. Went in for a tire patch. They had me sign for the charges but never showed me any itemized bill until I received the receipt for the job. They charged me for additional sensors that I did not ask for nor need which doubled my bill. Questioned them about it and they said its their policy, then they said its in my user manual which is untrue. Every time I go in there I always have an issue. Never again.

Had a tire losing air, needed somewhere local to take it, I called, and they told me they could patch it right away. Brought it in waited 20 to 30 min and they were done. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Would go again and highly recommend.

This review is just being honest but idk how they have good stars .. went for a wheel aliment on a sunday ... took the car early morninso around 11am. They closed at 5 and thats when i got the car back but ig they rushed to do my car and didnt see if its actually straight, the person gave me the keys. Let me pay then leave. I went down the road and realized it and turned right back around to take it back. He told me to come in on monday at 5 to get fixed for free ofc and it was quick in and out. Drove the car again aftrr and it was still a tad bit off... wont come here again but price for the wheel aliment was $105. Overall seems like they rush to get out and go home. Picture posted was the car after the first aliment, it used to be towards the right then when i got it it was towards the left to drive straight.

I brought my car in to check a low tire and learned there was a nail in not one, but two of my tires. Todd at the Oaklyn, NJ location was extremely helpful. I was rushed and stressed and he took care of my tires quickly and got me back on the road to meet my deadline to pick up my kids from school. Service was quick and efficient and Todd was extremely personable and calm as I was pretty frazzled.

I visited for a work related service request. This team is has convinced me to visit for my personal vehicle concerns as well because of the friendly staf, professional service. They are very efficient and provided timely service. I recommend this mr tire location because they make customer satisfaction a big priority.
