This was my first time at Mavis Discount Tire (Oakhurst location) and it was a great experience! Roger and Rob were very helpful explaining which tires would be best for me and the options I had depending on my price point. I d recommend their services (brakes, alignment, tires, and more) to anyone in the area that needs it! They even checked the brakes just in case which was very thoughtful! 4 new tires at a great price and with a friendly experience :)

My husband and I have been coming to this Mavis for about 2 years now. The staff is always very inviting & knowledgeable. I have a great experience every time. The staff always explains everything and really makes you feel like they have your best interest at heart. They are helpful and don t try to pressure you. Thank you, Mavis of Ocean!

Popped in without an appointment for an oil change with hopes that they might be able to also replace my blinker bulb. The gentleman at the desk was cordial & professional.They had to order the bulb , but the entire service was completed rather quickly & efficiently. Upon pickup, another gent at the desk was helpful & friendly. It d been a while since I d been here, but I was happy to see new smiling faces; I will return !

I ve been going to Mavis for a few years. Today, I was in a time crunch and walked in without an appointment. Rodger, was the gentleman that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to take my car in for service right away. He exceeded all my expectations and addressed all issues with my vehicle. I highly recommend!

The customers service here is phenomenal, Mike was super nice and sweet and went into detail about what was going on with my car. Ensured me every little detail. I was able to come in and get my car checked the day of. I recommend getting the Insurance on the tires, it is worth it, they took my car in and had me in and out so quick. I was recommended by a friend to come here and I don t regret it not once.

We've been coming here for years and the staff are always great. They're friendly, straightforward, and go through all of your options with you so you can make the best decision you can for your specific situation. They give you a price and time estimate upfront so you can make that decision accordingly, and if anything changes, they'll let you know as soon as it happens. (And if you're lucky, they might be playing the Super Mario Bros. Super Show! in the waiting area.)

These guys are wonderful. I was in crisis mode due to a flat tire while my fianc� was away. They were super nice and able to help me out just before closing. 100% recommend using them!

Great honest mechanics and great prices. The customer service is amazing and the wait time wasn t long at all. The manager Roger was very honest, helpful, and funny! Definitely recommend!!!

Great Service. Would recommend highly. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. They communicated the issue with my tire clearly and made the repairs in a timely fashion. Don t waste you time with any other tire shop. Go here if you want it done right!

What a great find!!! I had a brake issue that created a loud thumping sound. Because of their reviews I called Mavis and spoke with Rob & Mike who were both friendly and professional. Patient and listened to my problem. They took me in right away and diagnosed the problem. I spoke with Nelson who worked on my car and he was able to fix a simple problem right away! I trust this operation and feel genuinely taken care of. I'll be returning back to them when I'm ready to buy new tires as well.

it was a great experience going to mavis I was in and I was out Mike and Rob and Rodger are the best they came out to my car to greet me. They went into detail and listened to my needs what I wanted. again thanks guys I would definitely recommend Mavis for a fast and friendly service

Could not recommend Mavis more. Great customer service and affordable prices. They were able to squeeze me in and fix up my tire quickly at that. Very helpful and kind people who assisted me making this an overall great experience.

Upon Arrival there was a need for new tires Rob greeted me with a postive professional attitude, provided me with amazing service.Suggested a set of tires for my Jeep grand wagoner with a great price . His staff took over with great professionalism and checked out every detailed. Extremely happy highly recommended

Mike & Roger helped us out so much here at Oakhurst Mavis! We needed our tire fixed and we needed help and we kept getting tossed around because no one could help. We pulled into the Oakhurst Mavis location , and Mike & Roger were so patient and explained in detail what happened and not only fixed the problem but offered to help us get in contact with some higher ups!Will deff be coming to this location ONLY from now on!Thanks again guys!

I came to Mavis because I had a huge nail stuck in my tire and they took me right away. They were so accommodating especially because I had my 3 children with me. Terrance and Mike were so kind and thoughtful. They helped me with my children and explained the process to me in a very professional way. It took about 25/30 minutes for everything to be done and it felt a lot less. So happy I came to this place, had a great experience! Thank you guys so much! And thanks especially to those who actually fixed the tire!

Great service, cool people! Nail in my tire was going to mess up my holiday, but they took care of it quickly, efficiently and courteously. And they aren't fake like a lot of auto center people I've met. They put in the extra effort to help their customers. It was pretty awesome.

Went in for two new tires, or At least that's what I thought! Thankfully. RogerThe manager was so helpful and informative and saved me from making a bad decision since the other two tires were in a bad shape as well but only can be detected by a trained experienced eye and just like that I was sold and now i drive my car with confidence and feel safe on the road. Thank you to everyone at this location for making the process as smooth as possible

These guys are honest. Let s face it, a lot of tire shops aren t and will tell everyone their flat is not fixable making easy money. These guys took care of me and many others walking in. If your tire is not fixable bet they re being honest with you.
