Accident: Rear ended on September 5, 2023There is a QUALITY CONTROL problem at this facility.It started out good, I received texts and phone calls to keep me updated. When I was informed the car (2014 Toyota Avalon) was ready for pick up (9-20-2023) a few days earlier than previously scheduled I was excited. That excitement quickly turned into a nightmare. First, the trunk liner was not replaced properly, it was sagging I had to bring it to their attention they snapped it back in place. Also, the interior was very dusty, and didn t even wipe down the interior even though the insurance paid for cleaning. To be fair, after I complained about the interior the manager apologized and offered a detailed cleaning, but I would have to bring the car back, I don t live close by.(9-21-2023) Second drama, I noticed the rear light was cracked, so I notified them with pictures the same day. They promised to notify me when they get the replacement light.(10-26-2023) Light replaced, before I left, I notice the replacement light was broken, they removed it and had to return/order a new one. Oh, they did clean the dashboard and windshield because I complained my car was not cleaned previously (note: because my car was painted It was advised not to take it to the car wash)(11-2-2023) Finally, the light was replaced. They offered no apology, and the manager was very cold, as if I created this mess!! To add, I have a disability and going through this in addition to my injuries was NOT easy.

They are extremely attentive, organized and kind! Alisa gave amazing updates and often. It was reassuring to know my car would be repaired in time. She definitely made me feel confident in the repairs with her responsiveness. Thankful to have my car back! Thank you.

My experience with Parkway was nothing short of stellar. The service and repairs were exceptional, and my car drives good as new! More importantly, though, they are quick to ownership of ANY problem or issue that may arise, resolve it, and in my case personally deliver what I needed within a day of making the issue known. That service is rare, and I will forever come back to Parkway after that quality response!In all, 10/10 service - I cannot recommend higher!

The service and professionalism at Parkway Auto Body is top notch! Huge shout out to Donna and Adolfo for handling the communication with my insurance company, finishing repairs way quicker than the estimated timeframe and making the entire experience seamless on my end!!If you want reliable repairs with a headache free transaction Parkway is the way to go!!

As I ve stated previously, I m new to Rutherford. Unfortunately, I had an accident with my car. Fortunately, the preferred body shop for my insurance company is Parkway Auto Body, in Nutley. I can t say enough good things about this place. From Denise and Carissa at the front desk to the estimators and the auto body guys all are exceptional. My car was repaired in a number of days sooner than anticipated. Additionally, they work with Enterprise Car Rental, for a seamless experience. They picked me up at the auto body and brought me to the rental office. And I was able to leave the rental at the auto body, when my car was finished. I highly recommend both of them.

This shop failed to fix my tail lights and front lights after they fixed the bodywork of my car. On my first return to the shop, they temporarily fixed the wirings but eventually the lights went out again. On my second visit, another technician told me they can't help me with restoring the tail lights because my car's wirings must've been messed up from a previous accident and that I should see a mechanic. I had no choice but to see a personal mechanic, paid my personal mechanic out of pocket and got the tail lights, front lights, and rear bumper rattles resolved.In addition, the front desk lacks customer service. Denise should be more polite to customers both in-person and on the phone.I hope this shop improves in both quality and customer service.

Parkway Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car. The clear/top coat was peeling on my 12 year-old Lexus; it wasn t covered by insurance and past its 10 year warranty. This is not supposed to happen though, nor is it normal wear and tear, but the original car dealership wouldn t have anything to do with it. Needless to say I felt hopeless until I brought it here. They gave me a competitive and fair quote, along with very high quality workmanship. I cannot tell the difference where the damage was before versus the other parts of my vehicle that wasn t touched.I took my car in on Tuesday and it was ready by Saturday; my baby looks amazing! The paint job is also covered for the life of my car. Thank You to Jay, Alisa and Bonnie for their excellent customer service! They do detailing here too so I m looking forward to coming back for the recommended care so that my car exterior stays in good shape. Highly Recommended!

So far, the process to drop off my car has been great (Dec 2023). They're polite and have answered our questions. We'll see how the final result is. I'll update this post once I have the car back.

Wish there was a zero star option. Went in for my appointment for an estimate, person on phone told us no paperwork just to show up and they would do an estimate of damage right on the spot. Ms. Denise Lombardo hands us paperwork and asks for signatures. We tell her we weren t supposed to sign anything, she tells us why we are here and tells us there is no one there to make the estimate and that we have to make an appointment. We tried explaining that we did in fact have an appointment. Denise, unprovoked, starts telling us in a very rude manner that we cannot be helped because we do not have an appointment (she has our information already on file when she printed out the paperwork) and how could we drop a car off for an estimate when they don t do that, as we further attempted to explain that the person we spoke to with on the phone said we would get an estimate if we dropped the car off she insisted that she would not help us because there was no one to give the estimate, they don t do drop offs for estimates and that we didn t know what we were talking about. Very unprofessional, I hope Denise Lombardo is TERMINATED, so no one else will have to endure her nasty attitude, thank god we had the patience we did because anyone else would have been gravely offended as we were. I must repeat that her attitude was unprovoked and it is a cruel joke that she has a position as a Customer Care Representative. There was no mercy, she let us have it.

It took a long time to get the parts, the repair of the car was fast, but they made a mistake putting the symbols of the vehicle.I had to visit the workshop several times, and it seems that it is uncomfortable for the receptionist if you don't know how to speak English.They didn't put the Toyota symbol on me, so I had to go back, because they put the wrong ones.They didn't call me to inform me that I could take the car back to put the symbols on it, if it's not because I call, I don't even know.

While the receptionists and the gentleman who quoted my repair work job were very nice and welcoming, the quoted price for the service I needed was outrageously high and I immediately felt like I was trying to be taken. It was truly a minor problem and i was quoted $1,250 to do the job by them. And $888 for slightly less of a job which didn't include painting. I went to another very reputable auto body shop less then a mile away and had the job done for $40 and it looks like new. (The car is only 3 weeks old) My advice is to be aware of your options before committing to work being done. Not only there, but anywhere. Before and after pics attached of the damage and repaired work elsewhere. (Adjusted my review after thinking further about the fact the the gentleman was in fact very nice and realized it's not his personal pricing but rather that of the company he works for.)

I used Parkway Auto Body on 2 occasions and both experiences were exceptional, especially Adolfo and Alisa! Both were very attentive and professional - made the process extremely easy. They took care of everything from start to finish - the best part is that they dealt directly with the insurance and took care of picking up and dropping off our car rental which made the process super convenient for us! This is the second time I have used them and once again they did an amazing job.Great customer service! They even work with a car rental service to make it easier for you. I was able to pick up and drop off my car rental right there. That was a bonus! Everyone there was very pleasant to work with. They kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the process.Now my truck looks brand new again! I highly recommend them. Awesome service all around!

Parkway Auto was great and there when we needed them. Our car was on the tail end of a hit and run and needed two new doors. They got us in asap and were done super quickly. They were friendly the whole time and treated me and my husband well. I just would like to thank Elise so much for her assistant. She went over and beyond in helping me with my situation, keeping me updated with the arrival of my parts and arranging my rental car situation which would have cost me more out of pocket money if not for her willingness to assist. The company that towed my car held on to it longer than they should. When Denise was made aware of it, She Jumped right on it, retrieved my vehicle and made sure that part of the process went smooth. She was absolutely amazing... She took care of me very well and made me feel comfortable with my car being in her companies possession.... I would highly recommend this place to service your auto needs....

Alisa & Parkway Auto were absolutely the BEST! From start to finish they were very detail orientated with my case. She kept us very informed every step of the way. The car looks better than NEW! You can t tell it was ever involved in an accident. Paint matches perfectly & car was returned in prestige condition. Reception, planning and timing were perfect. I got messages well in advance to update parts arrival and delivery of our car to save from rent. That was really good. However, When I went to the service to pick up my car, hud was not aligned and the plate was not fixed on the front bumper. They did so quickly but the supervisor, I don t know who he was, behaved as if all those remedies were my fault. It was disgusting. I said twice, to assessment guy when I first visited and the lady at the reception while leaving the car. Even though I haven t said, there is a plate in front of windshield and you replaced bumper! At least you may ask. It s annoying

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot recommend Parkway enough, I tell everyone I know to work with them for any car repairs. This is the second time I've brought my car to them from getting involved in an accident. The front desk is fantastic, especially Bonnie - Before processing any paperwork, she always asks you if you're OK from the accident. I swear the engineers work magic...I've provided pictures below, it looks like I never even got into an accident. I feel as though I have a brand new car - They meticulously cleaned my vehicle on the outside and inside. They completed the job in less than 10 business days - They partner with Enterprise, so I was able to leave my rental at the body shop - Super convenient! I could not ask for better service. Thank you Parkway, so much!!

This Auto Body Shop is the best out there. I've been through a few and it wasn't until I started coming to Parkway Auto that I felt safe to leave my car. This shop is professional, clean, and they do great work. They fixed my car and restored it back to its brand new condition. Alisa Schaefer is a worker there that handled my repairs with the insurance company and she is wonderful, professional and she's great at what she does. This is by FAR the BEST place to use for any vehicle workThe Staff is Honest, Knowledgeable, SUPER helpful and they give accurate estimates. They finished my job way faster that I would have ever expected and I got back a super clean vehicle.I always appreciate professional people with a sense of humor who make you know how much they care about you and the job that you have entrusted to them to complete..
