Our experience at Nutley Auto Kia was nothing short of excellent! The team there went through great lengths to help lower prices and ensure our car purchase worked within our budget. Nick and Matt greatly helped us and didn't try to sell us on anything and provided all costs upfront. They were very transparent throughout the entire process. We highly recommend!

Look for Mr Ray! Raymond made buying my 1st car an easy breezy experience. He took us for a test drive telling all the details of the car. Paper work as a breeze thanks to Ray n his team. Everyone was super helpful!

Nutley Kia is a great dealership! I recently purchased a 2024 Sportage from there, and my experience was top-notch. My sales representative, Maria, was incredibly helpful and kind. She took the time to answer all of my questions and help me find the perfect car for my needs. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I always felt like I was in good hands.The dealership itself looks cozy but is also very impressive. It's clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.Overall, I highly recommend Nutley Kia to anyone looking for a new car. It's a great dealership with a great staff.

They took their time and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable with my 2024 Sorento purchase. Very satisfied with the service at Kia Nutley. Everyone one was very helpful. Antonio took good care of me and took his time to explain all my questions. Matthew the sale manager also was very attentive and help me return my other lease car to the nissan dealership. Love my car and love the dealership. Ill recommend this place if you need to lease or but a car.

What an amazing dealership, feels like a mom and pop shop! So simple and hassle free- from beginning to end. After looking around at multiple dealerships, I am so happy I landed a deal here. We had a great experience leasing two cars with Kia Nutley. Maria is fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and has a great personality. I was happy to have a female dealer in a business heavily dominated by men. The experience felt easy and not pushing. I highly recommend talking to her! Also, cheers to the manager, Matt, who helped us close the deal and get both cars in the color we wanted and our target price. Very satisfied!

Antonio was my car sales men, he made me feel comfortable and at home. He s a good listener and made me feel like I was heard. Although I was a slightly difficult customer, he was still happy to accommodate and had everything adjusted for me before I came into the dealership. I ll definitely come back again to purchase another vehicle.

We had the pleasure of using Nutley Kia for the purchase of our new Telluride. Our biggest takeaway from our experience is how friendly everyone was. From the moment we stepped onto the lot we were greeted warmly by all of the staff we came across. Maria was an incredible sales associate. She was friendly, knowledgeable and detailed orientated and kept us up to date with regular check ins while we waited on the vehicle build. As you may already know, buying a car can be very stressful. Nutley Auto Kia proved to me that it doesn t have to be. I went in to Kia because my lease was up. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and Antonio immediately took care of me. He showed me the options I had and I was able to pick a new car quickly. The process was quick and I was very happy. Antonio also took time out to show me everything my new car can do and explain the Kia app. I m very happy with my new car and so are my kids.

I went to Nutley Kia on Saturday and my experience couldn't have been better. My salesman was Nick and he was very knowledgeable and he worked with me to get the right car that would fit my budget. Matt is the Sales Supervisor and he worked along with Nick to make sure I was satisfied with the selection of my vehicle. Matt did a great job working on all the financial options that was offered to me. Then I met Peter and he went over all the financial paperwork, it couldn't have been a more smoother process. Edward and his team helped us with purchasing our new vehicle and we can t be more pleased with the progress. All the people we met at the dealership were pretty nice, there were no outrageous price mark up like other dealerships we called in or went in. We first called in to confirm inventory availability and agreed on the OTD price. We then came in the same day to sign the paperwork and left a deposit. On the pick up day Edward were very patient and went through all the details the car has. He is very knowledgeable about cars they are selling or cars in general. We did the final walkthrough and picked up the car within an hour. Overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with my 2021 Kia GT. The same problem was fixed by Nutley Auto Kia about 2 months ago. Started have the same problem again so I thought. It was the clutch actuator. Had no reverse at times and transmission wasn t shifting properly. Brought if back and Colleen helped me out so much. The problem was I wasn t familiar with the double clutch transmission. They took it out and tested it and said everything was ok. Colleen was very helpful and understanding. She helped me out from start to finish. I go there a lot for my service and I m always taken care of. They really do a great job.

They go out of there way to get you the car your looking for and conduct business in a very polite and professional manner. Got another car recently and Nick Lima was outstanding. We worked with Edward Herrera last week, leasing a new Sportage Hybrid. Edward was nice to work with. He is courteous, smart, answered all our questions and walked us through the process professionally. This car buying (leasing in this case) process was not something we were looking forward to but everyone at the dealership that we interacted with was friendly, very direct, and easy to get along with. We have to acknowledge Emily (last name I don't know) and Chris Martino who were also professional, pleasant, and easy to deal with.

We were referred to this dealership by friends that live in this area. Driving an hour didn t seem worth it, until we arrived on site. From the finance manager to the sales associates and everyone on site, we couldn t have had a better and friendly experience purchasing a vehicle.
