You can't beat the service you get here. These guys always do a great job. After your car leaves the automated bay, the staff really takes time drying the exterior and does a great job cleaning and wiping down the interior... Dash, console, windows, doors etc. Great attention to detail! Always impressed with this place and always leave with a sparkling clean car and a smile on my face.

I went in with a dirty car and came out with a dirty car. All my front and rear mirrors are still dirty, They weren t even cleaned. They did not completely wipe my interior. They left black and red marks all over my outside of the car. The black marks I wiped away with water and a towel, but the red marks won t come off. My driver and passenger visor mirrors we re not wiped. My sunroof was left uncleaned. They took out my cupholders and ashtray, left it on my chair causing ash to be on my chair so I had to reassemble my own cupholders and clean the ash. There are two big stains on my passenger seat that the owner claimed was windex and would come out, but it has still not came out. I paid for a home run and didn t even get a basic car wash.Update: 9/2/2023 went back for a free car wash that the new manager offered for the terrible wash prior. This wash was better, however they didn t clean the front of my car at all and now theres wet dead bugs on my car still. Happy i didnt waste money on this. The manager then told me i have paint damage when it is BUGS. Told me to get a better package as if I d spend another penny there. And that im asking for too much by expecting a clean car after a car wash LMAO. What a joke. Oh and I forgot to mention how this manager told me i could come in for the free wash but my car will still be dirty like what lmao

Absolutely terrible. Took my truck there on Saturday for an oil change. Once it was done, the truck was shaking like crazy. I told one of the workers there what was going on, he semi checked it and nothing else was done. I took the truck to my mechanic shortly after. Come to find out, they put the wrong oil and wrong amount in my truck. A $71 oil change turned into an extremely unnecessary $450 fix!! Super unhappy and I will never go back there and will let everyone I know, the same exact thing.

Although the car wash itself was alright. Can t do much especially with a pet. That I understand.When entering my vehicle and stopping for gas right next door I saw this. How hard must one wipe for this to happen.

This place is amazing! I left my truck with them for the day and they changed my oil, fully washed, and detailed the interior. My dog recently passed away I love and miss him very much, but it was time to remove all the fur he left behind. The guys at major league were able to get out every last hair. With no exaggeration, this is the cleanest my truck as ever been. I am more than pleased and will be using this car wash from now on.Service: Auto detailing

This place is probably the most unprofessional place I ve ever been to or ever even worked at. I used to work here for almost 2 years they do not respect their employees. The manager Mohammed in the oil technician is extremely disrespectful to customers, they break things on peoples cars and don t even tell them, they lie straight to your face as a customer and take your money. I was not fired I quit this job because of the unprofessional treatment I was getting from the manager and most of the time they never change your special filter when they tell you you have a special filter this business is a disgrace and a joke. I highly recommend not going there for an oil change, it s a waste of money and most likely your car will be broken or damaged and they won t even tell you it was them that did it. There is always a line and constant complaints I have seen it all here. Here s a few pictures just so you know what you re getting yourself into when you drive into this place. The manager of this oil technician place should be fired, they are all very unprofessional. It is the worst technician place I ve ever worked for.

Charged me 30$ for interior and exterior car wash including tire clean and polish plus carnuba wax. But they did not clean my car seats, my trunk, tires or windshield either, all dirt and spots are intact as it is. Don t waste your money at this place.

I went to get my car washed today. I chose the grandslam. Which is one step down from the VIP package. Price was 27.95 before taxes. We waited in line for about 15 mins. When we got to the front of the line it only took 5 mins for them to be done with the car.We knew there was a line so we hopped in and really didn't look at the car until we drove down the block to our house.(we live less then 3 mins away).The car was terrible. Not vacuumed well at all so we brought out our own vacuum to fix it.It looked like they took the rag and just ran it across rhe dash. I had to go back and do the entire thing. They didn't do the cup holders. The outside was even worse. We decided to just do it all over ourselves.It was suppose to have a coating of wax. It definitely didn't.Such a waste of $30!! We usually go to the one on Washington Ave but I figured I would try a new place since it's closer.Never again! Such a waste of time and money !The woman behind us was complaining last time she got the VIP and they missed a bunch of things. We should Have taken that as a sign.I should have went back to tell them but I was so angry I didn't want to cause a huge scene.We are sticking to our other place for sure!!Ps. I hate how they banged every matt on the tire rims to get them clean. Who does that?!?!?!

Not sure if the person managing the carwash is a new owner, but he is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went for a wash and noticed the soap was not being dispensed properly, apparently due to sub freezing temperatures. I spoke with the service attendant at the entrance and he agreed that it was frozen and I should speak with the person at the register. When I explained the situation to him he acted as if I was making the story up. He came to the entrance and tried to say it was fine, but when I said ok then run my car through again, he asked for my ticket and just told me I didn't have to pay.Forward to today, with warmer temperatures, I decided to try them again as I had been going there for years before ever seeing this new person. I immediately asked if the soap dispenser was working properly and I was told that it was by the service attendant. I ordered my service and was given my ticket. While waiting I noticed there seemed to be a problem with the computer system that they used to put in the service orders. The manager/owner from the previous occupation then came out to help the attendant. When he was done helping the attendant, apparently remembering me, he said to me that the soap wasn't working and I should go somewhere else. I was taken aback as I had just been told it was working and it was not below freezing. Also, he was not turning anyone else away with this same claim. For the record he didn't stop taking any cars after me the time it was frozen either, meaning he only cared about the money, selling rinses, not washes for full price!After a well deserved exchange of words, making it clear that his behavior was despicable I gladly took my business to Frankie's carwash and was delighted with the service. Not to mention the fact that I got an unlimited package for the month for about $4 more than the one wash at this location would have cost me.Expensive, subpar equipment, and rude customer service. Never again!

Beware false service checklists when you get an oil change. They used to fill your tires and top off your fluids with the oil change. They no longer do that. They also claim that they checked your tire pressure and other standard things but they clearly do not since my tire pressure is low, the light is on on the dashboard yet they claimed on the service checklist that the tire pressure is ok. The gentleman who got his oil changed before me complained about the same thing. The car washes are fine but used to be better. The new owner reduced the amount of services you get with the packages. The gentlemen that qork the car washes are great and hardworking.

Just want to share my experience I had today. The main car washer Manuel that hands you the ticket in the front is a very honest and great worker. Today I accidentally left a large amount of cash under my floor mat. I walked inside to pay and Manuel followed me inside and handed it all back to me. They also do a great job on my cars. Do NOT go here for an oil change!!They will absolutely destroy your car! They left the gasket loose after changing my oil and it leaked all over my engine!They also spilled oil on my engine and didn t even tell me! Shady practices here

DONT GO HERE If I could give zero stars I would I've been getting my oil changed here since i bought my car well the other day I was told that my bolt for my oil pan was stripped and it wasn't leaking now but eventually will when I proceeded to ask the new guy who didn't know I was a regular how that could happen he told me by someone every tightening the bolt or improper work on it, previously before that the last time I was at that place the manager lost my bolt and grabbed1 from a pile of a bunch of bolts and then put it on, so when I asked to speak to him and tellHim that I believe they caused it he agreed and said it is possible so what he told me was that he basically made the mistake and admitted to it which I have on camera for legal reasons I asked am I supposed to fix something and come out of pocket for a mistake that " professionals " made he said he doesn't know what to tell me and that I can't prove I only got my oil changed there funny because I then asked them for all my receipts and for the past 2 years it was the only place I've been too, also why wouldn't they mention that last time I was there.....because he knew he made a mistake so now I have to come out of pocket to get a whole new oil pan which is going to cost me hundreds of dollars, for the sake of your car and your money do not ever get your oil changed at this spot they will damage your car and tell you they don't care like I said I have everything documented and recorded because I'm not going to pay for damages they caused on my vehicle DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR YOUR OIL CHANGE

I got my car detailed here. There were some stains on both the passenger seat and back seat that I have been trying to get out for years, but I gave up hope assuming they would be there permanently. I went to Major league auto spa to use their quick lube service and I have my oil changed. Upon arrival, the man that greeted me with so nasty! He never greeted me, just told me to pull up and did not explain what they were doing. When done, he told me to go pay the bill! On the bill which is detailed it said he checked all my fluids, my lights on my car and my windshield wipers. None of which was completed I went back outside to ask him and he told me it wasn t his job. It was a newer car, and he said he knew nothing was empty. Also, The light on my dashboard to change my oil it was still on, and he also told me it was not his job to reset it! Horrible experience and horrible customer service I will not be returning there even for a car wash!

Stay away from this place!! They lose parts to your car then replace with similar parts just to tell you when you come back that you need to fix it. Unprofessional inexperienced workers and management.

Updated read entire review PLEASE!! ..I went in for an oil change and I must say the two young men working that day were extremely professional. They were actually pretty entertaining as well if I do say so myself. A gentleman named Gus worked with me to figure out what was best for my vehicle and answered all my questions In an informative matter but still in a way I understood perfectly. Brandon worked downstairs and he was quick and efficient and I could hear the team work as they doubled checked all their work. I will be be back because those two you don t men tip them well!!! they are under paid for being as good as they are at what they do!! Thank you two guys .. went back today for an oil change expecting to have the same great experience, but this time there was a named Muhammad (I asked him just to know for this review). He was so rude, very unprofessional. When I mentioned it to another customer she agreed and said she will not be returning. When I asked for the other young men I dealt with my previous time he said one is down stairs and the other one quit( I can t imagine why!!) I tried to ask when to return he said I gave you a sticker. What s wrong can t see! Complete opposite of my first experience so upsetting to the owner if you check these reviews. You need to reevaluate the roles of your employees, because one bad Apple will spoil the bunch

Went in for an oil change. It didn't matter if I bring my own oil and filter, it's still $40, which is overpriced with my own oil and filter because it's 40 even if they provide conventional oil and filter. Also, the guy changing my oil had a sarcastic attitude telling me, "don't expect to change the oil for $10." I never expected that because it's not 1928 or whatever year he's from. Third, after he finished, he left the leftover oil in the container on top of my car. I don't want you to put anything on top of the roof of my car. I don't like that nasty attitude. Last time I go there for anything. They need to hire someone who understands what customer service is.

I ve been getting my oil changes/car washes here for about 5 years now. Have never had a bad experience. Employees are cool and they get the job done well. You also get a free car wash with every oil change and you can also get a rain check that s valid for a month if you are unable to get the car wash at the time of the oil change. They also give coupons at every visit to save a few bucks on your next car wash or oil change.
