Got a flat and changed the tire of my X5 about 10 days ago. Cash Paid $290 as they asked. It wasn't a bad price nor a good price either. After changed the tire, I felt the vibration on the wheel so I went back to the shop to check for a tire balance which he didn't check the balance as he admitted.I left my X5 there and 2 hours later, he called me over the phone saying that there was a nail on another tire. When I picked up my car, I had to pay an additional $95 for removing a nail and 2 tire rotation. I think that was absurd price for that. Was I being ripped off?He never showed me my previous flat tire or a nail he pulled out from another tire. Now, I'm not even sure the owner of the shop has performed the wheel balancing because I'm still experiencing the vibration on my wheel when the vehicle is going over 50mph.I am not going back to this place, even the shop is located one block from where I live. Of course, I never recommend this repair shop at all.Service: Tires

I had a great experience with my last month visit to this location.Eric, the boss, is knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional.He fixed my 2014 MB c300 M276 engine for 100k engine rattling noise issue which common problems that must be recalled by manufacturerI like his services and honesty and with reasonable price.Every thing he explained me very well before start and after work done Which is really impressive and definitely recommend this repair shop.Service: Auto engine tuning

I have been going to the previous owner Peter for over 10 years, when he retained last year, I was apprehensive to continue bringing our cars to the new person Eric, but after couple of oil changes and timing belt change, I have to say that Eric does a good job and his price is reasonable. I brought my car in again yesterday and he was able to fix a minor damage under the car in less than 15mins for a very reasonable price! So highly recommend him!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Oil change

I'm so glad to have a new technician in Norwood! I recently visited the shop with a 2016 Subaru because there were so many problems with it, and the technician addressed the issue so well. It was extremely accurate and the handiwork was delicate,�along with being very precise. He also clearly explained why the problem was occurring�and the price was very reasonable. It is so reassuring to have�a reliable auto shop in Norwood now!

Was a long-time customer of the previous owner (retired) who suggested I give the new owner (Eric) a try. Have had regular tune-up (oil change, etc), timing belt replacement and a tire repair, all done quickly and without issue. VERY reasonably-priced and no attempts to upsell or anything like that. Honest and very experienced mechanic shop. Brought my (future) car for a pre-purchase inspection, offered a very thorough inspection at a reasonable price. i asked for my other car's coolant flush and replacement and he recommended not to, due to modern 'long life coolant lift span'. Normally any shop will take the job for the money.

Came in for an oil change and some tire service. SUPER quick, professional and honest service. All done with a smile and ended up even cheaper than I expected.Definitely 5 stars worthy.

I have dealt with many auto mechanics. There are good, bad, or dishonest mechanics out there. But Mr. Choi is honest, suggest only what are required, and the service cost is reasonable. New owner, Eric, is the best. His specialty is European cars.The new boss is kind and please find the problem right away and fix it. The explanation is good and the price is reasonable.
