Where do I start ! The customer service is amazing, I am unfortunately one of those customers who has a million and one questions. James answers all of them, they make sure your project race car or daily driver is always 100% before you go and pick up. From building my motor & Tuning my car to Issues I can t fix I will always come back here. And without a doubt would recommend anyone with a VW/Audi or Porsche to come and get any type of work done from regular maintenance to full on track & drag builds! If google had 10 stars I would ve gave this place 10. Thank you guys ! My 2017 Audi s3 unfortunately needed a transmission replacement. After battling with the dealer and Audi support nothing came around to my liking from the two and proceeded with CSP. Took some time to figure things and a little bit of a wait to find the right transmission replacement for my car, but it s finally been addressed and taken care of. James is the guy to go to seriously do not hesitate! He s beyond any typical Audi/VW technician at those stealerships! 10/10 would recommend. Will be taking my s3 here from now on and no where else!

James and the guys always do amazing work. They are super knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They have worked on everything from my daily driver to my race car. They are my go to for any work and advice about my VW's.

Got a add on (2step & NLS) for 04 R32 united motor sports tune. Job was done in short time frame and sounds great. Recommended for any Audi/Vw tuning and or maintenance. Shop is really clean as well as the cars inside. Felt comfortable leaving my baby and knowing it was gonna come back exactly the same.

This is where you take your car if you want everything done textbook perfect. James is a true professional who treats every car like it is his own. His prices are more than fair and the work is done promptly. James installed a down pipe on my 2014 Audi A4 and did the stage 2 tune. Car flys like a race car (speedometer unlocked). He was even kind enough to replace my coolant tank at no extra cost and recommended a new engine air filter too. I never felt like family before at a mechanic shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Engine repair

Just had some routine maintenance -oil and filter change and rotors/pads replaced here. James is very professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this shop if you love your VW/Audi/Porsche vehicles.

I ve had my 08 Volkswagen GTI worked on twice by James and his crew. They installed an intercooler 2 years back and just recently rebuilt my seatbelt assembly and installed new AC. I ve had no problems and I am extremely pleased by the work that CSP has done on my car. James and his crew work very timely to get the jobs done fast and efficiently, whether it s performance related or minor mechanic jobs. Prices are very fair. I would highly recommend James and CSP to anyone looking for Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche mechanic, he s the best around and I will continue to go to him.

CasteSystems Performance is outstanding. To start, they are experts in repair and performance modifications for all the German Car brands...Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen etc.Prior to having work performed on my 2016 VW GLI I did my homework to find the best shop. CasteSystems continued to come out on top with the best ratings and referrals.On my car James installed a new ClutchMasters FX250, in addition to performing a Stage 1 tune. Customer service and work performed was exceptional in every aspect. James is extremely knowledgeable and more important honest in his recommendations.If you are looking to have work done on your German car, look no further than CasteSystems Performance. A+

True one stop shop from regular maintenance to high performance applications. James runs a great business and is very resonable priced and very reliable with time frames. Their are very few one stop shops like James that live up to what they promise.

James is by far the best Vw guy in the state. Installed an upgraded clutch that continues to work flawlessly and fixed my air conditioning.If you own a vw I would not take it anywhere but here. I went to Castle systems a couple months ago to have a few things done to my Audi A3-Quattro. They gave me a good price on the Haldax service, rear sway bar installation along with a bfi dogbone mount insert. The car handled good to begin with but now its even better and has no issues at all. Friendly, professional and quick is how I would describe Castle Systems plus if you are into the MQB platform you really need to check them out because their shop is amazing. I will definitely be back for more work during the summer time.

Caste Systems replaced the turbo and rear main seal on our Tiguan a few months back. I just want to say that this level of honesty and integrity is rare. I really appreciate James for his hard work and fair prices. His shop is really a step above anyone else I've ever dealt with. Thank You James!

I can t say enough about James and his team over at CSP.A while back I needed to swap transmissions on my Mk3 Vr6 and wanted to do a complete timing chain overhaul. Along with a new Peloquin LSD and Clutchmasters clutch kit the results were amazing. Upon initial disassembly they noticed some sketchy work that was done by a local shop here in my town and informed me how close I was to catastrophe.These are the most honest, professional and humble guys I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They gave me something nobody else could.. Peace of mind!!!Do yourself a favor and avoid expensive headaches in the future dealing with low class shops or even the stealership! This is truly a One Stop Shop for all VW/Audi/Porsche owners looking to have repairs/maintenance/upgrades done.I m very excited to be bringing in my recently purchased Mk4 R32 for the overhaul it deserves and for some United Motorsports goodies and tune! Trust me when I say CSP is second to none and the only place I ll be bringing my cars in to have service/upgrades done for the future!

These guys are absolutely pro! Very knowledgeable, treat the car with respect and care. They did a perfect job on fixing the oil leak, cleaning the valves and changing DSG fluid in one day. I strongly recommend this place any VW enthusiast, for both regular maintenance and tune.

I have a 1978 Volkswagen Type 2 Camper that's in mint condition but needed electrical repair. I have never trusted mechanics, always got ripped off, but these guys oh my god they will not give you the vehicle back unitl everything is fixed, and not only that they explain everything what they did, what was causing the issue, and how they fixed it. Super honest and extremely helpful. I could not ask for better specialist then them to work on my camper.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

2002 Porsche Boxster - James found what was causing the loose rear suspension rattle that had been annoying me for a number of years - despite having had the car serviced by the local Porsche dealer for years Porsche never found the problem. Turned out to be worn rear control arms. Much cheaper fix than replacing struts which is what I was afraid I'd need. Suspension is now tight and feels like it did years ago. I'll be taking the car to James in the future for the annual service and/or anything else this car needs.

I had a 2004 Touareg towed here with transmission problem. Major heavy shifting problem. Over the phone, based on age and mileage they guessed it needed a new valve body. An expensive repair, not good news.Got a call from them with the good news that there was some broken wiring that appeared to be the problem, and by end of the day the shifting problem was fixed.If there was ever a situation in which I could have been fleeced, that was it. But they were totally honest, and fixed things up for about 20% of what the VB job would have been.They seem to know what they're doing, and they don't rip you off. Five stars.

James installed a new aftermarket clutch in my 2016 GTI 2 weeks ago. Professional shop, I recommend them and will use them in the future.

THIS IS THE ONE STOP SHOP FOR YOUR VW/AUDI NEEDS. Brought my 2006 gti 2dr 150k, Best place to service . I took my car to this guy to get some amazing performance mods done and my car ran flawlesly . When a valve gasket gave out i took it to another performance place called KMD TUNING, and they were the worst they gave me a false diagnostic. Took my car to caste for the second time and he fixed everything up for an amazing price. Cars running 110%, still to this day

I highly recommend this shop ,cool guy james he actually built my downpipe for my 2019 audi ttrs which is awesome!!! The sound just keeps me smiling, the quality ,craftsmanship is second to none. He did other work as well ,I'm very very satisfied

Great place to get your car tuned and repaired. His knowledge of VWs, Audi, and Porsche is like nobody else in the area. Would recommend him to anybody looking for a mechanic.

I brought my car in for tune and i ended up blowing 2 new turbos and i thought it was a mechanical issue but i bought a 3rd turbo took it to a different place and i got re tuned and now it s running perfectly fine, I don t recommend this place for any type of tunes, and also the staff isn t friendly
