This is the BEST auto-repair & body shop in NJ. Mr. Kim and his crews are true experts with 35+ years of know-hows in car repairs and deepest care in customer-service. Mr. Kim is 100% honest & genuinely nice owner. The most reasonable and honest shop in NJ. Been to the shop for 5+ years now. We strongly recommend this shop again for the best quality of repair services at reasonable prices at all times.Services: Tires, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I asked three times for a repair estimate after the owner had inspected my vehicle and each time he said he would. No response or quote from him for two weeks. I didn't want to ask again because he would lie to me again. So I ended up with another body shop.I don't know his auto body skill because I have never used this place, but I don't like being lied to three times. If he had been too busy etc, he should have at least explained to me, so at least I wouldn't have wasted my time asking, waiting and leaving a review here.

Owner of the business Mr. Kim is professional and at the same time very friendly. His advice is genuine and in client s best interest. My car was worked on time and the delivery was as promised. No hassles with the insurance claims too. Everything was seamless.Very satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Northvale Collision is by FAR the best, easiest, fastest experience i Have ever had at any auto shop to repair my car. Eric is the coolest dude, he makes you feel comfortable about leaving your car somewhere and just generally comforting, and got everything done for my car within the time limit i needed it done,(really going the extra mile) did a beautiful job, and their prices are unbeatable. this place has helped me a few times when i needed even a small fast repair like an oil change , or a tire change something quick they did literally when i got there and for amazing prices. when i needed a bigger job done, and had to leave my car through insurance, they handled everything professionally and seamlessly.. they got me an appointment within a day or so and they did great work. amazing customer service, eric is the nicest guy, the prices are affordable, basically overall my experience was 5+ stars awesome and would return to northvale collision for any future repairs if needed, and would recommend this place to anyone who asked for an auto repair shop. thank guys ! :)

Excellent job, excellent service. My car's front end was totally messed up. They did an awesome job with the repair; my car looks brand new. Very friendly service and fair rates. I brought my 2018 Honda CRV for estimate. It was given to me in minutes. Called brought car in and expertly done in 3 days. Perfection you would never know I had had a fender bender!!! Would highly recommend this business!

A tree fell on my car and smashed in the rear quarter panel. From the first day, I felt at ease with a strange sense of familiarity with Eric. He was an absolute dream to work with. When he discovered damage that the adjuster missed, he call him and worked everything out wuth the insurance company!! When I went to pick up my car, not only was all the damage repaired, he detailed the inside and out!!! Amazing how Eric went above and beyond for a first time customer who is now a forever customer!! I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else

Got an appointment quickly, got my car in quickly, and fixed it quickly! They also dealt with all of the insurance details and payment for me! Not to mention, I got my car back with the inside and outside cleaned for me! Great customer service and great repairs!

They have a new customer for life. Eric Kim explained everything perfectly, gave me a very fair estimate (half the price of the other 3 I received), and the work was quick and I'm impressed with the result. If you are in the area and need a quote, I implore you to contact Eric! They do great work!

Northvale Collision Center did a superb job in quickly quoting a reasonable price that was agreeable to my insurance provider and turned this job around very rapidly. Their workmanship was excellent. There is not a trace of any damage. The 2018 Honda CRV looks new again.

Fast, quick estimate offered...no waiting, no charge! Scheduled work right then. Shop is new ownershio; freshened up, neat, organized work areas, office/waiting area. Received many personal references from family and friends who had work done thete! Check them out first when needed.

Eric is so patient and wonderful - I work nearby and only found this place thru Google - I had an issue with my tire and he went above and beyond to take care of it and make me feel okay about the whole situation - spending time with me and explaining things.I cannot recommend enough how great this place is to take your vesicle.
