I had bought my new car about a couple weeks ago and due to the season, it quickly gathered pollen and dead bugs! So I needed a good car wash that wouldn't damage my car. My dealership recommended these guys and I'm so happy they did! They were personable and detailed, made sure my car was nice and clean! Will definitely go back.

Very friendly team. They did an excellent job detailing my car so I can turn it in at the end of my lease. Picked it up from my home, and brought it back to me when done. Extremely satisfied!

I tried this service for the first time after buying a used car and was stunned by how good of a job they did. I got the odor bomb and full detail and the car looks ready for the showroom. Definitely recommend

I spoke to lo Luke on the phone and got a good impression.So i took my brand new 2013 Honda down to the shop late Friday afternoon. No Friday rush job here. Luke and his team took their time and did a fantastic job on my car. A real owner who wants his customers to be happy with nothing less than a first class job! Extremely nice and respectful crew. It was my first time being there, and they allowed me to stay in the garage and learn a little about the work they did to my car. Will definitely come back. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Luke and his team not only make sure that go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers, but they make you feel like you are their best customer. This was my first time at Superior Auto Detailing and I brought my mother's $500 car that she had just purchased to get smoke smell out from the previous owner. I didnt bring a high end car in and I was still treated as if I was worth a million bucks. The car came out amazing and I am grateful for the attention to detail they provided. Dont bother looking for the few bad reviews they have because it is complete B.S. Thanks again for a great detail and I will be a forever customer.

Not everything was done on my truck. Center console, glove compartment, inside gas cap area, under seat found change and French fries, kids seat was never taken out, wax was left on my brand new fender flares. $270.00 for a FULL DETAIL. Not half. My passenger side mirror the housing was cracked no way it happened any where but there. When I asked them about all of the stiff written above they had an answer for everything. Some legit. Could of done a better job my self in my driveway. One bright side my 6 month old rims a tires came out great good job guys!!!!!

After seeing all the positive reviews and looking for a place to wash my car, I decided to go to Superior Auto Detailing. The amount of effort and care that went into making sure a great job was done was amazing. Luke was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that his customer left happy. From dog hair removal to detailing, this place is a must as they really care about what they do. Luke truly took his time to make sure that everything down to the car door lining was cleaned properly. I couldn't be happier and look forward to going back when I need another wash or a detail.

I am so happy I chose Superior to detail my car. Luke and his staff were polite and friendly. When I dropped my car off, they took time for me to show them areas of the car that were of concern. They did a fantastic job! And then again when I picked my car up, they went over the car with me. It looked like it was right off the show room floor. I intend to take my other car in for a full detail in just a few weeks.

Superior has been in this location for a very long time. There used to be a gas station at this location until the 80s and he's been there ever since he took over this spot. He takes great care of your car and does a really great job detailing it.

I highly recommend Superior Auto Detailing, located in Northfield, NJ. My 7 year old car has never looked so good. They do an excellent job! The entire staff are nice and they really treat you good. If you want your car looking as good as it can you need to go see the staff at Superior Auto Detailing.

I am so angry and disappointed with the job this shop did with a family member's car ! I sent them here because they did an excellent job on my car 10-11 days ago and it still looks good! I am now going to pay for someone else to do the car because it honestly looks worse than before they cleaned it. I will not be using this company anymore, due to the fact I don't know what to expect and I don't have money to waste to find out. But I will admit one thing, my car has never been that clean except for the day that I bought it, too bad they couldn't do it again. To be so impressed and so disappointed within such a short time period is confusing. They need work in consistency!

I bought my car in for a cleaning and Luke and his staff went above and beyond. My car looked like brand new, inside and out, and the guys there were super friendly. Excellent service and highly recommended!!!

Took my roommates Hyundai Elantra in for a full detail.Freddy did a great job. Interior was immaculate and the glossy look on the paint was great!!Thanks Luke and the Superior Detailing team.We will be back.

I stopped in today hoping they could help find my diamond pendant I lost in my back seat. They were amazing and immediately started helping. The crew and the owner came out removed my seats and there it was!!! Unbelievable service and kindness! Very professional group and I highly recommend !

Was just OK. Expected more from them. Was not able to use a coupon because the owner wasn't there and the employee didn't know how to ring it up/change it to include tax. Was charged more for dog hair which is understandable IF the rest of the car is clean. The cup holder is still VERY dirty - wasn't even touched ... and the center console still had dust. Lint from the cloths used was everywhere, too. I was told they have picked up cars from business in the area, and when mentioned, they told me to drop it off. They didn't even put my mats back when I picked up the car. I had to do that myself when I got home. For the price, go elsewhere.

Charge over $300 from my dad for his detailed . Under the hood was not clean and a lot of spot inside of car wasn t clean as well. I heard a lot good staff about this shop but it was not true . I'm the guy that parks in the farthest parking spot so no one parks near me. I have 2 very expensive vehicles and I trust superior to take care of them. Superior got me in right away and catered to my schedule.

Great place. I saw the good reviews so i decided to drive a hour to go there.. and im glad i did. They did a great job and had wonderful customer service. my car looks brand new. Now im writing a good review for them bc they deserve it. Ill definately be coming back.

Luke is the best - he took attentive care of my new BMW, and is an all-around car nut. Whether driving a Ferrari or a Hyundai, expect stellar service from Superior Auto Detail!

The car was supposed to have a complete detailing done to it. 250$ full detail on a 3 month old truck that looked worse after getting it back. Left wax everywhere, did not wipe one window, bugs still all over the front that im assuming were just waxed over? I dropped it off the night before, 4:30pm the next day call they say its not done. 6pm comes when they apparently close still nothing. Call and told it's been done awhile, "no one called you?". So I head over to get it and it's still in the garage with the matts out needing to be wiped and put back. Try to pay and the guy behind the counter has no idea how to work the credit card machine or interest trying so I had to come behind the counter and figure that out for him. I haven't got to look at the truck right away and left at large tip that I almost regret more then the 250 dollars I spent over all. Blown away someone thought this was worth giving back to a customer and accepting their money. I wish it would let me post the pictures on here for someone else's sake, because if I'd had seen someone else's returned like that prior I'd have never considered this place. Save your money and that up the automatic car wash.

Not happy paid 249 for a complete detail they keep at my car one day when I came back I got my car but outside of body looked great however the inside chairs was dirty still they did not even put my carpets back they put them in the trunk I had to put them back myself I will not recommend this place to anyone and whoever goes there to them good luck very disappointing my car was a Highlander

Asked for some help with a deep scrape on my Altima. Honestly, said they couldn't help and proceeded to clean it up and wished us well as we continued to our church retreat.
