The service writer was amazing, and the tech did a great job in half the time I thought it would take. I priced out what I needed to purchase, and Firestone was one of the least expensive shops I found. I have found my "regular" car maintenance and repair shop!

The advisor it was very nice and tried his best to find a way to solve my car problem - very good service. They fixed my flat tire very quick at last visit.Always good !!

Friendly staff and BAD experience! Went there asking for front alignment and told them resently had a front left camber bolt installed. The only thing they did was toe alignment. they didn't touch the camber bolt at all even though the camber was out of specs. They tried to convince me there was something wrong with the suspension but they didn't know what exactly . A few minutes after I noticed I had a flat tire in rear with 27 psi. The first thing before alignment is to check the tire pressure!! I was gifted a free battery check instead

I was greeted politely when I walked in. Chris at front counter was very nice. He listened to me and what I had to say when I was explaining the issues with my car. The mechanics got my car in faster then expected. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

Cost more than quote. Serpentine belt was due, but not the mass air flow (very high $ quote)That was just completed 5000 miles before.No need to replace.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought my Falken Wildpeak All-Terrain tires online and selected this local Firestone as the installer. They were fast, easy to schedule, and affordable to use! There were zero hidden fees and the installation amount I was quoted was exactly what i paid for! They were done within an hour which is faster than any other tire installer I have used in the past! Spencer was the man! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a terrible experience trying to have my tires rotated and a nail removed from a tireThe nail was too close to side wanted me to buy a new tire(Got it repaired by nearby mechanic 21$) next he wouldn't rotate tires because of swollen lug nuts the local mechanic as he was fixing tire told me that it's a real thing but the lug nuts he encountered on my truck did not have that issue.I'm very disappointed with Firestone( I have been a loyal customer for at least 6 years and get tires for 2 vehiclesBeware!

Rob and the team at Firestone saved the day!Traveling through NJ, we ran into car trouble on the way back to MA. Called Firestone and they fit us in right away on a Sunday. Inspected the issue and fixed within 30 minutes and we were back on the road. Rob was great throughout the whole process and we would highly recommend. Sending him a lobster from MA.

1st time there for brakes service. The service advisor Rob suggested to have a new pair of front rotors for my car. I agreed the parts and labor charges of $385 plus tax he quoted. After waiting for about an hour there, another technician pulled me to the side and said they couldn t find the parts. He told me to go home and the store manager - Brandon Buzby will contact me when the parts are available. Next day, they emailed me an invoice of $551.99 for the same service but much higher price than they quoted a day earlier. What a SCAM they tried to pull! And the so called store manager Brandon never contact me. I ended up getting my car fixed at Bargain Brakes & Mufflers where the manager Pat treats customers with respect and straight forward. Folks, be aware, don t go to Firestone Auto Care!Service: Brake service & repair

Went here on my lunch break, I had an appointment at 2. Took only maybe 20 mins or so for them to take my car back (they were very busy so I understood). Was a little pricey BUT I also got two air filters changed, they didn t pressure me to do it I haven t changed them in a very long time so they were due. Ended up paying around $180 for all of that. Oil change looked like it would ve ran me between $60-$80 without the added services. Very nice guys in there. Give em a break when you see they re busy, be kind and courteous because we need more understanding people out there. It s not always the techs fault.

Originally, I made an appointment at the Firestone on Black Horse Turnpike in Egg Harbor Township. A few hours before the appointment the manager Brian called to tell me he could not do my mounting of new tires because no one was skilled enough to handle high-performance 22" wheels. Again this one store continues to provide 1 star service...I immediately got online and scheduled an appoint at the Firestone on Tilton Road in Northfield, NJ. I was amazed at how professional, efficient and attentive the manager was. He took all my special requests: (black weights, use torque wrench and not power-tool to tighten lugs, etc.) I sat down at 1:00 pm in the lobby expecting to wait an hour and a half, like at the other Firestone. I could not believe it...he called my name in 25 minutes and my car was done. Amazing! I checked out at 1:30PM. I went out to the parking lot, inspected the wheels, tires and weights...everything was perfect! I will be coming back to this Firestone from now on. Superior job well done guys!!!!Service: Tires

I recently worked on my car's suspension and needed an alignment ,but had to go on a trip. While in Atlantic City, I decided to look for a shop and get my alignment done. This place is amazing and accommodated my car even without an appointment. Chris was very helpful and friendly. The quality of work they do is top-notch! I highly recommend this place.

During a vacation trip in a rental car we had tire that had a slow leak. Called the rental company, they said to take it to the nearest Firestone. Chris was friendly and quickly got a tech to fix the flat. Excellent service.

The worst experience. I had my car towed there due to a gas leak, therefore being unsafe to drive. Brand new battery RECENTLY purchased. After they fixed the car we were unable to pick up during business hours. Asked them to leave the key in the car under mat and lock the door so we could pick up the car with our spare key. They left the car in the ignition for hours, allowing the car to completely run down the battery and die. They also left the car doors unlocked, so anyone could have stolen my car if they wanted to after business hours. The car is an HHR so when the battery completely dies the key fob needs to be reprogrammed-meaning only the dealership can do this and it costs around 100 dollars. I recently had this done right before purchasing my new battery. We left the car there due to having our sick infant son out and called to have them charge the battery and have the car ready for us the next day. They tell me they jumped it and it s ready to go. Get there the day after due to work hours and wanting to make sure a staff members is available. Guess what? The car is still dead. Also, the doors were once again left unlocked. I told them it was completely unacceptable and that they were going to have to be responsible to pay for the reprogramming of the key fob since they were the ones who killed my battery by leaving my key in the ignition! They claimed my car arrived to them dead (it didn t) and they had to push it out to its parking spot when they called to tell me it was ready. Who calls someone to tell them their car is ready to be picked up when it s dead in their parking lot? They re liars who don t want to take responsibility. They refused to give me their district manager s number and told us to call corporate-which I will most definitely be doing. I usually go to the Firestone in Egg Harbor. I will NEVER bring my car here and I suggest you don t either.

I have been getting my vehicle serviced with Firestone for years, and it has always been a terrific experience. Fast, efficient, and every employee is truly dedicated to excellent customer service. Never a rip off - always honest and works with the customers best interest at heart. I recommend Firestone in Northfield to anyone and everyone I talk to when it comes to vehicle servicing.

I had issues with my braking system and they understood my needs completely, based on what I described. Both Brian and Spencer were very good at walking me thru the whole process. They gave me a complete check of all things needed and fixed my car by end of day, with no issues. That's where my car will always get its service. The team makes the difference. Great working with them!

I have always used Firestone for my vehicle maintenance. After 17 years with a wonderful mechanic and manager in California, I relocated to NJ. I was a little weary of finding a new Firestone with the same honesty and kindness as my old one. My first visit was wonderful. I found the same quality of service that I left in Cali. What a huge relief! Thanks, Firestone!

These guys were great today. I have a rental car on vacation 2500 miles from home for a nail in tire that was deflating every few days. I went to Firestone per the rental company but have used Firestone back home several tires for the family and for our vanpool. These guys were great. As busy as they were, they took care of the tire within the hour and got us on on way for our vacation. They were very polite, very professional, and fixed the tire during a crowded morning. My thanks to these guys for helping us out and getting us going.

Came in for an oil change & needed filters cleaned & general maintenance. Exceptional professional service & I feel my SUV is ready for a road trip! I signed up for the 0% for 6 months Firestone credit card and saved!! Highly recommend.

Quick service, friendly staff, and they do a nice complimentary courtesy check on the car . I like how you can use your Firestone credit card to pay later & interest-free if paid in full within 6 months. Cool feature!

Paid $105 to have a tire pressure monitor sensor installed and this is what I get. Sensor is $28, which I get you can t bring your own parts, but for $105 this is what I have. $85 for that sensor and $21 for installation.
