On Thursday morning, I encountered an issue with a tire on my semi-trailer. After a quick search online, I found a shop nearby and headed over to get it fixed. When I called to confirm their availability for an emergency repair and asked for directions, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional response I received.Upon arriving at the shop, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. Lucy, the shop supervisor, helped me choose the right tire for my needs, while Carlos, the tire technician, was extremely friendly and efficient in his work. Additionally, an Indian gentleman offered some valuable advice on how to maintain the condition of my tires.However, the highlight of my experience was Lucy s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, and even convinced me to consider purchasing a new set of tires from their shop in the future, despite the fact that I live in Canada. After the repair was completed, safety was their top priority, and they ensured that I had a spotter to exit the premises safely.Overall, I found the price to be very reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. Even though I live far away, I will definitely return to this shop the next time I pass through the area.

I'm Write this to share what a trustworthy of place I'm happy to find a place that gives fair price and great customer service and not see you as a quick cash ,I to a change of driving from Ohio to change a tire cuz the place charges me 550 for a tire and I call this place and they said 350 ,I live around this area is a win win ,for me,that is my story I recommend this place.

Very nice and professional. Had to change two front tires on 18 wheeler have four open bays for tires to be changed enough space for tractor and trailer will recommend this place to anybody plus lady behind the counter was very helpful and knew a lot about the tires five stars hands down

I came here to replace a truck tire 500 miles from home and they not only did it, but were extremely easy to deal with. I was out of there within 30 minutes!!! Lucy and her crew were incredible to work with. Thank you again!!!
