I recently had my car serviced at Sam s Automotive Repair; Sam was kind and efficient. He fixed my car s front bumper for an affordable price and his crew even straightened out my plate which was dented in, and fixed a pushed in back reflector, which wasn t part of the job or price.. They surely made me feel welcomed, helped, and happy. I definitely recommend this auto body shop. Great Guys!

Sam knows his craft, he spent years at a luxury car dealership as a master techinician. He is one of the very few honest and compassionate shop owner I ve dealt with. My radiator needed to be replaced and he did not up-sell anything since I was on a tight budget. I ve noticed other customers were happy with his services, and his mechanics are knowledgeable and very polite as well. He has a direct line when calling his shop. He made me test drove my car with him on the passenger after the repairs were done to make sure everything is good. Thank you Sam!

Sam was the most helpful mechanic around town!! Everyone else wanted an appointment for a week or two ahead and I called Sam and he said I would be able to go in same day! Did a quick diagnostic and was back on the road after He addressed and fixed the problem! Now im able to drive 800 miles back home, Thank you Sam!

Sam was very helpful and got the job well done! Most body shops are closed on Sundays in the area but it was very helpful that he and his staff were open. Most importantly he helped me identify the noise coming from my car by taking a drive with me before and AFTER the job was done to make sure its all in order.I never came across a mechanic test driving the car with me to be that thorough. As a customer, it was very reassuring of the work! Trust-worthy shop.

Hands down the best auto repair experience I've ever had, whether independent or dealer, body or mechanical. Sam is professional, transparent, communicative, and reliable. His estimate was lower than 2 others in the area. I paid out of pocket, so the cost was extra important. You won't find better value or experience.

Other auto shop wanted to redo the whole engine for $4K. Sam recommended starting from basic maintenance and see if that solves the problem (misfires). Spark plugs were replaced and 2 coils. Its did the work. Cars got 300K miles on it. If it's good for 50K I'm good.

A+++ Highly recommend going to Sam s for your auto repair work, maintenance, and modifications. Sam is super helpful and knowledgeable. His prices are affordable as well!I was driving my 4Runner from Queens, NY to NJ to run some errands a couple weeks ago on a Sunday. All of a sudden I heard a loud rumble from the exhaust as if I had open pipes. When I pulled over, I noticed the C-clamp on my aftermarket exhaust had come loose, which was causing the loud noises. Since it was Sunday, late-afternoon most auto repair shops were closed. I m so blessed to have found Sam and his shop. He said bring it in and I ll take care of it .Sam was able to squeeze me in and get the exhaust and c-clamp back onto. Problem solved in <30 mins and at a very reasonable price. What a huge relief! Thank you, Sam! I ll be back for other maintenance and modifications work soon!

I had my car looked at for my hood and battery. Sam took a quick look at it and took care of it. What was surprising was that he took a look at a rattling noise that my car had for weeks now. He and his employee lifted my car, looked under and tighten some bolts. Viola!Fixed it in under 15 mins and charged $100.What I like about his business is he actually looks at the issue at hand and fixes it!Hope his business flourishes.

The best place I've been to get my car fix in my 30 years of driving. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest assessment of your vehicle problem. The owner Sam is honest and trustworthy. Give this place a shot but have patience because he's so good you may have to wait. But he's open 7 days a week including Sunday. Prices are fair and reasonable $$$.

I had an issue with my AC in a 2006 Pontiac Vibe. No other mechanic said they would be able to take care of it today. But I called Sam and never even had to ask that question. Within a few responses back and forth via phone call Sam practically knew what the issue was and told me to bring it in within the hour. I didn t mind paying him the fair price he quoted me at for the work ($750 to replace a radiator and AC blowing unit + some other intricacies I didn t comprehend). Thank you Sam for your hard work and dedication, folks like you are few and far between these days.

Sam's Auto Body Shop is terrific.SAM IS PROFEESIONAL AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HIS RATES ARE GREAT AND HE IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK. Sam is always professional and honest. He will always go the extra mile to fix your vehicle and at a fair reasonable price. Been going to him for years now and I'm grateful that I have no reservations to go anywhere else. I highly recommend him to anybody with car issues and want a job well done.

I drove all the way from Long Island to Jersey for a gig (Mobile DJ). The gig was from 11 AM - 3 PM and my car broke down just before the gig. Luckily I made it to the gig but knew I had to get the car fixed before driving it back to Long Island. So it s 3 PM by the time the gig ends on a Saturday and it s usually a nightmare just trying to find someone open at that time. I googled and found Sam. Not only was he open but he got my car fixed that same day. My car runs great, I got home safe, and was at home sleeping in my bed on Long Island that night. And the price was great too. Would 100/100 recommend. Thanks so much Sam! You re a lifesaver!

After getting back to my car, that sat for 1x week, at the cruise parking lot, we noticed a loud thumping noise. We had many hours of driving to get back home, and did not feel safe. Other garages had no availability and we were in a jam. I called Sam s garage and he answered before the start of his business day and told us to him the vehicle. Sam saved the day! We needed new brakes and he resolved our car issue. We were able to get home safely, thanks to Sam!!! Very reasonable prices. Thank you Sam x a million!!!

My son and I were visiting the New York/New Jersey area, and during our trip, our car started having problems and making a strange noise. We needed the car assessed and fixed quickly so we could drive home safely on schedule. We called several places that would not fit us into their schedule for at least a week. When we called Sam, he was able to help us right away. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed for us the next day, even though he had many other cars in his shop. About 2 weeks ago, I had to get an oil change and tire pressure done quickly, I called and got an appointment for the next morning! The price was cheaper than I expected. Sam even looked at my tires and gave me some pointers since I am a new car owner.I am very pleased with the service I received, and I will use Sam's services to help maintain my car.

Sam is transparent, honest, kind and quick.I had issues with a recently replaced battery and Sam was able to quickly accommodate for my situation and take his time to educate me on the issue.My previous experiences with mechanics have been quite the opposite. Sam is reliable. Even when his shop was going through a tough time with a fire, he still reached out to schedule repairs to my car and everything was done in a very thorough and timely manner. When price went a bit over budget, he still was able to negotiate with me to meet my needs. I appreciate his honest way of doing business!

My car broke down at Palisades Hospital so it was a very stressfull time for me. I found Sam while doing a google search and he was extremely helpful from the beginning. Arranged a Tow truck and got my car back to me just after a few hours. He is probably the nicest mechanic I have ever met in my life. I live far away but I will still like to go back to him whenever I face an issue with my car.

Sam is absolutely a life and headache saver. Had my car misdiagnosed from the dealership I bought my car from PROJECT ONE in Carlstadt. However, Im glad I found Sam!Sam really cared about finding the clunking noise coming from my car, diagnosed it properly and fixed the issue. An amazing mechanic! Highly recommend!

I have 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe a couple months ago my car wasn't moving until I warmed it up for hour.i went to several mechanics but none of them could tell me what my car's problem was .some were telling me it was a transmission problem, some others were telling me lies just to get money out of me.i went to see Sam's automotive and the same exact day he told me exactly what my car's problem was and fixed it. He is really a great mechanic and has a excellent customer service . His prices are reasonable and he is not a crook like some of this fake mechanic out there. I would a hundred percent recommend him to anybody that will like to get their car fixed because he is a trustable person, hard working man and has a great reputation. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

I would give Sam 100 stars if I could. He is a very respectful, knowledgeable and personable guy. I had a serpentine belt that broke and was unable to drive my car to the shop. He went above and beyond and came to fix my car at my place. I don't know what I would have done without him. I would recommend him for any services for your car. Bottom line up front - Sam was super professional and transparent from the first time we met. He diagnosed the issue in 60 minutes and had an estimate ready to go 15 minutes after that. I shopped his rate, got 2nd and 3rd opinions (1 from an actual Subaru dealer) and he was still the cheapest w/ best availability. He completed the work in 48 hrs and it's been driving like new. Hope I don't have to come back but if I do, he's my first option.

Been coming here for years and brought my family here to get there cars fixed and it never disappoints! Amazing work and trustworthy! I went to another mechanic for a minor issue told me he couldn t fix it but little did I know that the other place altered something else with my gear shift. Came to Sam after because my car was making weird noises and he showed me exactly what the other person touched! He fixed it immediately and checked it Thoroughly. Showed me what was wrong and fixed it with no problem. He Tells you exactly what it is! Love that he shows you exactly why and what needs to be repair so you are in the know of everything going on! Goes step by step and again very trustworthy! Thank you !

Sam serviced the front end of my fiancee's Scion. Not only did he take the time to explain every detail thoroughly, he also called her with real time updates. He gave her a great price on excellent service. The car feels like it just left the dealer! We Highly recommended Sam as your next mechanic.

Sam's auto repair is the best I can't begin to explain how much Sam help me out. He didn't have to go out of his way to help but he did. Anyone else would not have gone the extra mile to help me and it's the first time we ever met. To make a long story short I was traveling and my vehicle became disable I was literally stranded everyone I called rejected me except for Sam auto . He was very friendly and helpful all business now he has a friend for life. He becomes highly recommended by me. He also does very good mechanic work . I wish he lived in Boston lol he would definitely be my only mechanic.

I called looking around for a good mechanic which is hard to find , and ask him if it possible for me to get seen today and he made it happen , the service was quick and he made sure I test drive my car before I leave !He got himself a customer for life !! Check around for a price and then call them and you will see if it is worth it. I paid 145$ for my window motor he just told me 800 plus 250 for labor
