They were very nice but I wasn t able to get my battery installed at this location. i guess they don t do 2010 Kia Soul battery installation. They did have a battery for purchase, and said I could go next door to Mavis Discount Tire and they would install it, but at Mavis they said they didn t install 3rd party batteries. I ended up buying a battery at Mavis and they installed it. The store had a large inventory and no wait and again the staff was nice.

Isaiah was extremely helpful. I ll definitely come back to this store. He was informative and has great customer service. Purchased window wipers, and headlight bulbs. He tried to help me change the bulb, but couldn t because the headlight socket was damaged. Bought the socket and now the headlights look fantastic! Thank you again.

My 5-star rating goes for the exceptional customer service I received by Harlem. Auto Zone has always resolved my battery issues no problem and this time was no different. Harlem went above and beyond to assist me and installed the battery. Now the manager, she needs to refresh her interpersonal skills and how she talks to her employees. No manager should doubt, let alone talk down to her employees. Harlem knew exactly what he was doing and he excelled in accomplishing a job well done. I am forever grateful for the assistance received.

I want to appreciate Isaiah and his service today. I used to come here when there was other management here and i truly didn t enjoy my experience. I walked in today and it was a completely different store. From the appearance of the store, to the energy of the workers, this store was great to walk into now. Isaiah, the store manager is doing a great job here on Kennedy Blvd. Take a look next time you need anything related to your car.

Had the most wonderful experience at Autozone today. Isaiah went out of his way and traveled to my apartment to bring a new car battery and help me replace my old battery. He was also very patient and informative throughout the entire process and even taught me how to replace batteries if I m ever brave enough to do it on my own in the future. Thank you so much for this awesome experience Isaiah. Really appreciate your exceptional service :)

I needed a part for my car and Isaiah helped me find the right one. I thought i knew what i needed, but he was able to help me get the right part. He explained how to install it properly and suggested the correct tools for the job. Super friendly, knowledgeable and made sure things were correct and not rushed. I will be back again.

I went to AutoZone today and needed to replace my car battery. I was greeted by Andrew and he provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. Michael was a great help today. He was able to find and change my battery when my car died in the parking lot. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. Great customer service. I will come back again if I ever need anything for my car.

Truthfully worst AutoZone experience I ve ever had. I would think the employees would have some type of knowledge on cars but I was mistaken. I was looking for a part that wasn t in stock which is fine. I wanted to order it but apparently it was not available to order . But when I went on the AutoZone website it took me about 5 minutes to place the order for delivery.

Stopped by this autozone today and i was genuinely pleased. Even though the store was super busy, Isaiah made sure to take time out of his day to make sure me and my family was taken care of. We don t live in the area but needed a battery due to our car having issues. Isaiah made the process so easy and simple. He is definitely a great store manager & is very professional.

Ana was a great help today when I needed help with my car. I came in today looking for a battery and Ana took care of me with such care and attention. As a woman it was great to see Ana know what she was doing and changed my battery and had me on the road in 10 minutes.

Had to leave a review for Isaiah today because he was awesome throughout the whole experience. This is one of the cleanest Autozone s i have ever walked into. Right as i walked into the door, Isaiah greeted me and asked me what i needed. He took care of with the light bulb replacement and i was back on the road. He mentioned he was the store manager. Autozone definitely won with making him the store manager here at this location. Thank you Isaiah!

Isaiah & his team had great customer service. I really enjoyed my experience at Autozone today. I went in to change my battery but ended up leaving with new headlights and wipers as we go into the winter season. Isaiah installed my battery, wipers & headlights quick and easy. They have deals going on right now, go take a look at this Autozone on Kennedy Blvd!

I really like this store. Today I stopped by because I need it a car battery and a young guy took care of me his name was Oscar A. He was very nice help me with everything. I try to tip him he refused he said it was against the store policy's instead I can write a store review. Thanks Oscar for all that you did.

I recently purchased break parts ant ann autozone and I have to say the service was amazing. Isaiah, the store manager, really helped me with exactly what I needed. He explained everything perfectly so that I understood what was going to be done to fix my issue. I don t really know much about cars, which I explained to him as well, so when explaining everything he also showed me where to look which I found extremely helpful as well. This was one of the best experiences I have had at an autozone and I really have to say thank you to Isaiah because he made my experience that amazing! I would definitely go back there and would recommend this place to anyone that needs car help because of him.

i ve been to multiple Autozones, but this one in specific is by far my favorite one. The store manager Isaiah was amazing with his customer service. From the presentation of the store to the outstanding service this autozone is a 10/10! I came in today looking for my battery for my car and Isaiah made that process so simple. He installed the battery in under 5 minutes and had me back on the road for my day. Thank you Isaiah.

Jonathan was a sweetheart who changed my battery for me and totally saved life cause without my car starting I cannot get to work! And Yolady was a sweety she came out and tested the battery and helped me getting set up with a new one! Thanks guys!! Your the best!!

I just wanted to take the time and appreciate the customer service from Isaiah today. With my car, i m not sure what i exactly needed for my headlights. I told Isaiah about the issue i was having, he then went outside to see if he can access the bulbs from my car. He replaced my headlight bulbs for me in under 5 minutes and i was back on the road again. Honestly, a great experience and I will be coming back!

My experience at the Autozone on 51st went very well, I was helped by Andrew who figured out the issue immediately and also helped me change my battery, wipers and ordered my side marker lights, great guy and even better worker.

Came by looking for some new windshield wipers and a replacement fog light bulb for my car. One of the workers was extremely amazing with helping me. Alexander greeted me once I walked in and pointed me in all the right directions. Helped me find the right parts, because if it wasn t for him I would have most definitely bought the wrong wipers. He even took the time to help me install them. Will be returning 100% when I need something for my car and hopefully Alexander is there to help me.

Man this specific Autozone changed my perspective on this company. I stopped by Thursday afternoon & Isaiah and his team were amazing. The store looked great inside and out. The customer service was top tier. Best Autozone in the New Jersey area for sure.

I went in for new bulbs on my nissan and Alexander did a great job helping me. He was extremely productive finding the exact bulbs for my car and changing them. Amazing service.
