Had an amazing experience at this dealership. I was able to find the perfect car for me and lucky enough to have Sal as my salesman. He was so patient and respectful to both my father and I. He was perfect in answering all our questions and going over anything and everything making sure we were happy throughout every inch of the process. He treated us like family and helped us out in every way he could. Much different than any salesman i ve met in the other dealerships i ve went to. Even after selling us the car, he is still very responsive and communicative. Not only was my experience with Sal great but also with the manager George. He was very reasonable and understanding. He did his best to give us what we were hoping and truly valued us as customers.

SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND PAIN!This service center has to be one of the worst in the tri-state area. If I can give it a 0 star I would. The few positive reviews left for this establishment on Google are surely people who work there or friends of those who do.I recently took in my brand new vehicle (2023 A6), which was purchased from the same dealership (Meadowlands) that works in conjunction with this service center. (same owner). Within the first month of purchase, I hear a noise coming from the gear box, which the tech at the Service Center in North Bergen explained to me was related to the rear heating system. This is brand new car. Anyone would assume, such a small problem would be quick to fix, even though it should not have any issues. It took them 2 weeks, and non-stop lies and bombardment for updates.I was helped by Vincent, who works at the front desk. He talks nice, but don't be fooled. They all do.Each day was a new false update, and false hope. I was continuously promised that the vehicle would be fixed and ready the next day, for 2 weeks. It wasn't. Even after promising the vehicle would FINALLY be ready Friday around 12 noon, it WAS NOT.It gets worse.After all the trouble caused to me, I ask Vincent to please ensure the vehicle is not only fixed but also ready for me to pickup. You would assume that as a customer service rep, he would make it his obligation to ensure it was ready for the customer, especiallyafter causing such an ordeal. When I picked up the vehicle, I found left tools, garbage, water bottles, and stains within my vehicle. Furthermore, my brand new car was PHYSICALLY DAMAGED. My rear bumper was hit, as paint was chipped and the bumper sensor was also chipped. I also showed them my passenger side front rim that was scratched. Courtney, who was inside, took pictures of my vehicle and said she will tell the manager who would call me Saturday morning (the next day). Of course I did not receive any calls.Additionally, Vincent told me before picking up the vehicle that they need more time because they need to give me a "complimentary carwash" because the car was dirtied by the technician while working on it. If you saw my vehicle, you would agree with me that I would have preferred to never have received their wash. It was horrible. The car was filthy, exterior streaked with soap, glasses filthy, floormats disgusting.Please note, the issue I went in to fix, STILL PERSISTS. THEY DID NOT FIX MY CAR.THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT CARE FOR YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE.SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO ELSEWHERE, TO ANY OTHER SERVICE CENTER.I will report this establishment to the BBB.

Both the sales department and the service department play games and unless you have time and energy to lose, I would seriously avoid this place.The salespeople are amateurs. They told me when I bought the car that they would replace the rear bumper free of charge because THEY had accidentally damaged it while in the showroom. I took this into account when negotiating the price for the car.It turns out they simply "fixed" the rear bumper and thought I wouldn't notice. After I noticed, they lied to me and said they never said it would be replaced, just fixed. I confronted the salesman who then admitted that yes--he had told me they would replace it--but that it was a mistake because it turns out that it would be SO expensive to replace it. After gaslighting me, they admitted their error. Very unprofessional...

Let me begin I ve purchased all my cars from this dealership. But apparently loyal doesn t mean anything to them. Last June I went to the dealership with nails in my tire, I do have tire and wheel insurance through them. They mentioned I needed two new tires, when I returned back with their loaner to pick up my car I did a walk around. I went back inside and said those aren t new tires . The receptionist came outside and said oh I don t know how that could ve happened, he most have made a mistake blah blah like honestly how can you make a mistake putting used tires on someone s car. Okay, so I left came back a couple days later for my car again. Looked at it they appeared to be new tires it had the markings ect. But come to find out they obviously put the tire lines ect on there to appear that way. I m not a tire expertise so I obviously didn t catch it the second time around. So they pocket the new tires that the insurance that I pay for paid them and gave me used tires. Fast forward I moved to another state I have to get an inspection for my car ect. I m told I need 4 new tires, absolutely makes no sense two yes but four impossible. I told them and showed them the paperwork s from last years work showing I had new tires. They said that s impossible based on the amount of mileage on my car from then to now. No way I would ve needed four new tires. Two but not four! I would ve had to drive a crazy amount of miles, which they can see I didn t. It s ridiculous that you have dealerships like this that do unethical and messed up things. It s not right for consumers and it s really sad that they are allowed to do things like this and nothing changes.

Worst place to buy a car sales persons play to many games give so many excuse and do not want to help sold me a damage car with so many probelms and did not help " did not buy the warranty " after 2 days from buying the car i went back and they did not help for anything ! Aron the sales person is the worst fromall of them !! never buying fromthem anymore please avoid this " dealer "

This the worst place to buy a car.I just bought a car from here and the same day I had problems. I almost had an accident because the bad tires on the car. They told me they will change the tire once i purchased the car, but they didn t, big liars.The tires in the front are different from the tires in the back and they are dead and not safe to drive. Please be careful before you buy from here. It s a big scam and the manger George very rude and not helpful.He is very careless and won t bother to actually make sure the car in a good condition before they sell it to someone. They just take your money and once you leave it is not their responsibility. I m buying a car from an Audi dealership not from the street. They should be more responsible.

My car got towed there due to two flat tires. I couldn t get one of the tires off because it has been forcefully torqued in. So my wheel lock key was shaved down and didn t seem to grip well anymore. To avoid this again I asked them to remove all wheel lock lug knots since they were already changing two of my tires (my two flats). Come to realize they did not and now I have no wheel lock key to remove any of my tires if I ever need to put on my spare in the road. It s like they don t listen.

This is probably the worst experience I ve ever had dealing with any service department. It took them a total combined of over THREE weeks to complete an oil change and general routine maintenance.I bought in my Q8 for routine service and issue regarding a malfunction light that came up. As well as wind noise while driving.Two weeks go by and they give me a call saying they can t figure out how to get rid of the malfunction but it should be fine . And regarding the windows everything is now sealed up but when asked what was done on the car the service advisor responded with nothing they found no issue. Which was funny because after another test drive was done, they seemed to have found the issue that wasn t there previously.After a bunch of avoided calls and leaving the office early and she ll get back to you I finally got my car back with the same malfunction light, and issues I bought it in originally for.I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for careless service advisors, receptionist and having your time wasted after spending over $70k for your vehicle!

They do pretty good work. This is probably the first time I didn t feel like I was being scammed or up charged. A year ago they said I needed new breaks. When I mentioned something about it this week the guy tells me I m at 5 out of 10 and can go until it s at a 3 out of 10 and the car will tell me when I need breaks. I don t appreciate sales people lying to me, not sure if the guy still works there

Bought my Q5 from this dealership and our salesman Bionelky Moronta was very helpful and made sure the process was smooth and timely. I have to bring in for a couple issues like a small dent that needs to be fixed I am hoping it goes as well as the purchase of the car.

My daughter made an appointment for oil change and car wash on her Q5. She is new to the area, just moved from L.A. Showed up at 2:30, and they said her appointment was 1:30. She showed them the confirmation on her phone and they got very rude, saying car would not be ready until 5:30 because the appointment was at 1:30. Mind you, confirmation was shown. Service guy continued to talk down to her (she's 21) so she ended up leaving without any service. Would not recommend unless you "look the part" I guess, because apparently a 21-year-old female POC does not look like she belongs at Audi for service :( what a shame

Had a seamless and great experience working with Bionelky at this location. Also the service by Hamad and George really helped me get in and out with my A6 that day. This dealership has a great group of guys. I wouldn't goto any other Audi in the NY/NJ ever!

I had a puncture in my car so I came to Audi meadowlands to get it checked, even though I did not had the appointment they were kind enough to take my car in for inspection. They fixed it in a day and also did not charge me a dime for it. I ll definitely come back here in future for my services.

Made an appointment to test 2018 q5 . Was told it was still available .before I went down .I called next day to confirm that I was driving an hr and half away and I would get there earlier .They said it will be pulled up and ready to drive. I get there am told it is sold ,trying to switch and bait tactics into another car. They showed no regrets , I wasted 3hrs . Unscrupulous ,typical used car sales company . Would never trust them for my purchase.

Drove 2 hours for a specific vehicle in there inventory. The vehicle was immaculate and everything I was in search of. My sales rep, Aaron was very helpful before and even after the purchase. Had a smooth and quick purchase, Great staff, and excellent vehicle's. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Do not bring your car to this service center. This is the second time I brought my car here for a recall and it came back with warning lights on the dashboard. They are taking no responsibility and both times, they expect me to pick up the tab.

Really solid experience. I ve been looking for a WRX for as my second/mod car for a while as my daily driver is a 2020 F150.I looked at over 50 WRX s and all of them were extremely overpriced (88K mikes for 23K, it was bad). The only one that was properly priced at a good mileage amount was the 2016 WRX that this dealership had.As soon as I found it, I picked it up. Picked up the extended warranty as well as its bumper-to-bumper. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. I had booked an appointment to test drive. They confirmed with me over the phone and also a day before via text message. I and my wife reached there and it was closed. It didn t show up on google as well that they were closed. I took out time on my day off to test drive and this is how they waste my time. I came all way from Jersey City spending on Uber and it was all a waste of time and money. FRUSTRATING!!

They wasted my day. Made an appointment to test drive a car that was not there. I was first sent to the wrong dealership. Then I was told the car I had put an offer on a month ago was sold for more than 1K less that I had offered. Horrible communications with this outfit

Please do not use this place for any car repairs.. very unprofessional service, no updates on the repairs after calling almost 3 times, paying a personal visits either. I am not sure how they operate !
