I had a disappointing experience picking up my package at Advance Auto Parts. The store manager, Victor, was unhelpful and rude. Despite my package being easily visible, it took him 15 minutes to locate it, and he was dismissive when I pointed it out. When I asked for his name, he responded arrogantly. Overall, it was a terrible display of customer service, especially from a manager. Avoid this location for UPS pick-ups.

Martha went above and beyond by assisting me in re-charging my battery and cleaning my battery leads all for free. She was super helpful and informative. 10/10

Stopped in to get help putting my new license plates on- Joseph took care of it for me quickly and efficiently and even gave me some advice about my tires. Great place!

Do not place any order here online order over two hours went to the store and the don t have on stock! 5 employees in the building and none of them did the online job and plus we was only two people on line for those 20 min wait to someone take care. Such of waste of time. Dont go to this place go to the one on Grand st friendlier staff, faster, 3 min and i was in and out with only 3 employees have better costumer service

Came in store for a pick up order from an online order and it wasnt ready.I WASNT notified that some of my item arent available in store even though ONLINE it says IN STOCK. On top of this , it took 20-30 mins to just pick up 1 out of 2 items.The Manager Victor told me that he will order the item and have it in store for pick up the next day as early as 7am.I come to the store despite such a bad traffic only to find out my item is not available AGAIN.The employee calls the manager and was even put on speaker phone for the whole store to hear that he FORGOT to order my item.Spent almost an hour in store waiting for 1 item for nothing because it turns out , it was in store all along , the manager just didnt look hard enough, he even marked the wrong item on the receipt so thats why the workers couldnt find my order.If you come here , be prepared to wait a long time in line because they dont have enough staff to run the register or anything

Best Advance Auto Parts Store in the area very well versed staff that are always professional and competent to get whatever it is you need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Advanced Auto Parts Store over other ones in area. And it is attached to a good tire shop. It's my go to auto parts store.

UPDATE:Today we went to return the old battery core. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but the young man was very attentive and actually remembered our online order and who picked it up. I am very grateful for this for it made the return easy. I am also grateful for your quick response. This experience made up for yesterday's situation. Have a good day!Would greatly appreciate it if someone would pick up the phone. My boyfriend's car battery died out and we are stranded. I have been calling since 6:20pm to see if your location has the battery we need and NO ONE PICKS UP!! YOU CLOSE AT 8!! Not the first time this has happened! Please train your staff better!

They're very helpful. I had a flat tire. They fixed it and then gave me a suggestion on my front two tires. I told them I couldn't fix it at that particular time and they didn't push the suggestion. Friendly service and not pushy. I appreciate that.

We where down at the local Sunco and Abraham saved the day! We need a fuse, he was patient with me, picked the order while I placed a online order and gladly greeted Uber for pickup. Hands down the best customer service! Kudos to Adraham!!

This place saved me tonight! I came in after the garage had already closed with a dead car battery and Jesus at the register was so nice and offered to do the installation for me! He could of said no, but I appreciated his help so much!

1&9 went there little over a year ago and lets just say walking out while saying an 8th grader would given better service, Thought it may have just been a bad day. Was there this afternoon and Ive gotta say, if the register guy is special needs slow than I apologize but if dude is just that STUPID than WAWAWOW,,Honestly its seems as if they R actively seeking to shut the place down

The older white guy with the glasses at the front desk is absolutely no help at all. I went there TWICE & he didn t even bother to check for what I needed. Went there a third time & there was a Hispanic guy that was very helpful & helped me more than he had to.

Friendly helpful staff. Well stocked with the standard stuff (read: my special battery was NOT in stock, but was brought the next day). Good prices parking is a little funky. If you are lucky the street parking in front is available if you address just going in and out.

Terrible customer service! i was on the phone for more than an hour trying to see if an item was in stock. The people working here clearly don t care about the customer. Maybe I ll have better hospitality with AutoZone.

The worker was rude. The prices were high. While I typically like this chain, I will not be back to this particular store. There is a parking lot that is shared by a tire shop. I recommend that if you can, park on the street so you do not get blocked in. As far as prices go, Walmart is better but they do not have the same selection. If you can plan your purchase, you are almost certainly better off buying from an online or big box store.

I asked the woman at registar for a particular product and she informs me where to find it. I didn't find it. I come back to the register for assistance and although she knows I'm standing there, she disappears to the back. There are three other employees there and not one offered to help me or even address me as I awkwardly stand there for several mins.

Ordered online said in stock at North Bergen store. Ordered 2 products,get to store and they don't have either product.Tproduct.They just wasted my time, my gas,and the annoying time off waiting for them to return my money. Highly disapointed to say the least.

I bought the battery from advance auto parts and went in today to check the battery as it was giving me a hard time. The employee came to my car to check the battery but their machine was not working and even the employee didn t know what was wrong and told me to take out battery from the car and hand over to them. If I knew that they will give me a hard time after buying battery from them then I would have never bought the battery from them.

Got there at 850pm all be it late but not closed. Was told they shut down registers alredy and cant sell me anything? Why say your open till 9 then shut everything down early.. waiste of time.

Horrible customer service. I'm at the store, I've been waiting in line for about 15 minutes or so, a guy who works here is helping another customer and while I've been on line waiting and waiting a lady who works here is screaming on the cellphone, talking to a baby, cursing in Spanish and doesn't even ask me if I need help or if I'm ready. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

No returns on electrical parts! Ignition coil I purchased had an improperly molded connector and would not let the cars connector seat all the way into the coil unit. Counter person told me he could not do a refund do to company policy. Was given a number to call for customer service, only to told repeatedly the company policy over the phone. No customer service period!

I orderd something online and went for pick up. they told me my order was canceled but the money was not returned to my bank account. 1 week passed and the money was still not in my account. These bums including the manager had no interest helping me solve the problem with their trash customer and online service.

My main auto parts store. I get basically everything here and I get great discounts and coupons from time to time. Customer service is very fast as well
