I brought my truck in for an oil change. The service tech forgot to put a tube that fits inside the oil filter. Causing the engine not receive oil. I was by my mechanics shop thank god!, when the check engine light came on. The mechanic showed me the tube that was missing. I then called them and they LIED and said the tube wasn't in there when I had the oil changed. If that was the case the engine would have had no oil before I went. I recommend you avoid this place very incompetent!

John and his team make car maintenance simple and easy! Not only are they professional, deliver quality work, their customer service is best in class!I was accustom to having my car maintenance done at a dealer, an oil change would be an entire day affair and anything else could be days. 10-minute Oil literally has you in and out and I always appreciated their honesty when it came to the additional like needing an air filter changed, etc. - often they would say no not yet.When my car needed brakes I gave them a call the Wednesday before Thanksgiving expecting to make an appointment for sometime the following week. Nope, John said come right in, it ll probably take 1-2 hours and we can give you a lift home if needed. They looked up rebates online, fully explained the work needed and why, and it was done under 2 hours at a very reasonable price. The next business day they called to check in and even sent a thank you note!They already had an oil change customer for life, but this experience really sealed the deal - I m going to them for all mechanic services they perform!

They really are done in 10 minutes or less! It s amazing ! For a girl that s busy and always on the run this is the place I love to go to. They don t hassle you for items that need to be replaced under the hood. It s simple and to the point ! Quick, easy and everyone is always so friendly and Helpful! Coupons come in the mail as well which is nice. You also get discounts with the coupon card they give you after your first service !! Super convenient!!

I know this place for 10 yeas , i moved for Virginia beach, Va. and Even I come to do my services here, I just wait for the opportunity or the pretext to make the trip and do my services here, honesty and professionalism is the key, thank you. the front desk, with the girl who speaks Spanish very, very friendly.thank you 10 minutes oil change

It s fast but expensive and the prices aren t even what s listed online or in their store. I got regular Mobil 1 synthetic not the synthetic extended and they charged $100 with $12 for additional quarts. My tire pressure light was on and they never did or the extra stuff they said you should ask for either. I ended up paying like $30 more than I was expecting to. If I d known the actual prices I would ve gone somewhere else. Nice mechanics though and the counter lady was nice too. They just need to update their prices online and in the store.Service: Oil change

Worst service ever, found out on my last oil change service back in Jan/Feb 2020, they never changed the oil, it was black , there was only 4 quarts if oil in my car, my car was sitting in my driveway since the pandemic and a top of that, they never replaced my oil pan drain cover shield on my car. So I've been driving around without this essential part to protect my car engine ... totally irresponsible ... total ripoff, they charged $66 for an oil change that never happened .Car owners beware of this place!!

Best experience ever when they say 10 minutes they mean 10 minutes. The prices were extraordinary is some places. We're gonna charge me a $100 just to check the oil paid less than $50 to get my oil changed my pressure tires checked and make. Sure my other fluids were okay. RUN AND GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY . People are here be scamming but not these people

2 weeks ago, I dropped off my 2018 Mustang GT at the shop in the morning due the engine light was on then rushed back to work. I don't really bring my Mustang to just any place to be checked but my wife is a customer here and heard good feedback from her about this place. The mechanic (John) called me the same day midday and briefed me that there were missing engine parts and that the prev owner customized my Mustang with after markets which was affecting the engine. He was very honest and detailed about the whole issue. I asked for an estimate. He called me later, he was proactive enough to be on the call with the Ford dealership the whole afternoon to check estimates for all the parts needed. After I agreed with the service he immediately started working on my car project, he kept me updated the whole time which I highly appreciate, he even gave me his personal # if any concerns. He replaced the entire exhaust system including nuts bolts brackets and clamps, he fixed all the damage the last people caused. It was all original when completed.This is my first review ever since I don't really write any reviews but this place deserves it. Great costumer service, proactive, effective, honest and reliable. They def gained a new loyal customer.

It really does only take 10 minutes! This place rocks. Came in for an oil change and an issue with my brakes. They brought me in the back to look at my car and were honest about my options, costs, and time. They even called a few days later to make sure everything was working as expected. Will definitely be coming back for all my service needs.

Very reasonable prices and quick services. Honest workers. Thorough investigation of the problems with the car before employees committed to the work. It took but 5 hours to get new sway end links and a new axle.As a woman, I find a lot of mechanics try to dupe me or play me. I did not feel that way with That 10 Minute Oil Change Place. I saw how much business they were getting on a daily basis and how many people were in and out of there so quickly. This proved to me that they were highly used and quite reputable, which turned out to be true. I m more satisfied with this business than most any other mechanic I ve used.There was a slight miscommunication about when parts could be ordered, so I had to go back more than once to turn my car in. Your car must be in the shop to order the parts, but even with that being the case, it all still only took a few hours to get everything finished. That a minor hiccup that doesn t change my overall opinion of the quality of this business. Everything was great and I m very satisfied and worry-free now.

Rarely leave a bad review, but when I'm ripped off, I'm going to .Needed an oil change and this place came recommended. I also had a headlight & fog light out and since my hand was injured, I couldn't do it myself.I already had the bulbs. I just needed somebody to put them in. Literally, a 5 minute job. I called and they said they could do it. A friend offered to bring my car for me.The oil change was fine, assuming they actually did it and changed the filter. I'll assume they did.They then replaced the headlight & fog light with the bulbs I already had. Asked if they could do the other side, because it was sure to go out soon, too.Friend had headphones in-ear, but they weren't on, so they didn't know he could hear them.One guy said to another...change the other two that aren't burned out...I guess he doesn't care what it costs. Friend was like..no, no...I do care. I heard you and these headphones aren't on. Forget about it.They charged me $50 (plus tax) to put in 2 bulbs I already had.I didn't expect it for free, but if you wanted a repeat customer who would recommend you, this was not the way to do it.I will now, do the opposite and steer everyone away from you.My friend who recommended you already said they will not return.$70 for a full synthetic oil change is not bad, but you blew it.Service: Oil change

This place right here. 3 cars i have brought to this place over the years for various service.. despite being about 20min from me.. I wouldn t let another shop touch any of my vehicles for a service 10min provides. Always leave that place with peace of mind

Service was very quick, literally less than 10 minutes. Everyone i dealt with was very friendly and nice, even the mechanic. Regular oil change was 39 dollars i think, but as we know prices have gone up lately. The place was very clean too. I would recommend this place to everyoneJust went today for another oil change. Nothing has changed. Very pleasant service and I really was there a very short time.

I was always curious about this place when I saw it years ago, so I decided to take a chance, since all the other spots I have gone to want close to $100 nowadays, just for a full synthetic oil change alone.Turns out, it was a painless experience. In and out in what really seemed to be no more than 10 minutes, even with a couple people ahead of me.After years sitting in waiting rooms for up to an hour (or more) at other spots, getting out in such a short period of time almost felt surreal. Even with it being a little out of the way, this place will definitely be on the top of my list next time

I went to get an oil change on December 12, 2022 for my 2017 Toyota Highlander & this review is intended as a cautionary tale. When I arrived I explained to the attendant that I wanted a synthetic oil change with their most inexpensive synthetic motor oil and he said it would not be a problem. A couple of minutes later the attendant calls me out to tell me that my oil filter was on too tight and that the oil filter housing might break when they remove it. He then said that a replacement, if it breaks would cost me $49.95. Since I've been getting my oil changed since 1996, and have done it myself for years and never had this happen I replied, "Well let's hope it doesn't break." A short time later the attendant tells me, "It broke, and needs to be replaced." Oddly enough, I was not shown the broken filter housing that they claim to have replaced. Even my own mechanic, who I've been going to for over 10 years, insists on showing me the parts that he replaces in my car so that I know he's doing the right thing even though I trust. A short time later I paid $140.64 for an entry level synthetic oil change. The exact breakdown was a follows: Synthetic Oil $69.95 + Additional oil $12.00 + Oil filter housing + $49.95 + Tax $8.74. Had I driven to my usual oil change place I would have paid about $80 for a Mobile 1 synthetic oil change and not been scammed out of an extra $50. Oil change places are a dime a dozen out there and this place is a rip off that milks their customer for every dime they have. Never going back and I'll tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY!Service: Oil change

First time there and I was very impressed. You drive up and immediately are approached by one of the team members to see what you need. I came for a standard oil change and tire rotation.In about 30 minutes, they had it all done. While I was waiting, I was very impressed watching them get through so many oil changes with professionalism and care - always checking in with customers when they notice something and asking them if they want the team to fix it. I appreciate their care for the customers that come through.So long as I live in the area, they will have me as a loyal customer. Thanks!

Don't buy synthetic oil at this place. They are giving you regular oil and charging you for synthetic. This place is nothing but a rip off don't get your car fixed there their prices are ridiculous and the guys in the bay are great but the owner and his girl are untrustworthy. They will lie right to your face and think nothing of it.

Fast, reliable, quick, professional staff from when they meet you by your car outside to the time you pay at the counter until they hand you the car back outsideNo appointment necessary no lines not too much of a wait In-N-Out 10 minutes. Forget the dealer making those appointments weeks ahead and then he still got a wait for hours sitting there just to get a coil change makes no sense 10 minute oil change best place yet

This place has good service. It's just always busy and a bit pricey. But they do give you a card that gets stamped and after a certain amount of visits you get a free oil change.If you like my reviews check out my novel-A Is for Adults-on Amazon Kindle.

Called for pricing on an oil change and spoke to Linda or Lydia. Told her the year make and model of the vehicle. She told me it would require 7qts of full synthetic oil. $70 + 2qts at $8 ea extra=$86.+ tax (Using Kendall oil) Upon arrival I was told that the oil the oil change would be $100 + 2qts @$10= $120+tax (Kendall oil) or $129 + 2qts.@ $10=$149 +tax (using Mobil 1)?

I've been going to That 10 Minute Oil Change Place for a while now. The service is always quick and easy. The staff is always friendly even though there is minimal interaction with them when I go. If you're looking for a standard oil change place this is definitely a nice spot to go to.

At that 10 minute oil change palce, the people who work there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of their job. The day I went, there was hardly any people, therefore, the wait time was minimal. I thought prices were reasonable and pretty similar to others in the area. It is an easy to find location from normal flow traffic. I definitely recommend it if your are in the area. Thanks for the great work.
