The gentlemen at Rick's are amazing and always take care of me. They do reliable and quality work. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars dealing with a business I can trust is important. When people are looking for an autobody shop I always recommend them. Thanks for being great guys!!!

I've brought 2 cars in now for exterior/interior work and the crew at Rick's did great work with both of them. Highly recommend this great local shop!

EDIT: The business replied to this review saying "it was fake." I don't use my real name on the internet for security purposes. Review was meant for Rick's in NORTH ARLINGTON, and I lowered my review due to unprofessionalism. Take accountability for running a business horribly. Wish I could rate higher, however, this place struggles with communication. My car was in a minor accident and I was quoted 2-3 weeks for a repair. It ended up being closer to 6 weeks: thankfully I didn't need my car (I use public transit to commute to work) but I cannot imagine if I did. They simply take on too much work and cannot effectively manage the demand they have.

The crew didn't awesome job fixing my car. Thank you guys for your patience and understanding and all the help that you gave me through this. Truly awesome place to go to get your car fixed. Highly recommend them.

What a great group of guys! True to their word, very fair & knowledgeable. Was apprehensive as a woman coming in but was treated respectfully & highly recommended!!! My car is back to normal & I m very satisfied.

Ricks auto body was the best. I unfortunately had two separate incidents I used them for, and they were professional, courteous, and provided excellent service! I recommend this place 100%.

Great service. Brought my car after the accident. Very knowledgeable and polite owners. They helped me with all the paper work, rental and insurance. Great service and excellent customer service, It's the first the I have an accident so I didn't know about the process but they help me with everything. We discovered deep scratches on the hood of our vehicle as well as a dent in the rear of the vehicle. The owner and staff are pleasant and professional. Great customer service. My wife's Kia Seltos had damage to the bumper and needed repair. The shop guided us through everything with insurance and helped with getting her a rental car. The work they did was excellent and they did it in a timely fashion. Hopefully we will never need to use them again but I HIGHLY recommend Rick's Auto Body. It's been a month or more since I have been in Rick's Auto Body Shop. I can not tell you how happy I'm with my car that had a recent accident. They went above and beyond to help me with the insurance, unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket due to an unsecured driver. However, Rick Body shop manage to restore my car brand new. The car looks as if I just got it out at the dealership. It was my first time over there and they treated me with the utmost respect. The only thing I had a problem with not giving me a current update on the car. (Minor problem nothing serious). This is the place to go if your car suffered an accident as I did. There's a reason why they have a 4.8 rating trust me you won't be disappointed.

I brought in my black honda accord earlier this month to have the front bumper replaced. The staff was courteous and professional. They even buffed out a deep scratch on the hood after insurance refused to cover replacing the hood. It looks like new and I am extremely satisfied.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Bill and Mike are very patient and friendly. They dealt with insurance company directly which saves me times. And they did a great job replacing the front passenger door very quickly. The car is very clean inside out when i pick it up, I am very satisfied.

Rick's auto body shop did amazing work repairing bullet damage my truck took. They price matched my insurance claim to ensure I received all genuine OEM parts. The paint work to blend the new hood into the front end is flawless. The turnaround time was excellent, too. No BS shop. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

Bill and Oleg did beautiful job repairing our Hyundai Sonata. The car was ready on time and looks great! These guys very courteous and professional and the price they charged was very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!

I had my car repaired there after minor collision and they handled everything very professional. Bill was very pleasant to work with. I needed to have my car seats moved to the rental car and they helped me even with that. My car came out of the shop very clean and looked like nothing ever happened. I brought my car to Rick's Auto Body after getting into a fender bender. These types of things are never fun situations, but right from the beginning, Oleg was on the case. My car had a lot of damage to the back and required many replacement parts. My husband and I had plans to move out of state on a specific day, and we needed the car in order to stick to our time schedule. Oleg worked super hard and jumped through many hoops to get all of the parts needed (some were on backorder). He was very communicative and took the time to give me updates. In the end, our car was ready on time! I am so very thankful to Oleg as well as the guys who did the physical fixes to the car. Thank you thank you thank you.

I took my truck for damage to front bump. I was paying cash and he gave me a great price. When I picked up my truck you couldn't even tell I had any damage. 1 yr later and I'm back this time it's my fault lol and I'm paying cash and once again his price and work is unbeatable. Great place great staff!!

Very rude I went to get a estimate for all around body work and paint .i wanted to make my car look fresh again for being a 2009 vehicle .the guy at front desk gave me a ridiculous price of 6 thousand to fix minor work on car .waste of time of going there because I read the reviews about this place of being affordable and it s obviously not .take your car elsewhere if your going to pay cash for your damages when my car is not even bad at all they are a rip off ..he pushed me away even more by telling me not to be there ..even if I have the money it s how he spoke to me and the estimate is too much for something Simple . My car is not bad it s just minore details smh .i just left I don t have time to be rude like that guy.

They weren't able to do the work I needed done, however thanks to their A+ customer service I was able to get in touch with a local company that took care of my needs! Its not everyone who will look out for eachother's businesses like Ricks did! They gave me names and numbers to get me going with my car's wheel sensor programing! I am very impressed!

Mike is the nice guy. But I dont like the other person. 100 dollars only for two little parts, which are not auto parts. Just two small items which are needed to be looking better. Even the price is reasonable I still wont recommand anyone coming here. The reason I rate 1 star is that the other guy is not friendly at all.Of course I will not come here again. As a service company you deserve this rate because of your attitude to a customer. And also at that time I was not even talking with you but with Mike.

Took my car into the shop without an appointment and put "heat" on it to try and pop out the corner of my bumper which worked after 15 minutes. Bill didn't want to take any money and I had to insist on giving them some for their time. - Another shop in Kearny gave me an estimate of 3k!

Oleg and his staff were super friendly and helpful after I got into an accident they negotiated with the insurance company and had my car looking like new with little to no downtime this shop is a hidden neighborhood GEM and I wont go anywhere else for bodywork

Accidentally stumbled across this place without regret! Great customer service and excellent speedy work. I hope don't have any other incidents but If I do I will come all the way from Bayonne back to Ricks!!
