I have been to this Meineke twice and they have been really great with my car. The first job was an oil change w tire rotation and they let me know what I need for my car next time I get my oil change. They told me I needed to replace my drive belt which was my 2nd service in this location. They are great with scheduling an appointment and I was able to get the drive belt replaced in such short notice. The wait for the service was not long probably took an hour and change. Thank you for taking care of my car! Appreciate you.

Several mechanics and quotes later Meineke was not only to repair the piece that was broken but also assist with inspection as the car has not been inspected since 2019. Great and super fast service no time waiting for diagnostics and repairs. They had the car less than 5 business hours and in that time both the diagnostic and the repair.

Every time we ve been here we ve had great service. Kristine has always been awesome and so helpful. The work they do is great and we ve never had any issues and they always get us in and out quicker than we expected. As long as we live in this area I ll bring my cars to them. Excellent service! I called around to a bunch of shops regarding the replacement of a stolen catalytic converter. After all of those calls, the North Arlington Meineke had me instantly convinced that they were the best choice for the job. Once my insurance approved the repair, the shop had my car ready in no time flat and kept me updated as the situation was progressing. Kristine was particularly helpful on the phone and always made me feel like everything was being well taken care of.

I was greeted quickly and my car was brought in to be inspected in a short amount of time. The repairs needed were explained in detail along with the estimate. The work was done professionally and I got the car back at the time promised at the price we agreed to. I recommend this shop for any work your car may need. They are a real pleasure to deal with. Had my car towed here after a terrible breakdown, and everyone here was professional, welcoming and timely. Didn t end up getting work done here due to insurance stuff, but I was nevertheless grateful for their customer service and their timeliness even the day before a holiday. The front desk person was great- wish I remembered his name, either way thank you all! Very professional shop.

Awful service took my truck in because there was a hold in my flex pipe. They quoted me 6k. The truck isn't work worth 2k. I ended up as going somewhere else and I got the same exact work done for under 800 dollars.

This is the best Meineke I ve been too the service is great Kirsten is amazing, they always do a good job and keep it real. I brought my car to my home mechanic after they serviced me and he gave them the seal of approval! You will be satisfied.

They had a totally wrong diagnosis on my toyota engine and found an issue in the Thermostat, I didn t believe it and showed to another store. The problem was a small hose in upper radiant, nothing wrong with Thermostat. So the meineke charged me 145$ just for a completely wrong test. Dont go there, check with a cheaper place first. Also the Menieke estimation was 750$ to repair but i fixed it with just 150$. This is not fair to do a wrong test and charge people like that

I brought my car in because the passenger headlight was out and liftgate was broken. I got a message later that they diagnosed that I needed a new battery etc. I told them again that the headlight and liftgate are the items I needed repaired.Later, I got another text that my car was all ready and the cost was $490. I had to pay over the phone because they informed that due to the holiday they would be leaving early and the keys would be inside. Well I went to pick up and car, started it and the first thing you see is the headlight is still out. They supposedly changed the bulb and socket.I taking it back tomorrow for them to get it fixed or refund my money.Service: Electrical repair

I recently had my tire repaired at Meineke, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They did an excellent and quick job, fixing my tire with skill and precision. The best part was that they offered their services at a fair price, making it a great deal overall. My mom brought her Lexus truck and swore she had a bigger problem than it actually was, and any other auto body place would see an older woman with no idea what was wrong with her car and jack up the price. Meineke was honest and upfront with the problem. They only charged her $200 and were so thorough with explaining what they did! We are so lucky to have a local auto body shop to do the work with honest and fair prices !

I had a rattling for years. Took it to other people. No one can tell me why.(turns out it was the muffler even tho I told everyone who looked at it before that I thought the muffler is loose) Muffler got worse. Took it to this meineke. Called out of work thinking I would be there all day. They fixed with in an hour. No more rattling. And I got a free day off work. Happy customer here. Only spoke to the lady behind the desk and she was easy to talk to. I Recommend this spot

I am a customer of them since 2016; I was happy with their services but three time I took my car for service and regular checked, even I asked them when I received my car that is everything checked as I requested and their response was yes. However when I got my car my window water fluid was totally empty. This is a very simple thing to check and how can I trust them after all if they didn t miss anything else in the service and I can t see it. Personally I don t trust to take my car there anymore. One time mistake is okay but twice is not. Hope they take care more of themselves customers .Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
