They re the best! Billy is always honest and his team does a professional job! Been coming to this shop for close to 10yrs and they haven t let me down yet. I recommend everyone to get their car service here and if you need any modifications he s the go to guy

I used to go to Billy years ago when I had my Volkswagen! I moved away for years to come back and Billy opening up right next to my job! Had a nail in my tire on my Equinox I stopped by within 10 mins Lu had taken care of it! I went in 2 weeks ago to get my spark plugs done within 20 mins I was out of there with my truck in tip top shape! Billy and his team are true professionals and do absolutely amazing work!! I will be going back for years! Hard to find good and honest mechanics now a days!! Thank you for being great Billy!!

I checked this place online and based on online reviews got here. I didn t mention appointment because I sent out an online quote request on Thursday and never got a response. I definitely wanted an oil change sooner on my car, so got there by myself on Saturday noon. Wondering why I didn t call? Well, did four times in the morning but hit the VM every time.After I got there, Billy the Review celebrity appeared and readily took in my car and gave a time by which he would give me a call when the car is ready. Since it was an oil change, he presented the options he had for me and then I handed over the keys to him before walking home. Since it was a weekend and they close by 4, I started getting anxious and gave him multiple calls to his shop number and the number he had given me. The shop was a 8 min walk from home, so I decided to walk there and check by myself if my car was ready.He reappeared and confirmed that the car was ready. Asked him why he couldn t give me a call or pick up my calls and he said he was just busy all afternoon and did apologize. He got me quickly checked out. Since it was just an oil change, I cannot rate the work or my satisfaction level with the labor. I wrote and rated this review only based on my interaction with the shop. Work seems to very clean just like his shop, but Billy definitely needs to work on his client engagement to retain his customer base.

I cannot recommend Eastcoast Autosport enough! I brought in my Ram Promaster, Mercedes, and Chrysler minivan, each with their own mechanical issues, and the team at Eastcoast Autosport did an exceptional job fixing them. Not only did they handle the repairs with expertise and precision, but they also treated me with the utmost kindness and respect throughout the entire process. Requested a quote to get three door handles on a commercial vehicle. I was told by the owner to give him 24 hours to receive a quote.After 2 days, I returned to find out he didn t look at the car. He says he was waiting for me to provide the parts. I asked him to send me the information to the parts that I needed to order.After a week of excuses (e.g., short handed due to graduations, too busy with other cars, etc) as to why he could not prioritize diagnosing my vehicle to provide a quote, I decided to retrieve my vehicle and look for another facility.This is all after losing a weeks worth of income because this is my vehicle for work.

Billy is eager to please the customer and will go above and beyond to get the job done right. The entire shop is filled with friendly guys and even when things don t go as planned it is a good experience.

Billy is one of the nicest and most honest businesspersons I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He and his crew are very detailed in their work. Additionally, they were very accommodating to last minute requests and had my car in and out quickly.Their prices are extremely fair and warranted. Billy and his team were great! I texted billy on what I wanted done on my Denali (exhaust and intake install) he texted me a quote and gave me a date and time he had available for the install. When the day can I dropped it off and a few hours later I received a call letting me know car was ready. The shop closes at 5pm and I was running a bit late. However, Billy stayed 15 min extra to ensure I was able to pick up the truck the same day. Thanks!

Best shop for wheel balancing and alignment.I reached early morning without an appointment and asked them to help me with wheel balancing. The guy agreed and explained what he did, which i really appreciate. He is very knowledgeable in this business.Definitely recommend and would come back!Great service.

An absolutely amazing establishment. Walking in your greeted with open arms. The work is phenomenal. Absolutely outstanding the owner billy and his team go above and beyond for their customers, they value you no matter what type of work your getting down. If your expecting cheap pricing this is not the place to go to. If you want cheap you will get cheap. His quality is high End and with the best of the best in parts. Hence why you will pay for what you get. He absolutely works with you with anything you need especially pricing. No matter what you will leave with a smile on your face and never regret going back. Billy loves to get to know his customers. I rate this shop 10 stars out of 10. Seriously they go above and beyond. They do get busy but that comes to show the quality In work. From Toyota Prius to an Audi R8. He makes sure what ever it is you want to put on the car will last and is the best bang for you buck. He would rather you do things the right way the first time instead of doing it cheap and having to go back. He never wants you returning with the work they did being wrong... so please if there is anything you want done to your car I recommend you going to east coast. Very helpful and understanding with my purchase of 5 rims and tires. Good price and couldn't be happier with how my BMW came out. They were quick and do much more than tires. Will definitely be going back for other mods.

EastCoast to the rescue again!!! Nothing like doing business in local shops with real people wanting to help you. While driving on the NJ Turnpike, got a huge bolt in my drivers side rear tire. Thankfully was able to get to the shop right away. Billy ordered the exact tire for me and had it delivered and installed within a couple hours. Thank you!

Went to get my wheels services. Was up sold a myriad of products on top of my original service. A week later when i arrived to pick up my wheels I informed Billy that I would not be mounting my wheels there or pitching extra lugs at the moment because I already had lugs and my tires didn't arrive yet. At that moment the near perfect customer service that I received went out the window. Billy immediately became nasty with me. Never in my entire life have I felt so disrespected for choosing not to purchase something extra. It's fair to say that I will not be a returning customer

Very poor communication by the owner Billy called numerous times, voicemail expressed to leave text or vm... still doesn't respond to text either. Was told to come by the shop.... but wasn't there. Had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive. Was told to contact him the following day with tire quotes at a specific time, once again for him not to be in the office. Tried calling back later multiple times but got ignored. Has no grounds to say he didn't ignore, due to the fact that you have caller i.d. it's cool that you've been in business 23 years, but clearly you have some Communication issues which is stated by a lot of your reviews. Professionalism needs significant improvement.

I have a Z51 Corvette Stingray and am very particular about where I take my car and who gets to work on it. These guys are professionals who not only know exactly what they re doing, but also have great customer service. Billy is the owner, make sure you talk to him. He ll take care of you and be honest about what you need. Highly recommend, no matter what you drive!

This is the guy to see if you need tires or wheels or pretty much anything done to your car! I got a remote start After initially coming in for a set of tires. Pretty quick getting the remote start done. And he suggested that I do my roof black so it would make my car pop. I asked him what don t you do! Pretty amazed. He ll definitely give you your monies worth

Had some work done, was initially happy, but when returning to ask some harmless questions they were immediately defensive and just tried to upsell me. Furthermore the item they installed keeps coming loose (and were crooked to begin with). I have not returned to address issue based on my experience as I expect more dismissive rude customer service that will result in them asking for more money.

We dropped in on a Friday Night and Billy knocked it out of the park. He listened to our problems and concerns and was able to come up with a solution to help us out in our time of need. Billy went over and above by offering to deliver the tires for us and with the bad weather this past weekend that made it possible for the other events that need to take place to get our daughters car back on the road possible. Customer Service is second to none for this type of business.I will be back....

I am on my 7th custom car / suv and i get all my wheels and auto accessories from East coast Autosport. I have been dealing with them for 12 years. Billy is a great guy , friendly and easy to talk to. East coast is not the cheapest but then again you get what you pay for. His prices are fair and on par with the quility of his work. All of his equipment is top of the line Hunter , Snap on , etc... He is a authorized dealer for all the top brands.

DON T GO HERE! I took my 350z here for an engine/trans swap. Billy told me around what it would cost. Comes by the shop to check on the progress. Discovers that they replaced my starter and some suspension parts WITHOUT ASKING or telling me I needed them. I know other Z owners that sell their parts or give their parts to friends. But they didn t even ask my permission to see if I had parts or not. So now they have my car in storage until I up the money for parts and labor that I DIDN T AUTHORIZE. I ve made a consumer affairs report, better business bureau report and filed a lawsuit. This has been done to other customers before. They broke my suspension and is trying to muscle me into paying for new suspension. If this has happened to you. Please contact me on instagram @Karaji_350z_Jones so we can all go to the news media together and expose these scammers. This shop is not to be trusted. They will pay for scamming me and making me miss my family reunion this week.The bottom line is. It doesn t matter what you think I needed . If you didn t get permission from or inform the customer before ordering/installing parts. You re at fault. You did this to other people. It s a scam and a lawsuit. You don t install stuff in people s cars without their permission. You don t know what I had a warranty on or what I didn t because you didn t care to ask. Now I won t be going down south to see my family all because you wanted to try to be slick. Even though I was scammed. I offered to do a payment plan with you. But you wanted it all.

Brought my car for wheel balancing in winter. As they say they do it on Hunter Road force machine. There is a special process of doing it, and the process is close to 1 hour of labor, if you do it properly. Mine was done in 10 min. Whatever, installed it back on my car and went for test drive. They weights were doubled on the front right rim and were touching the caliper. Brought my car back and I could see the attitude from workers right away. Re-balancing was done by some other worker in the shop. Don't know his name but he screamed at me bc I was standing next to my car. That dude probably was having a bad day... Ok, I got my car back and told myself that i would never come back again..But its not the end. In April when I was switching my winter set to summer, I could not take off the lug nuts on the same wheel as the guy was re- balancing. The right front. I used an automatic gun with 130 lbs, didn't work. Brought my car to Pep-boys, they tried to take them off with 220 lbs air gun, no luck! East coast - what torque are u using? Did u do it on purpose? Thee people with a breaker bar were able to take them off. That kind of service is completely unacceptable.

They did a good job, but I was quoted a price of $480 for a job but when I went to get my car the price had gone up to $542. As for the owners response, I m in business, when I give someone a quote that s what I charge not a penny more, And I tell them ahead of the work being done there s a fee for using a credit card.
