Very efficient here. I'm only giving 4 stars because the label they put on my car says change the oil again in 5,000 miles while my manual says a minimum of 6000 miles with the premium synthetic oil they used. Otherwise I recommend.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I don t think I ll be going there anymore. Simply because of inflation unfortunately. I used to bring my jeep there and it was only $45 for full service which included vacuuming and yesterday I brought my Buick which is a sedan for full service and it was $60 and they didn t even vacuum. They used to be the only place I d take my car so now I ll have to find a place that s cheaper. They also used to have magazines in the waiting room and they don t anymore

Xpress lube has been my go to place for oil changes, as well as a full service. They have been nothing but amazing. In the past year they have been the first and only people on multiple occasions that has been able to help me with car issues. I have taken my vehicle to the mechanics so many times and they have told me nothing is wrong with my car when their clearly was. They suggested oil changes (Like that would help, WHAT????!!!!) Well while getting my oil changed, Xpress Lube was able to easily look and tell me what was wrong with me car within minutes. Each time, they were right on the money. A massive oil leak in my car, a blown differential, and many more problems. They cared enough to take pictures of the problems for me and explain what I was looking at LOL... Sure enough I take my car back to the shop, tell them what was shown to me and OH MAGICALLY they were able to find the issue!!!! They are a company that care for their customers.But it doesn't stop there, they are fast, detailed, clean workers. Id highly suggest them to anyone!! They saved my car and saved me money!!!!Service: Oil change

I just paid $119 for a routine oil change. I was not told about this price increase until after I had the work done. When I questioned the price, the attendant said "yea, we just got this increase, cash or credit?" Thanks for letting me know. I have been bringing all 4 of my cars here for years but that ship just sailed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Quick and efficient. Once in a while they try to up sell me a new air filter when I don't need one, but I get it. Very nice and conscious of keeping your car clean. The price is reasonable and affordable. I absolutely recommend them.

I've been going to this place for an oil change for decades. They always do a great job, the staff is friendly, they have a couple of other simple services that they provide, which is great, such as changing out windshield wipers. And the wait is never really all that long. They have seating outside or inside while you wait. A+

I service an entire fleet of vehicles that are in frequent road operation here. Most of the fleet is in monthly for their 'full service' package. I observe the work as it goes on and can attest to their commitment to quality. Many of the techs have worked here for years and do a great job. Like all customer service based companies, it can be hard to please everyone; but I have been a loyal corporate customer for years and will continue to be one. They point out issues with the vehicles that they find immediately and allow me to address them promptly. I have had one issue over hundreds of oil changes and Dave rectified it immediately no questions asked. Great local business.

Their store hours say "Open until 5" but if you get there at 4:30 and anyone is in line, they will tell you they are too busy today. Twice I've gone and they have turned me away. Would a little overtime hurt you?

Hard sell on extras such as cabin filters but that's coming from management, not the techs. They are polite and helpful. Their recommendation for oil change every 3k on a full synthetic is not manufacturer recommdarion- thar's six k...again that's business. A bit pricey but convenient and fast.

I went there today and was far beyond satisfied! I got full service, I had to speed away, because I felt like I got a steal! They did the oil change, topped my fluids, filled My Tires, cleaned my Windows, and also sprayed my interior with germacide! Far beyond impressed with them and my car runs better than new! A million thank yous!!!!

Express lube closes at 5pm and it s hard to get there during the week in time. I was there at 4:21pm I bring 3 vehicles for full service synthetic which is costly. They would not take me because they stopped taking cars for the day. It was my 2nd attempt both times before 4:30. It s not the service I m upset with but lack of time and stopping before 5pm.Service: Oil change

Used to work here, amazing place! Awesome work environment and the bosses and employees make you feel like family. if you're in Newton New Jersey or just passing through there and need an oil change this is the place for you!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING. These people are the worst. I have been a loyal customer since 1996. I have been bringing my 2004 Mustang here for service since it was new. I recently had it serviced at another shop, because I had to replace the alternator. I was informed that the oil drain hole threads had been stripped very badly, and now the oil pan needs to be replaced. Very big and expensive job. I just informed the manager about it and was told that I was informed about it when it happened. I don't think so. I would not have gone back there if that was true. I was then told to "calm down". I said the "hell with you" and left. Awful customer service. Hope you read this Dave. I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

Do not go here! My husband brought his truck for a oil change. About two weeks later his Truck broke down, which we assumed was the alternator. When we brought it to the mechanic we soon found out that there was zero oil in the Truck. No leaks, nothing wrong with the truck except for the pure fact they never put oilBack into the truck!!!!!! We now had to buy a new motor and stuck with a 4K bill! We tried called the place literally 100 times no answers to fix the issue. We will be seeking legal help. I repeat do not got here!!!!Service: Oil change

It was busy when I got there but these guys are the best and that's why I keep coming back. Probably 4 cars in front of me and both sides open short staffed and it was still under an hour.

the staff is very nice, they work quickly and they're very hospitable. the guy at the front desk who wears glasses (not sure his name) always genuinely cares about how his customers' day went. very nice people

This place is the worst, after waiting in line for 30 mins, they decide to tell me they don't work on Volkswagen. How about you put up a sign telling customers you don't work on Volkswagen. I have no problem going to the sts down the street who did it no problem. I have nothing special, its a 2017 VW Tiguan.

Have gone multiple times with multiple cars. Each time I get my oil changed..they tighten the cap soooo tight that it won t come off, so we end up having to break it and re-cap it with a new cap.Make something super simple into a 4 hour job later.

No way these guys get a 4 start review... not possible. They ripped off my wife when she specifically said she wanted to lowest cost oil change on her suv. Then they go ahead an put in the most expensive. Saying they have to or it would void the warranty?? What does a oil change place have to do with our cars warranty?? They are not even a legitimize Xpress Havoline Lube place..... spoke to the manager Dave, went no where.....be warned...not a good place.

I always find the staff here very friendly; they are always quick and efficient. I have found that going mid week is better than going on weekends as they do get relatively busy.

I usually go for an oil change on Saturday morning, and although it looks busy, the wait is never long. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to go there.
