This is my preferred Honda dealer/service center. Very down to earth and care about the customer. Sadly the rest in North Jersey are very hit or miss since somebody has been buying them out and the quality of service has suffered. Most of the stores in Sussex are the better representation of whichever brands you prefer.

I went there for an oil change. The next my check engine displayed on the dashboard indicating a problem. So I called, set up an appointment to see why, since it was right after their service apparently that happened. Thinking that they were going assess the situation to find out if it was their fault as of why all of a sudden after their service I'm complaining of a check engine light. Oh yeah without any hesitation the service advisor said it's gonna cost you $148 dollars. I was shocked. To make a long story short. The SA came back to give me report and told me an animal ate my absorption wire from the tank. That sounded very bizarre. Why did this happen right after an oil change from their place. That's very strange. I'm just saying. So, the SA said, it would cost $400to $ 500 to get this fix. I was like what? No way, so I took my car from them got a second opinion. The other place said $80 bucks. Is that a ripped off or what?Don't think I'm going back there again.

I made an appointment with Sussex Honda for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and a half, my car was done. The service advisor showed me the multi-point inspection report and guided me to the cashier to pay my bill. After finding my car, I realized that my tires weren't rotated. I went back to the service department and told the service advisor that my tires were not rotated. The service advisor said to me, Okay, do you want your money back or do you want to rotate your tires? .I told him that I was charged to rotate the tires so you need to rotate my tires. He replied, Okay, it will take fifteen minutes. . Later, he showed me that on the multi-point inspection report the technician had written no rotation. I requested and paid for a tire rotation so why is the technician able to decide what service should be completed? And why would I get charged for something that wasn't done?Afterwards, I left the dealer and was very concerned thinking what if the technician decided not to replace my oil or what if the technician decided not to replace my oil filter? How many customers have come to Sussex Honda, paid to rotate their tires and the tires were not rotated? Maybe it just happened to me. All I can say is I am not returning there to service my car..

Decent folks, polite and civil. Seems strange and sad only a few are wearing masks indoors when daily COVID-19 cases in NJ are hitting >1k/day again (8/7/21).

This is the worst dealership I ve ever been in. Told us we didn t have to put $1500 down. Right when we re about to sign off and get the car they tell us we need to to pay $1500 because the receptionist Haley didn t explain things to the salesman Bob correctly. Didn t try to accommodate at all. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
