This is by far the best Honda Service Part in the State of NJ. The team here is amazing, provides outstanding customer service, the snack bar is always full for customers to enjoy. They welcome walk ins with open arms and total understanding. The also is brutally honest about the service that is needed and if you can hold it off. They do not pressure you to get work done but will tell you if it s major and needs to be handled immediately. I would drive two hours if I had to, just to get services there. The best in the state.

I had an excellent experience taking my car to the Sussex Honda in Newton to be fixed. Dan in the service department was extremely professional & courteous. he explained everything to me before doing any work, and we discussed different options, which was great, and I really really appreciated that. He always returned my phone callsusually that day, if not in a very reasonable time & had my car done when he said he would. I would definitely recommend this place to all my fellow Honda people.

Excellent service at Sussex Honda! They do great work and are very honest about what needs to be done. I trust them and highly recommend! We love our pilot and CRV and wouldn t bring them any place else. Our service manager Jess is the best!

This is seriously, the nicest group of people ! From calling and speaking with Lori to schedule the appt, to the service advisor and the tech. Your greeted with a smile as soon as you open the door. My service advisor, Paul, whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with twice, is the best! They are all friendly, helpful, funny, efficient, accommodating and knowledgeable .The service tech , ( I amSorry I forgot his name ) was very kind, and took the time to explain a few things to me when my vehicle was done. You can t find a better place to service your vehicle !

Had to get a key fob replacement. Called Monday.Got a price quote for everything. FOB needed to be ordered. Will take an hour to do the whole thing. Gave the okay. Made an appointment for this Wednesday at 1 pm. Got a text message and 2 phone calls confirming my appointment. Drive from PA to the Newton NJ dealer today for the scheduled appointment time. A few minutes after arriving I'm told they don't have the replacement FOB. They have to order it and will call when its in and I have to schedule another appointment. Don't know who dropped the ball or should I say the FOB but I am not a happy camper right now. I let the staff know my frustration in a calm manner. Hopefully they get the FOB quickly and I can get my replacement soon.

If you are still in the belief that you won't get great service at your dealership that you purchased your vehicle from, give them a chance to change your mind. Purchased multiple cars over the years from them and they have never disappointed me. Over and above service with them. Thank you Service team for all you do! A special thanks to the detailing department for getting the red in out of my front passenger seat My car is close to 100000 miles and it looks and runs as good as new! Love this car, here is to another 100000!

I dropped my vehicle off for service later in the afternoon as it was scheduled for service the following morning. The service advisor said that they could get my service completed that afternoon . Also, there were a couple of things that were scheduled to be done for the 15,000 mile service but actually were not needed, which saved me money. They also gave me a complementary car wash!!

This was hands down THE BEST car buying experience I've had. Our associate Simon was attentive, clear and overall a pleasure to work with. Jeff from finance was incredibly helpful and straightforward. Sussex Honda is definitely an example of outstanding customer service. Was worth visiting here from out of state!

I live in the city.. but I've realized you get treated much better out of the city. This is why I came here. I've seen this place when my daughter used to live in the area. So far so good. They have a huge selection and they know and speak about the difference between the same n make models n trims. The guy who attended us, his name is Simon. Very knowledgeable and my daughter and I were able to test drive multiple cars. This helped my daughter pick the car she wants. God willing she would be owning n driving by Sept.

Edit (3/13): Clearly doesn't care about the customer. The phone number for the message below is the main number, not a direct line. Would have expected a direct line of someone to talk to rather than the automated message.Used to be top notch dealer and service center with fair prices. Something changed in the last year or two and now service center is money hungry. Charged me 150 for OEM rotors I can buy anywhere for 100. Pretended they were doing me a favor by giving me a few discounts. They squeezed a few hundred dollars out of me, but lost a customer.

Looked at a car on a Saturday. Left a deposit online. Was working with the salesperson for 2 days on financing and they sold the car to someone else. Typical sales move! I'm sure there is some type of contractual obligation that they violated. Went to Hackettstown Honda and had a better experience. Will be sure to tell everyone I know, not to trust these people. Not representative of the Honda brand.

I went there for 2 open recalls on a used CRV I purchased elsewhere. Greg who made the appointment for me was very helpful. I dropped the vehicle off the night before and asked for it to be done by 11 am. I called at 10 am and it was complete. Danny was the service tech that helped me, and he was very helpful and nice.

I had an issue with a Certified PreOwned purchase from another Honda dealership just 3 days prior. They took the car immediately and fixed within a day. The car shouldn t have had an issue that soon but I was grateful they helped straighten it out.

All the dealers up in VT are booking out weeks for simple services. Came down to visit family and got in at Sussex Honda the next day! The cost was 40% less than up north as well. I ll plan to be back down for my next major service.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Honda's service department, and I wanted to share my thoughts based on the facts of my visit.Firstly, making an appointment over the phone with Rita was a breeze. She was not only efficient but also incredibly nice, which made the process pleasant from the start. She provided me with a realistic date and time for the completion of the service, and her professionalism was evident.On the day of the service, I was provided with a good replacement car, which made it convenient for me to go about my day without any disruptions. Additionally, I received a voicemail confirmation of the service the day before, which was a thoughtful touch and gave me peace of mind.During the service, Daniel served as my Service Advisor, and everything went smoothly. He kept me well-informed about the entire process, explaining in detail what work would be done and what would be inspected. This level of transparency was greatly appreciated.I also appreciated that when I called to inquire about the progress of the service, I was promptly informed about the current stage and what had been done. This open communication helped alleviate any concerns I may have had.Furthermore, the service included the completion of three recalls and a thorough inspection of my car. I'm pleased to report that everything was executed correctly, and my car no longer displayed any check engine lights. The reception of my car upon completion was quick and efficient, making the overall experience even more satisfactory.What impressed me the most was that the service team didn't push for any additional repairs. In fact, when I suggested changing the oil in the gearbox, they stated that they would check it first, showing their commitment to only recommending necessary maintenance.After the recall repairs were completed, they took the extra step to clear all errors, test drove my car, and recognized that the issues I had experienced could indeed be related to the recalls. This is the third vehicle we purchased from Sussex Honda. Our salesman, Zac, was a pleasure to work with again. We mainly communicated via email since we live in New York and they are located in New Jersey. Zac always got back to us promptly with answers to any of the questions we had. My local dealership, Middletown Honda, lost me as a customer when they started charging customers a market adjustment charge. Back to Sussex Honda, on the finance end we again worked with Jeffrey. He made the process a breeze and was well prepared for whatever questions we had with the paperwork. Sussex Honda will be the first dealership we will go to when it s time for another vehicle.
