I couldn't be happier with the service department at Subaru of Newton! Not only were they able to repair my Outback quickly, but Corey worked with me to achieve a fair price for the repairs, and even replaced my battered key fob at no cost to me! Corey is professional, friendly, and just a gem to deal with. Hey Subaru, you've got a great employee there.. make sure you hang onto him and GIVE THAT BOY A RAISE! I will be back for future service and you can thank Corey for that. A+

Robert is very knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to explain every aspect of the 30,000 mi. service requirements for my Subaru. Robert was clear, precise and willing to answer any questions I had. I got to the dealership a bit early and he was able to start the servicing earlier than scheduled. I really appreciated his consideration and thoughtfulness. I purchased my car from this dealership 8 years ago, and I have most of my maintenance taken care of at their service department. Over the past 8 years, I've had good experiences with the Service Department staff and auto technicians. The appointments are easy to schedule online or by phone. The check in process is easy and quick. They try not to keep you longer than necessary, and they will explain, in detail, any issues of concern.I would recommend this establishment to my friends.

Julian was efficient when checking my car in , explaining possible services as my car approached 25K miles. He stayed in touch with me through bith phone calls and text on the needs found by technician. I have had my vehicle serviced at Subaru World of Newton since I purchased it just over 2 years ago. Tbh they were average at best in the beginning. Over the last two years they have had to deal with many challenges the entire automotive industry is being faced with - supply chain issues, employee turnover, parts availability, etc. I am happy to report that my visit today was a 10/10. I was in for routine oil change but also notice my AC was acting up. Their staff seems to have settled on a good group of people at the front desk and in the shop. They identified the issue with my AC, confirmed it was covered by my extended warranty, changed my oil and repaired the component. I sat in a their excellent waiting room and had a few cappuccinos while I read a book and answered emails. I have one small complaint, they always play the news on the TV which makes it hard to read. But that s not enough to remove a star.Like I said they started off as a 3/5 in my book 2 years ago but have just gotten better and better. Seriously, this is a nice place to visit, and trust, when it comes to your vehicle.Service: Air conditioning

They did a great job in replacing my front breaks, rotors and calipers. They also provided a break fluid flush to ensure my breaks will work to the safest standards possible. Had an appointment for an Oil change and rotation...pulled up to valet was greeted professional got checked in and parked!Went to service counter and was again treated very nicely and welcoming. Within 10 minutes my car was being worked on. I received a text message stating so and to reply with any questions from that point on, which I thought was very tech savvy!I want to say 45/60 minutes later I was told everything was completed with no additional services needed.I was extremely impressed on how Newton Subaru hit every single aspect. From valet to check out it was flawless and professional. There are only a couple places I trust my vehicles with here in NJ, and this is one of them. From service, to parts, to the fellow customers, and the waiting room accommodations, I had a very enjoyable experience. Their employees were cheerful and happy to help. Had an appointment this morning for oil/filter change and rotate my tires. After waiting an hr, I got the list of things wrong with my car. Funny I knew I had a tire wear problem and needed it on the back.That never made the things wrong list. After 1 1/4 hrs I was complete. I was in a rush and didn t look to see the work was completed but when I pulled over I looked to see the tire with some wear was still in the same spot. I went back to dealer. They spoke with the person who did the work and they said they put the best 2 up front. By eye you can tell that s just not true. They even put the dirt and grime on the lug nuts or they didn t do them. After paying to have it done. They did offer me a refund but my anger and tardiness, just thought it better to let them have it. I wouldn t have wrote this review but I emailed customer service and they tell you we ll get back to you as soon as possible . Still waiting. I won t recommend them anymore. And remember the old saying about all businesses. Buyer beware. My family has 4 Subaru s, so if anyone know a good Subaru service center, probably have some business for you.Services: Tires, Oil change

Tyler the Service Advisor was more than helpful with facilitating my daughter's recalls on a used Subaru we have just purchased. He was able to get us in quickly and she is now hitting the roads knowing that all is ok with her vehicle. Highly recommend Newton Subaru service!!!

My experience was with Tyler who was fantastic! Unfortunately my cars engine is shot and he was honest and definitely had my best interest in mind. Subaru world of Newton has always been great to me from the time I bought my vehicle to the time I had to lay it to rest. Tyler and his team are top notch. They checked everything to spec and only fixed what was necessary and turned my rotors saving me hundreds of dollars. Updated my firmware and checked my battery capacitance and provided a loaner. David was very helpful knew what he was talking about. Worked with me on saving a few dollars did what he could to make my buying experience as painless as possible. Service is generally very organized and professional here. I was not thrilled guy behind desk with a clear cold or something coughing away without covering mouth and with his mask under his chin the entire 2 hrs I was there. If I worked with him I would not be happy and he shouldn t be allowed to interact with customers with mask off until whatever he has is gone.Services: Tires, Brakes

Subaru performed a recall on my car and was done within time promised. They performed some other routine maintenance at very reasonable prices. When finished with all the work, Tyler, of their service dept., explained in detail everything done to the car and what else might need replacing soon. I purchased my ascent from Subaru world of Newton 3 years ago. Their service is wonderful and I go nowhere else to service my car even for an oil change. The staff has always been professional courteous and flexible. They were able to provide a loaner while replacing my blower motor and stabilizer links/bushings. Answered my questions when asked and were easy to talk with. Very friendly.
