I just bought a pre-owned Forester Wilderness from these guys. I have to say...it was the best car-buying experience I've had. Dave Wilt was a pleasure to work with. Straight shooter and got the deal done quickly. No games...just good service. Absolutely ask for him when you go in.Shout out to Orlando the finance guy, too. Didn't push any "extras" when we were signing the paperwork. I couldn't believe it!

I recommend to Ask for Dave , he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they re stuff. Dave was a great salesman. When I mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most used lots. He Worked with me when the price was a little out of my budget and overall he s a great guy! I ll Definitely be coming back here again. I was pleased to have a second car purchased for him that was reliable and I absolutely loved.I love my new ride! Thank you!

Always a wonderful experience when I come here to have my car serviced. The staff members are all so delightful. Cory is normally my service advisor. He provides exceptional customer service every time I come in. He lets me know what s wrong with my vehicle and gets it fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Cory when having service done on your car!

This dealership is absolutely phenomenal. Dave Wilt in sales is 10+ stars probably 15. And the sales manager was awesome and we shared some stories about Blairstown area and Columbia and where he lives and stuff. He knows where I live, but he remembers me from the last Subaru I bought there for my wife, crosstrek, and the entire experience was just like full-blown 12 stars. Keep up the good work, will be back.

I was passing through Newton from PA to see my mom in Sussex. My check oil light came on in Blairstown and I was concerned to drive it very far so I stopped at Subaru in Newton and they could not have been any nicer. One of the sales associates took me back to the service department, hooked me up with someone and started the ball rolling. They checked over my car, took care of the problem and had me on my way within about an hour an a half. They were amazing!! They made sure my car was safe to drive which put my mind at ease since I would be driving around with my 93 year old mother in the coming days. They were very professional, kind, and caring. And in this day and age when customer service is lacking in most areas, Subaru of Newton was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL with regard to customer service. Thank you Newton Subaru.

Very friendly, thorough, considerate and courteous. While waiting for my car, I heard one customer being a bit abrasive and the agent never lost his cool, was extremely polite and friendly! I wouldn t have been so understanding, but he didn t miss a beat!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2023 Impreza. Was charged $150 for that basic of a service and almost zero customer service. My 2018 Cadillac was much $100 at the Chevy dealership down the road, plus that deatiled and washed the car. On top of that, I had to wait nearly an hour and they didn't offer to wash it.

Lied about rotating tires after I brought my car in for its first service. The service advisor stated that my tires were "100 percent definitely rotated" but that he didn't put it on the invoice so that I "wouldn't be billed for it". Thought it was weird that they didn't reset the computer to say the tires were rotated so I checked pictures I had taken after an accident and by checking the red and yellow paint dots and the tire manufacturing codes I can see none of them were rotated. Definitely not happy with paying almost 50k for a vehicle from this place and being lied to about service. Won't be taking my car back to them even for the free "service" that is included and definitely won't be buying another car here.EDIT: Upon further inspection it appears my oil wasn't even changed. If it was then it was changed with the dirtiest looking new oil I've ever seen.

I cannot say enough about Subaru World of Newton. I just purchased my third car from them. All three purchases there have been fast, easy and hassle free. My sales person this time was Kyle and he was exceptional. No preasure, friendly, and knowledgeable. I found myself very torn about the color of my new vehicle and he gave me all the time I needed to make my decision without being pushy at all. Because of this I do not regret my choice at all. His follow up has been top knotch too. Not at all like other dealerships who once the deal is done they don't want to know nothing from you. Buying a car from Kyle was like buying from a good friend!

The first two visits to the service department were positive for me, so much so that I emailed the General Manager to praise the service advisor. Sadly the gentleman I dealt with is no longer there. During my last visit they attempted to sell me $1400-$3000 worth of repairs that I did not need. This was confirmed by a second, reputable garage and later by two separate mechanics that I know personally. I have documentation from Subaru confirming how I was told repeatedly my car was "unsafe" and documentation from the second garage negating that claim. The Subaru service advisor used language designed to frighten me (it worked) and essentially extort money from me. Again, this was confirmed by the second garage I promptly took my vehicle to for a second opinion. I would love to write a full narrative detailing what occurred however Google character limits prevent that. I'm certain the Service Manager Mr. Higgins will comment on this and in the interest of transparency, I will acknowledge my husband had a heated conversation with him. It was unproductive however my husband was angered when he presented Mr. Higgins with clear evidence regarding how badly his service advisor tried to rip me off and Mr. Higgins in turn attempted to change the narrative. I emailed the General Manager Mr. Dexter in an attempt to discuss this matter further but unlike my email offering praise, I did not receive a response. Cannot stress enough how I am not looking for a "freebie" or anything special by writing this. My motivation here is accountability. I will further acknowledge Subaru pointed out an issue with my back bearings, which I agree with and the second garage repaired. Everything else Subaru deemed in need of repair or "unsafe" was unwarranted. I would strongly caution anyone from using this service department. They do not create an environment of trust. My family has purchased several vehicles from this dealer however we will never return.Edit 02/29/2024: Responding to the response from the dealer, I question how the team did the best they can to come to a "resolution." This makes it seem like a conversation took place. After I declined the repairs they wanted to do, I calmly left the dealer that day. No one ever contacted me. I left it at being told my car was unsafe & there was 50-75% of play in my front end, which as mentioned above was determined to be false. The service manager returned my husband's call & essentially picked a fight with him, which led to an unproductive conversation. My email expressing my concerns to the GM went unanswered. No one ever contacted me - the listed owner of the vehicle - with the intent of having a "resolution." I have documentation proving all of my claims made here. Once again the narrative has been changed by this dealer. First it was to cover for their service departments dishonesty toward me and now to imply I am in some way disagreeable. I am more than willing to have a polite & civil conversation with the GM whenever he would like to do so.

I can t say enough good things about this place. Once I pulled into the parking lot, David was there with a smile. Every step of the way, he made it fun and had us all laughing. David truly listened to my budget, and came back with a perfect deal. After purchasing the car, David walked me through all the features of the car and even set-up car play for me.I am more than happy with my 2019 Crosstrek! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pre-owned/new car.

From the time we walked into the door to the time we walked out after our purchase we where treated as family.. Starting with Spencer, he made sure we felt comfortable in our purchase, Kyle our sales Manager who we purchased our other Subaru was always there to help us with our best interest in mind.. and last but by Far not least Orlando our finance manager who s is alway great to see helped us seal the deal and guided us above and beyond.Subaru world of Newton is our only choice to purchase and will always do everything possible to make you feel at home.. thank you for everything

I'm so grateful for the team at Subaru World of Newton, especially Cory at the Service center. He's awesome! I'm pretty hard on my car but he got me back on the road quickly. I can tell they have a passion for their cars and for keeping drivers safe. The next time I need service, I know I have a team I can rely on at Newton Subaru.

I've had two positive experiences so far with the kind and quick staff. My first time I came in at the end of the day knowing I might not be able to get a battery and might need to schedule another day. They took care of me and got me on my way with care. It was a really nice feeling. I came back today to get my fog lights replaced and had another incredibly positive experience. Would highly recommend.

Service is always friendly and helpful. Have not been under any pressure from the current service advisors to do any repairs. Prices have doubled in less than a year on scheduled maintenance. They are helpful with coupons from Subaru

I brought my Crosstrek in to repair a part in my EyeSight system. The service agents received me with a welcome smile and I was given a new Outback as a loaner for the day. When my car was ready and I returned to pick it up, they even warmed it up for me before I went to drive it away.All around courteous professional service every time I come here to service or repair my vehicle.Thanks team!

Everyone was efficient and pleasant and brought me up to date on regular maintenance for the car. However I had made the appointment mainly because there were two recalls on the car and I drove over an hour to get to Newton only to find out after I got there that they would only be doing one of the recalls. I was very disappointed in their scheduling departmentThe update is my car recall was addressed and all is well. I thoroughly enjoyed the totally electric car they gave me as a loaner and special thanks to Samara who returned my house key which I inadvertently left in the loaner when I returned it

I had gotten a recall notice for my 2022 Outback.I made my apt for this morning 1/31. When I arrived, I was immediately met by an extremely polite and professional gentleman named Cory.Cory explained the process and told me that the service would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. I told him that my husband had followed me so we could go shopping while the car was being serviced. Cory told me that he would call me when the car was ready.While shopping Cory called to tell me that when changing the oil the mechanic found a rodent nest and reside in the engine and filter.He told me that they were clearing it out for me, but asked me if I could bring a box of moth balls with me when I returned.Cory explained that the moth balls would act as a deterent to the rodents. He also told me that my husbands car probably will also have rodents.Cory arranged for the mechanic to place the moth balls in my engine compartment. He also asked the mechanic to check my husband's car. His had rodents too, and they also put moth balls in his car.This whole process took under two hrs.I know this is a lengthy note. Please know that I want you to know what a wonderful and caring staff you have. Everyone we came in contact with fits that mold.Teresa Esposito

This is my 4th Subaru, the first 3 was a great experience the last one not so much. After the Legacy 2024 was taken in for major malfunctions they said it was fixed apparently it was not. . I m told is a hit and miss with this new cars , that is not reassuring . Subaru of Newton used to be reliable now I don t know. Got the car home today the warning lights are back on,being Sunday I m sure nothing will be done. This after I was told all was good.
