Extremely knowledgeable, and understanding to your situation. Hooked me up with tires, and got them installed in a very timely manner with very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend thier services to anyone in the remote area.

I bring all my personal cars, my lifted truck and company vehicles here for tires and repairs. I also refer all my friends and family. It is almost 40 minutes each way but well worth the trip. There work is second to none and service is impeccable. John at the desk is nothing short of Amazing. Give the a try you won't be disappointed.

I have had issues with the front end of my vehicle for years. I've taken it to many other shops and have always had the same issues after they had serviced it as well as the same run around about that's just the way it is. The staff at Professional Tire took the time and effort to show me my problems and told me what was needed to be done to eliminate the issues I was having before they did any service work. After their service now my vehicle drives better than it ever has since I've owned it. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, thank you so much.

Dishonest, they wanted to sell me a tire because there was a nail in it too close to the sidewall that could not be repaired. I went across the road to Midas and they could not find a nail. Also I had a bad tire pressure sensor but they did not want to deal with the green slime put in the tire by a previous owner. Again, Midas cleaned it out for me. Also I have quality valve stem caps. The tire they work on never got it replaced, no big deal, simple mistake but when I later returned to ask for it the sarcasem and plain wrotten attitude of John (I think was his name) is the best way to loose customers.Previously they charged me over $500 for a AC recharge and dye. My AC still is not working.I will now search for a new auto repair shop, they will never see me again.

I wanted to have two tires done on my wife s care, the back ones were fine. They talked down to my my wife to try and bully her into doing two more. I picked the car up to pay and they talked down to me. They also put the lugs back on so tight I couldn t get them off and and they stripped one so it was practically round, I had to have another shop chisel the lug off. I got 4 tires done on my other car in Andover even though it was significantly further away. I wasn t coming back here.

Needed tires in the worst way. I have been a commuter for work for the past 8 years. My current commuter car was driving terrible. Brought it to the dealership they inspected the vehicle and performed a regular service. Asked them to quote for new tires and the price was just outside of my budget. Called the guys at Pro tire and they were able to take care of my car right away. Jon researched a good quality tire that would provide a smooth ride. I've owned the car for 5 years and always thought it rode rough. After they replaced all 4 and balanced the new tires I was done. The bill was almost 200 hundred less than the dealer price which was offered at a discount. The next morning I drove the same car I drive 100 miles a day and it was great. The car rode smoother, quiter and believe it or not increased on mpg by 2 gallons. Thank you Professional tire for your help! I'll be back when ever I need tires for sure!

Always bring my truck here for all of my tire needs. Was able to have my tires shipped directly from tire rack and mounted at the shop.

Went in to go get a nail pulled out of my tire and turns out that apparently the tire was in fixable because the nail was to close to tire wall. So they wanted me to buy all 4 new tires, good thing I didn t because after that I took my car to a different tire shop and they literally told me I was scammed and that the tire with a nail in it was easily fixable. The nail was 3 inches away from the tire wall as well

Just had tires and car repair that was not only done in time for a trip I had , but it was a great job.The staff is exceptional. They listen ,and are priced the best of all that i searched. I Highly recommend Rod and his staff for any auto needs you may have.Thanks again Pro Tire

Today I was lucky enough to hit something on Route 80 and take out a purfectly good tire. Mounted the donut while others whizzed by and went on my way. Stopped at the shop on the way home to see when I could get in. Everyone was fabulous and got me quoted and installed two new tires in 30 minutes and I was on my way. Great business here in Hampton Township!! Thank you!

We were at the vet next door to this place (with our two big dogs) and as we were leaving we noticed we had a flat tire. I saw Professional Discount Tire nearby and walked down to see if they could help us. They were wonderful - so helpful, funny, and nice! They put on the donut (our jack buckled when we had tried to do it - scary!), we drove to the shop and in short order they found the hole and repaired it. They even let our dogs sit in the waiting room with us (it was freezing cold outside). AND they charged us a very small fee. What a pleasure to deal with! Their good-natured service turned a lousy day into a lucky one and we'll be buying all of our tires from them in the future! They are truly great guys - and they even had holiday cookies for their customers! THANK YOU!

These guys straight up 100% yanked my cruise control actuator out of my 04 Toyota Tacoma 5 years ago when I had them do new tires and spark plugs. Thought I wouldn t ever know, but I did know, and it s because these things MSRP for 2500 now. Absolute crooks

My family has been getting our vehicles serviced here since 1989. Rod is honest and trustworthy. I value his experience and advice on vehicles. I highly recommend him for tires, oil changes, wheel alignment, brakes, and general maintenance items.

Stay away from this place they are very rude and make ya feel like your an inconvenience! I stopped to have them look at my car real quick wich was an easy fix if ya had the right tool . I asked if they could look at real quick he just shook his head without saying a word except that we are trying to Close in a Stern voice ! I said the door was open ? But ok have a nice day !

I have been going here for years . Now my kids use them as well . Always happy with there service . Being a women you sometimes worry , if they are being completely honest . If you want to go where you know, there being honest and good service, go see Rod or John and let there service men do the job !!! Thanks for taking care of me and my entire family !!!

I have been using Professional Tire and Auto for several years now for my tire and auto repair needs. Rod and his entire staff have been a pleasure to work with and the quality of work has been outstanding. Really great. Had a flat and a coworker recommended them. Even though their hands were full and there was nowhere to park due to so many cars they got me in and out pretty quickly for a reasonable price.

Great business! Bought my tires from an online retailer and they were a preferred installer. Had the tires shipped to my home because I didnt know when I would be able to get the truck to them. Called them and they honored the online quote that I would have paid if I had the tires shipped to them. Dropped the truck and tires off same day I called them and it took about an hour and I was good to go. No hidden fees, just an honest business. On top, the waiting area is the best I have seen in the business (I know that isn't saying much), it was clean, had plenty of seats and reading materials, and it was air conditioned.

Pro tire takes good care of their customers with reliable, fantastic work. Theyve done the impossible whether it were alignmemts, fixed deathwobbles, rack and pinion, and more for my vehicles. Its a Great shop with great people working there.

I will always bring my vehicles to this shop. The owner delivered my wheels to my house during one of the northeastern snow storms we had last year. He also plowed my driveway after dropping my wheels off.The shop is 30mins from my house, but is worth the drive for friendly service and honestly. Both my vehicle have free factory maintence but I choose to give this shop my business because of the way I was treated.I highly recommend this place.Make an appointment.

I ve been bringing my cars to these guys for 25 years. Never had a problem. Wouldn t go anywhere else. Honest, straightforward auto repair at a very fair price. We all need a good independent garage.

Needed a tire patched on my truck and figured I'd give a smaller local business my business. Second customer in the door, and was told I'd have to wait several hours. Went down the road to Midas and was taken right inside. Parking there also sucks...

They are very friendly and personal, they are fair with their rates, and with all that aside, they went above and beyond to take care of my issues with my vehicle at the last minute to set me at ease to get me up and on my way, I strongly recommend them they can be trusted

They are great!! They make time if you have an emergency and do a great job. They are up front about priceing and don't try to rob you blind. They treat you just like family.Update a year later: Been a customer for a couple years and had to recognize these guys for going above and beyond yet again. Daughters car was acting weird on the way to school. Called John and he said to bring it in. My daughter dropped it off and the guys drove her to school so she didnt miss it. Then they fixed her car in the same day because it wasn't a serious issue and even offered to pick her up from the school if she needed to get to her car. Their aren't alot of people who would do this and the people that do need to be recognized. Thank you guys again and you definitely have a customer for life.

The only place I will use to get tires and work done on my vehicles. I have been using them since 2007 and have never had a bad experience. Rod is one of the friendliest guys there and a pleasure to work with!
