Kia of newton service department is very well maintained with great customer service.For your basic oil change, etc. It is a perfect place to keep your new or used kia and great operating condition.They offer a waiting room with comfy chairs and couches. The waiting area is also equipped with a charging station for any of your electronic devices. Why you are waiting, you can sit back and watch the TV that hangs on the wall read ir simply relax while your car is getting a makeover.

My experience was nothing but five stars. I took my Optima in for what turned out to be a warranty covered motor replacement. I wasn t aware for sure that it was a covered item. Tom contacted me and assured me it was covered. He also stayed in contact with me almost daily. Giving me updates on the status of the parts delivery and of the work being done. The whole process took less than two weeks. Tom and the other staff there that I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Service work done right!! Keep up the good work.

Jeff, Isaac and staff are always professional. I went to Kia to drop my Sedona for repair work. They were able to get the vehicle done earlier than expected. Always a pleasant experience at Newton Major Kia.

There was nothing wrong the car, and try to charge us $2,600, unnecessary repairs on the car. We will never go there again. BEWARE
