I was looking to buy a Telluride & Major Kia had what I was looking for. Che was a great go between for me with the finance team. I do have to say Tyler was FANTASTIC in every aspect, he went above & beyond & had me in my vehicle in less than 2hrs...the service he provided is what customers expect & deserve & Tyler is a welcome asset to the company which is hard to find anymore post pandemic! Major Kia definitely has quality staff & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!

Recently visited Major Hyundai to purchase a 2024 Santa Fe Limited AWD MSRP at $47,200. Sales associate nice, Offered a fair market value for my trade. Then it went down hill, they never told me they were rasing the price to $51,200 which was on the contract, asked why and they said they mentioned it to me. I walked away without purchasing, and they lost a customer that has purchased 10 new vehicles for my family in 18 years.I contacted two other Hyundai dealers in the area, both selling at MSRP with one offering $500 under MSRP. Recommendation is Major Hyundai in Stroudsburg is not honest and will try to overcharge you so go elsewhere.

I bought my new 2021 forte GT from here and may I say they where great I am a highly recommended local guide and made a promise I would do a great review if they took good care of me. And may I say they sure did deliver. I was in and out that day and drove my brand new car home. They helped me out incredibly to get me going due to my old car breaking down. I love my new car thanks to the staff here. I just have to say thank you again.

Horrible experience with this dealership. I called on Black Friday to try and purchase a 2024 Kia sportage sx prestige with them. They had a wolf grey one in stock with red leather - the exact one I want. The salesman probably called me 4x throughout the day asking me to put more money down. I finally told them I compromised enough and I was at my capacity. If they couldn t do the deal, no problem. The guy calls me back and says congrats you have a deal. Shortly after they run a hard inquiry on my credit, I am told my score is in the low 600s and my payment would be higher. As a reference point I have a 790 fico score and just several months prior I purchased a car for my wife and was told I had a1 credit. This is beyond disgusting because now I have a hard inquiry against my credit. I was lucky enough to find another Kia dealership who made an even better deal with me. They ran my credit and said there were no issues at all. Dealerships like this should be banned and there should be consequences to scumbag moves like the ones they pulled. Stay away from this place.

This Kia dealership is by far the best! Trustworthy, honest , nice guys! We have leased vehicles before and this was by far the most pleasant experience. Jake and the sales manager are over the top, Will definitely be coming back for all my vehicles. Even let my younger son spin the wheel and won hot wheels. We all left happy! Thanks guys!

Salesman Steven great, actually came to my house to explain car. Not pushy, easy to talk to made buying car less stressful. Finance Michael very friendly & patient. Manager Steven also friendly, knowledgeable & understanding. Got the car I wanted at a reasonable price!

Everything good until you enters the Sales Manager/Financial Manager (inside the box, where you sign the documents). He mentioned some 'Jargons', which was not pleasing to us. Never to this dealership! Mr Tyler Slifka, Sales Consultant, was good. According to Mr Tyler, we had to pay $35120 to the car where we paid $38094 because of the Sales pressure from the Sales Manager.

So they sent out a flier for Presidents Day with pull tab contest. Flier had 2nd prize of $1000 with picture of three autos. Upon opening, I had three cars and it said winner on it. So I drive all the way there after reading all the fine print. 45 minutes later and half a tank of gas we get there and lady says oh the pictures mean nothing, it s the barcode . But you did win a $50 oil change. Wonder how much business they lost forever by suckering people in with this scam? I left the $50 oil change certificate on the counter I would never let such a scam artist touch my truck. Who knows what would be found broken by mechanics.

They sent me a mail and in the mail it said I won 1000$ cash from the game they had their promo on mail paper, and I even redeemed the paper online and it said that I won. I went to the dealer ship hoping I get $1000 cash prize that I won in the mail paper, they end up giving me paper saying I didn t win and getting 50$ worth of oil change even tho on the game in the mail paper they gave me I won the $1000 prize. This is horrible marketing misinformation and misleading. I will be taking legal actions with my attorney.

I purchased a car here last month. A kia sportage with dean as the sales person. He was supposed to call when my plates came in. Come to find out he's nerves notified me and I showed up to the dealer 3 days before my temp plates expired and saw they had arrived almost 2 weeks ago. That is insanity. Now I am way overdue getting my car inspected and I can be ticketed at anytime legally because I should have had my car inspected at this point. Ridiculous.

As of today, I am still getting the run-around!! On multiple days I've left messages for the Manager and I've even left a voice mail message for my salesman and they claim to never get the messages, whereby, I never get the call I was waiting for until I call back upset. Then they will call you back and claim innocence. Also, their records are not up to date. I called to see if I had a service appointment set up for some damage that was done in my vehicle that I didn't do and not only wasn't there an appointment for me but I was told there was a recall on my vehicle that I was up for. I had to tell them it was already done on my last visit! They claimed the old "computer error.' So bottom line, this is just a couple of examples. Don't let me get into the sale and paperwork they claim would only be valid for that day..In reality, according to said paperwork you have one full business day to read it...They didn't tell me that! IF YOU BUY from them, I strongly suggest you DO NOT FILL OUT THE SURVEY THEY BEG YOU TO GIVE THEM A "10" ON UNTIL AMPLE TIME HAS PASSED. Otherwise, as soon as the survey is done, the service you will get is below average or appreciated!! Special note: If you buy anything used or as a "special", be sure to go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb or you will be in the same situation I am in where someone has to approve/look at my damage before anything can/will be done!! I bet if they read this I will magically get call!!!!! I speak the truth and it's a same that I have to put out this BUYER BEWARE for this location but I don't want anyone else to think you will get top notch service, efficiency and honestly because you won't!!!! Feel free to give me feedback if you need more information. I will be glad to help you since no one helped me without the twisting of arms and multiple calls!! SMH!!

New ownership is not honoring the agreement I had in place with former ownership. I sent email to the GM asking for a reasonable solution but of course I got no response. Although I continually had all my vehicle Service done here, when it came time for new tires, they would not honor the agreement. They just lost my business

Normally I'd prefer root canal without novocaine over buying a new car. But Nielsen actually made the car buying experience enjoyable. We were put into contact with Nielsen through an auto buying service and every interaction with Nielsen was simple, straightforward and professional. Our salesperson Jake took the time to walk us through all the steps and gave us a very thorough review of all of the features of our new car when we picked it up. Highly recommend!

I spend $3,000 over sticker for a top of the line Telluride 2 years ago here for $56,000. Had a problem with a warranty item (alternator) and they didn't want to do it, they refused to give me an approximate date when they could do it and they don't even have a loaner car. This place will take every dollar they can from you then treat you like garbage afterwards. They expect you to pay a premium price for sub premium service. I had to pay out of pocket for a new alternator at a private garage because the rental car would have cost more then the alternator job itself. Aparatly they have a new owner and if this is how they treat customers I definitely won't be back next year when I was going to trade in my car for a new one. You lost a customer!

Zack Caruso and Jesse did an amazing job at working with our constraints to help us drive away in our vehicle of choice with a low down payment and a low monthly payment. Bought a new car and was very happy with their customer service. Did most of the deal over the phone and every person I talked to was professional and straightforward. Never felt like I was being played around. Kelly and Steve were great. Then when picking up the car Roger the salesperson was great and professional. They had me out of there quickly and without fuss. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a Kia to make this their first and only stop.

I was looking to get a Kia Forte. I didn't know whether I wanted to purchase or lease. I had little to put down and a limited budget for monthly expenses. Tina was delightful to deal with just to make an appointment and provide information. Tyler was beyond fantastic. He was personable, professional and informed. He went over and beyond my expectations as did the Manager. They both understood my financial needs, and never tried to pressure me into spending more. They just worked with me to get me the vehicle I wanted. I am a senior and in all my years of buying/leasing cars, I have never come across a more wonderful dealership. I'm not one to post reviews, but rarely I feel the need to after I receive such incredible customer service. Before coming to the dealership I spoke with the manager, Steve, multiple times on the phone. Through all of my indecisiveness, he was incredibly patient and helpful. He was very straightforward with me about numbers and worked hard to come to a deal we could both feel good about. Once I got to the dealership, I sat with an awesome sales rep, Che, who was super kind and personable and made the whole experience very pleasant. Before coming to Major Kia, I spoke with many different dealerships and in my experience, dealers usually try and sneak in some hidden fees and things like that to bring the number up from what you thought you would be paying. Steve did not charge me one cent more than what we had agreed upon over the phone. I drove an hour and a half to get there because of how incredible the service was and the entire experience at the dealership completely lived up to that standard. I definitely plan on making this my go to dealership, and I highly recommend it if you are in the market for a car. They are really the best.

Jake and Steve were fantastic to work with. After discussing the deal over the week on the phone, we walked in this past Saturday to an even better deal than promised over the phone due to having better credit than expected.Both Jake and Steve really tried to get my sister the best and cheapest deal possible and they delivered 100% Both her and I walked away happier than expected. I have bought many cars and this experience was worth 10 stars. Hats off and thanks again guys! We will be back to buy another one in a few years!

I have consistently had great service at Kia in Newton. Now I need front brake pads and rotors, so I compared the dealer price to my favorite local repair shop. Kia was less than $10 more expensive.
