Zack and his team were amazing and went above in beyond with my Carvana car that had a bunch of issues. Zack called the repair insurance company and helped me out when no other place would take the time and effort. I will definitely be going back again.

I took my vehicle in to be repaired. And Zack could not have been more of an asset to Midas if he wanted to be! He not only handled my stressful situation with kid gloves on but he took care of my issue immediately! I walked in frustrated and left with a big smile on my face! Thank you Zack for your patience, professionalism, and time! Zack will always be my go to guy for future business!

First experience was with Ryan. I've never had such friendly and polite service in my life. Someone made the right choice hiring that man. I'll never go anywhere else from now on. Also Kyle is also very friendly and helpful. Generally and all around my experience surpassed my expectations.

I stopped in for some minor work. Even though they were busy they got my car in and done pretty fast. The tech even found the problem with my tire three other shops couldn't find. Great work! Great service!

I was recently there with my vw to get an oil change. They took it in right away but for some reason I sat there for an hour for what was supposed to be a full service oil change (wiper fluids and other things checked etc). I ve been to small body shops that did it in a quarter of that time. I leave and my wiper fluid signal was still blinking which means they didn t check any of my other fluids despite it taking so long. On top of that last time I was there I paid $130 because of course my car uses special synthetic oil. This time I had a $20 coupon and they were trying to charge me $30 more than the last time. When I questioned them about it they pretty much stumbled over their words, gave me an extra $10 off, and I still ended up paying the same thing I had paid 6 months prior. So I paid $130 for a basic oil change with nothing else checked or done. Of course they tried to get me to get something else done to my car and I said no. Maybe get the job done right that you were asked to do to begin with before trying to get more money out of customers. Looking through the reviews, I also see claims of being overcharged. I wouldn t bother, unless you just wanna deal with businessmen trying to make a buck.

I ve been coming to Midas a few times and every time I come they are always very professional and thorough. They explained everything that needs to be done and gave me a way better price than other places. I would highly recommend coming here. The staff is very knowledgeable and don t try to upsell you on unnecessary things.

I have a suzuki so not many places are willing to work on it, came to this Midas with some issues. Ended up not being able to get the parts I needed but they came up with a fast solution. Got my car back same day, with the welding work they did being flawless! My car was much quieter after they repaired the exhaust! They even handled a slight issue that came up later with extreme professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Had exhaust work done to my car a gasket was replaced and clamps were replaced and welded instead. when I rev the engine it s coming from the front of the exhaust system either the manifold or headers. since the car was worked on I now have an engine code p0171 which is the fuel trim system too lean which can overheat the engine and cause damage to it if not fixed. Employees were very nice and helpful just not happy car isn t running good after it was just fixed.

Very professional and super friendly. Although they weren't able to resolve my vehicle's issue, they took the time to educate me on the problem and made suggestions for next steps. Would definitely recommend.

I wanna thank the General manager he s one of my good friends he s the only one that I let touch both my vehicles he use to be at another location till he got transferred to newton location where he goes I ll follow him and his team always get everything done quick and for the best prices. I was there earlier this week he installed new tires and rims on my Dodge Challenger I wanna thank you for be very careful with the new rims you took your time and did it the right way 5 stars all the wayServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

I had a alternator replaced and I was charged 500. On a 200.part not including labor. Just for the part they claim it's their mark up 300.markup? I will never never deal with this franchise again I would give them less than one star if I could

They're not just mechanics,they become your friend.They take care of the problem like it's their vehicle.From the first day I brought my Chevy Suburban in,Zack and Ryan tried to save my engine.Had to get a new one and wow is it new.They made sure everything was perfect out the door.I'm so happy and not broke.I'm on the road again.Thank you Zack,Ryan and the Midas team.

I always go here whenever I need an oil change or something more. In the past 3-5 years, I can't think of a single reason to complain about either the service, the wait times, when they're open, or their friendliness.
