Came for 20,000 mile service 2 years ago and for recall service today on my Coachmen Galleria RV (Sprinter extended van). Excellent attention to detail. All my questions answered. Very knowledgeable. Safety check and wash included.

I was quoted 1200� for an oil, air filters change and a "safety check" called a B service. The mechanic I have been using for 20+ years gave me a price of $350.00 using all mercedes parts. Mercedes gave me a quote of $350.00 to change my air filters, a $60.00 part.What do you think?

This place is a rip off. They wanted to charge $275 for an oil change when another MB dealership charges $189. I need brake pads, they told me it would be $295 to just check the brake pads but the other dealership said they would check the brakes when they did the oil change. No $295 fee. They also wanted $295 to check a squeek I have when I hit a bump. Almost $600 just to check the brakes and the squeek and that's not even fixing anything. Then I asked how much brake pads were to replace, they told me $1400 for the front and $1295 for the back. I know going to a dealership is more expensive but that's outrageous. I can get the brake pads changed at a local mechanic for less than half the price this place charges. I was thinking of buying a car from them when I was ready for a new one, nope..I will not do business with this place.
