Went to finance a car yesterday and had spoken to sales rep Trey before coming and had everything taken care of prior to arrival. Just a few additional things needed to be done in person. Very excellent inventory available for right price literally. Excellence, integrity and dedication to their customers exist here. Last Saturday I purchased a Dodge RAM 2013. I drove 2 hours each way, 4 hours total, to go to the dealership. Straight cash deal. The next day the check engine light came on the dashboard. Very disappointedUpdate after 4 months with only problemsI replaced spark plugs, coils, injectors, 02 sensors, exhaust manifold. I brought the truck to a legit dealership and the diagnostic was lifters and cam shaft. It's a shame to sell cars like this one. In 4 months I drove the truck maximum 10 times and I didn't add more than 1k miles. I wasted my time and my money. Probably you already knew it the truck had problems that's why you lowered the price $2500 plus when I asked if the truck have any kind of warranty mr Lou the salesman said to me nope as is and I said Even if the truck broke down after 1 mile you are not responsible and again mr Lou said no we are not responsible. Everyone asking from 10 to 15k to rebuild the engine so pretty much this truck if was in a good condition you had to sell it for a 28 thousand dollars. That's a joke.

My car broke down over the weekend and it was very stressful for my family and I, trying to decide on how to fix the solution. We have always bought used cars for affordability compared to new cars, however can no longer rely on the uncertainty of a used car and when it ll break down next. We went to Chevy to browse, and Trey helped us. With his help I leased a 2024 Trax for my first new car ever and I couldn t be happier. Trey was super friendly and knowledgeable, and made the process really easy instead of confusing or trying to mislead us during our purchase. Trey is an excellent employee and I m really happy he was able to help us!

The service people are professional, well informed and helpful. The new about my truck was not good but that does not reflect anything on your wonderful employees. I am now waiting to hear from the sales department about possible trade in and purchase of a used truck.

I bought a brand new mid-engine Corvette here. I live out of town, so the Corvette Sales expert (James Brine) had to work with me very closely through the entire process. He was always on top of things, with production updates on my vehicle, expected arrival date, etc. He was very good with communication over email, phone and text with timely responses ALWAYS. He had good tips on everything from purchasing, options, financing, etc.He was very thoughtful and kind to email me some technical reading material on my car so I could read it on my flight to NJ.Lastly, he took a photo of my vehicle and surprised me with a framed poster of a photo of my *actual* car. That, truly, was going ABOVE and BEYOND to provide better than excellent service. The financing/paper work was mostly done by Mike, who was also wonderful, friendly, and very easy to work with.James was able to get me setup with the vehicle's app, bluetooth connections, special features of the vehicle, and everything else too.We were able to finish all the paper work, vehicle walk through, vehicle log ins, app setup, vehicle features, etc, in less than 2 hours which saved me some time, but I never felt rushed. James was always in a happy mood and never pushed me on anything, while providing all the info I needed to make the best decisions. This has been the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. The staff was exceptional, attentive, nice and professional. The mechanics noticed a nail in my tire and fixed that as well. I really like that they make sure you are driving in a safe vehicle by completing a safety inspection.

Came in for my first oil change and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the process ran. I set up the appointment from the Chevy app. Got a few reminders along the way. And when I showed up for the appointment, it was very painless . Pulled into the covered garage, handed over my key and watched TV in the waiting area. Everything went quickly and everyone I dealt with was very polite and friendly.

I had one of the most incredible buying experiences at McGuire Chevrolet. They certainly roll out the red carpet and provide white glove service. My salesman, James Brine, was patient, personable, and thoughtful. He kept me informed as we moved through the buying process. He went over every button and feature of my Tahoe (there are many) before I left the lot. Mike Bragdon, financial expert, explained my contract and options and answered each of my questions thoroughly. He listened to my needs and worked with me to make sure I felt secure with my decisions. My vehicle was waiting for delivery when we finished our meeting. It had been brought into the showroom beautifully detailed with a personalized steering wheel wrapping and a ceramic coffee mug in the cupholder. It made me feel special and appreciated. I highly recommend McGuire Chevrolet. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a used truck,2019 for $53,000.00. The rear brakes squeak loudly, and they refused to change them.You would think for the amount of money I spent,that they would have changed them. Looks like they lost a customer and future customers I may have recommended. SMH

I know going to the car dealer is like going to a doctor for a lot of us we dred it (at least I do.) I took a drive from East Stroudsburg area in Pennsylvania on Saturday to look at a truck that I saw online. my first impression was a nice clean dealership and everybody seemed friendly. they had quality used cars and trucks on the lot, and surprisingly nobody came out to attack me with all their sales pitches. I did meet James (a salesman) who was extremely knowledgeable on Chevy Silverados in which I was interested in buying. When I found the one I wanted he was up front with me that it was too late to get all the paperwork done and bring home the truck the same day. Made an appointment to go on Monday to finish the deal, everyone was super helpful not pushy at all they let me know all my options without ever making me feel like I had to do anything. They went over the options the truck has, the car fax, the free trial Sirius radio and onstar.James kept in contact with me through out the process, like I said I couldn't take the truck home That day due to the time I went there (4ish in the afternoon on a Saturday). I cannot believe that I'm saying this (about a car dealership) but it was an extremely enjoyable event. I feel they gave me a good deal not only on the truck I was purchasing but also the trade in. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

Second update I am not writing because I m sour on the price you put on the trade you have the right to give the price that you want. I have the right to accept it or not that s not a big deal I ve purchased cars This is not about pricing. This isn t about a trade. This isn t about a car. This was about coldness and the indifference, how he rushed us out. I wasn t accustomed to it it s not something I m familiar with my name is here go to the other dealerships. Go to Bmw go to toyota go to Buick GMC go to Audi go to Mercedes I own many cars and ask them. Who is Mia? I am Sticking by my truth, no matter how eloquently or articulately you write your words I have the right to say that of all the dealerships I have purchased cars from in Newton I didn t like this one. Your sales person thought that there was No deal to be made. He was very dismissive. He shouldn t have been. We have an 800 credit score. We have all the money to put down and I was purchasing the car outright with cash. I understood that there was a loss on the trade-in. My husband was simply not happy with the car, and I accepted the loss. I even decided to keep the other car and offer to purchase your car outright. You were not willing to negotiate. It was a hard no, and I accepted that. So please don t mince my words. There was a coldness and indifference, and a rush me out the door that happened. I did purchase a car btw and I will be purchasing two more for the Christmas holiday. I am sure you have people that you cater to that have no issue with you guys. It was alarming for me, and I will stick to truth because it is the truth. I will continue to update this feed as needed. I ve purchased in the Newton area maybe eight cars in the last five years and I know all the principal dealers. I have no issues with a soul in this community, I am a part of most of the business networks in this community and this county. So I don t say what I say lightly because I support our local businesses. But I m not gonna hide it under the rug I applaud you for your defense here and I am sure this is a disappointing review I will think about taking it down however it s important that you understand I am the consumer the customer the buyer and it was apparent what happened you should be aware. I felt like I was treated well this was different. It was weird it was bizarre. Maybe I came too late in the day maybe I wasn t dressed in my usual business attire, but I can tell you that I felt the awkwardness and the Feeling of being dismissed . I am a business owner and all I can say is that it s not a place I would buy a car from. 1st Update As you can see from their reply they are pretty aggressive feels the same way in person . Bought a used truck there about 6 years ago, they gave me a car fax with no accidents and told me the vehicle has never been involved in an accident. Turns out the vehicle was in 2 accidents from the previous owner before I bought it.

Took a 16 year old car in for a recall that was open since 2009 . I was surprised to hear that the recall we still being serviced and they set up my appointment and ordered the parts . At the appointment they took the car in right way and turned it back to be promptly as I waited in the lounge . The lounge area was fully equipped to make you wait more comfortable. One of the best qualities in my opinion is when I walked the show room floor I was asked by the front desk if I needed help , and I said no just browsing and my car was in service . I was not hounded by sales reps to buy a car with is always the worst part of the dealership experience.

Drove almost 4 hours to look at a vehicle listed for 19k, got to the dealer and wrote me a price of almost 22k without any added bells and whistles. Offered to pay for the vehicle in CASH and the salesmen wouldn't budge a single dollar on price. Amateurs.

I want to thank Laura for the initial help and making the appointment for us to come in on Saturday. Ron for being a wonderful point A to point Z salesman and Mike for explaining the process and getting us additional coverage in case we needed it. Purchasing a car can be done just about anywhere but it is the staff that makes the act of getting the vehicle an absolute pleasure. From the time we started the process at 1130 till the moment we were sitting in the lot playing with buttons well past 5 it never once felt like the process was dragging.Time flew by in a good way and we are happily enjoying our brand new XT4. This dealership has earned a long term customer for as long as we're in the tristate area. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Great low pressure sales environment. Met with Frank Scaturo a week ago and he was super patient with me as I did my research over the week to make sure the car I bought was the right for for me. Price was very competitive and they detailed the car prior to pick up. It s a beautiful dealership with good, honest people.

The sales associates were excellent. The rest of my experience wasn't. I drove three hours to see a used vehicle that was in much rougher condition than the pictures or dealership disclosed. I offered $2000 lower than the asking price because there was a belt squeal, had only one key, the tonneau cover was missing, there was additional body damage, the headliner was sagging, and the driver's seat had a 4 inch rip in the leather. The owner of the dealership low-balled my trade-in by over $7000 (2021 Mazda CX-30 with 14,000 miles), and refused to budge on the trade-in or price of the used car. He flat out refused to negotiate on either one. REFUSED. Since I don't have thousands of dollars burning a hole in my pocket, I got in my car and drove three hours home. If you're happy paying exactly what is on the price tag, don't care how much you get for your trade-in, and have thousands of dollars to throw out the window, go for it--this is the dealership for you.
