Just left from getting my tires changed. Fred greeted me and was very polite and helpful. After waiting for my car I got to talk to Greg, super nice guy and it nice to know that not only do they do great work but they are all super friendly!

Took my car in to have a tire checked and the customer service was outstanding. Brought the car in after 4pm and Dan and his team had my car ready at 5:08pm. I've been a customer for years and the great service is the reason my family and I keep coming back.

I just left Mavis Discount Tire in Newton NJ and had the most amazing experience. They are a top notch staff and are beyond professional. They treated my well and I m definitely will go back for all my automobile needs! I strongly recommend taking your vehicle there. You won t regret it! I promise!

5 stars down to 1. My last oil change was here. My boyfriend went to try and change the oil this morning and the bolt on the oil pan was stripped. He called Mavis and they told him to bring the car in and that maybe he's the one who stripped the bolt. Will never go here again!!!!!

I had my oil changed at the Newton Midas location today. Had a noon appointment scheduled. I dropped my car off at 11am, and went to have lunch, told them I would be back to wait for it. About half an hour later they called me and told me it was all done. Great job guys, thank you. Will not hesitate to come back in the future.

I brought my car to another Mavis last week, and they didn't fix the problem I was having. I drove to this location which is an hour away from my house, because I know that they are always so helpful. I will never bring my car to another location again. If you want your car diagnosed properly and fixed right, bring it to this Mavis! Thank you to Fred for always being so kind and helpful!!!

Another mavis I highly recommend. I came a week back for noises coming from my brakes that I just got done in mavis in Sparta the head tech took a look for me to insure everything was ok. Came back today 4/22/24 for the same issue they brought it in with no problem fixed the issue and warrantied my brakes just in case anything happens. I honestly didn t feel I needed it but it was the thought and ambition that counts on their end. Something one spot should have fixed while doing the work and they took the initiative to fix someone else s mistake if it was that. Thanks again mavis!

My mom went in for a regular oil change, having it be the first time going there it was a smooth experience. David A. was helpful, quick and helped answer other questions she had about some other issues that will need to be taken care of soon. She plans on going back for service.

I always have a great experience at Mavis Tire in Newton. The staff are incredibly nice and provide top-notch service. Andy, in particular, was very friendly and made every visit pleasant. I highly recommend them for exceptional service!

Service was great, very fast and well done. Only issue I had was the techs not lowering the car down onto the lift arm locks, a standard practice to ensure the safety of staff and the vehicle. (The manager also left a 5-star review from MY phone without asking me. Not okay.)

Miserable heavy raining night early evening and I stopped to see if I could bring car back to check out a headlight issue. An officer kindly alerted me one was out. The guys took care of it right away. It was only a light bulb but they did not have to do it - could have been a bigger problem. I would recommend Mavis and the guys there to anyone. They have taken care much more difficult car issues and are always fantastic to work with - definitely the first place I go for my car.

Absolutely amazing experience!! These guys know what customer service is all about! I brought my car here a few weeks ago and they went above and beyond! I came in for a tire and was told that my car had a couple of other issues. Of course, I was thinking that they were just trying to get me to spend a ton of money I didn't have. BUT, after showing me exactly what was going on, and how unsafe it was for me to even drive out of the lot, I cannot express enough thanks to them for keeping my family safe! The respect and genuine kindness they had will keep me a lifetime customer! Thank you to all of the hard-working employees at the Newton, NJ location!!!

Recently got tires on wife s car. And some tires and alignment on truck. The service manager & technicians were professional and got my vehicles back on the road quickly & at a fair price. I appreciate the efficiency and attention to customers needs and concerns.

Fred helped me at Mavis tire. He was fabulous, sensitive to my time constraints, and extremely accommodating. He anticipated my needs and delivered. Mavis at Newton is great because they have people like Fred.

Brought my car in for a second opinion on work a dealership strongly suggested as a safety concern. They found that the part did not need to be replaced and worked fine. The tech and service manager were honest and truthful!

I went to Mavis this morning with low air in my tire. They had me in and out in only 36 minutes! They were kind and professional! I also had my brakes and rotors done there. Great work at a fair price! Highly recommend!

Stopped in a busy Friday to see if they can change my tag light. I took a chance as it looked very busy. The man smiled and said give me the key. Tag light was changed in a few min and I was on my way. Newton NJ team is the best. I will continue to come here.

I take my car here everytime there s something wrong or if it just needs maintenance. The staff is friendly and has good communication skills. I definitely recommend going here.

On Saturday, I noticed a slow leak in my tire and I had quite a few errands to run. I went to the tire shop where I always went for service and where I purchased all my tires over the past 10 years. They told me I could leave the car and they would try to look at it tomorrow. Not an option for me so I went to Mavis on Water St. They looked to be as busy but in a short time they removed a screw from the tire and repaired it. Pleasant, efficient...I will be taking my business to Mavis from now on. Thanks guys.

The service is immaculate! I worked with, Garry at this Newton location of Mavis Discount Tires and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, and helped me understand exactly what I need to know and the best options possible for my car. I 100%, recommend coming here, everyone is extremally nice and welcoming and really tries their best to help the customer. They are speedy quick, and do the best they can for the customers walking through the door. My whole family comes to this location because of their kindness, and great work ethic. I definitely recommend this location!

Dan was amazing and super up front about everything. he explained everything in detail and actually ended up getting the total balance lower than he originally thought. thanks guys!
