Found out that the Discount Tire Centers in Byram had opened a new location here with new owners and immediately called them to get a quote on new tires for my car, had only great experiences at the Byram location and this new Andover location is no different, except even more conveniently located for me. The staff was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful and were able to give me a great price on 4 new tires for my car and even got them installed for me in the same week (around my work schedule!) before I needed to leave on a road trip. Absolutely thrilled with the service I received and will definitely return when the time comes!

*NEW OWNERSHIP*Morgan and Josh who run the place are super hardworking, nice, accommodating and professional people who will do everything they can to make sure you have everything you need. They are running a new location of a well known and respected shop, so theres no worries about some of the practices and grievances of the previous business in this location carrying over. You ll only receive the best from them. 10/10 would recommend for affordable, quick, and well done tires and work.

Under new ownership. The young lady at the front is very helpful and pleasant. The gentleman who did the true change is very polite and quick. Dont let the past reputation of this location effect your decision to come here

Great place helped me out when I was in a bind! Nothing is worse to waking up to a flat tire in the middle of a snow storm and having to be to work in 12 hrs (essential worker) He opened the shop plugged my tire and I was on my way within minutes! Great service!

This is a mom and pops kind of business. Excellent customer service, they go above and beyond to assist their customers. Excellent experience, in my opinion. I'd recommend.
