Staff was very nice! Store was clean. Prices were reasonable. They put my new battery in, checked the alternator.Very pleasant experience.

Usually fairly busy with a line of customers but it moves quick. Try ordering your parts online so they are ready when you get there. You can usually find discount codes for like 20% off on those coupon websites.

Nice local store, convenient access and a quick in and out. Was helped pretty quickly and the staff seemed knowledgeable about what I needed, got me the parts and off i went.

Jared is a horrible employee I've been waiting here for 20 minutes and he says they can't send anyone out to scan my cars check engine light because new customers keep coming in the door. Makes no sense tells me it's a free service they provide and they have to help paying customers... I am a paying customer. Do not come here if you need help. They are not friendly and do not care

Staff was nice enough but they sold me a opened and 25% empty bottle of power steering fluid. It s my own fault for not checking, but I can t help but to wonder how it ended up on that shelf to begin with. Since I don t like to add mystery fluid to my car, I have to head back for another bottle.

If I could I would give this store 0 stars. We came here change our car battery and one really nice employee said he is not gonna do that because some battery parts were corroded so employee just brought tools on parking lot and my husband had to change it by himself - well battery change is free and now I understand. 3 guys standing inside while we were changing it and I never experienced such terrible and rude people in auto store!!!!!!!!!!

Always friendly staff, pretty much know everyone working there so on a more personal basis with the staff.Jared the store manager is awesome, does a great job as manager

Excellent service and employees. Such nice people. I had to bring a ups package here and the man at the counter helped me tremendously. I felt bad because it s car store and I m bringing back my wife s gift but he so kind about it. Thank you!

Staff very helpful. Some parts have more than one size available for sale year/make/model so but it all and return the extra set rather than making a trip during the job. Get the loaner tools no charge.

Not one of my favorite places. The workers are not friendly at all and often have given us the wrong part without even an I'm sorry

Sale associates very helpful and knowledgeable. After purchasing a new battery or windshield wipers I was pleasantly surprised, that they will install your windshield wipers and battery with no extra charge.

I must say that I used to enjoy my experience here until last month.. I was asked by (who I found out later is the regional manager) where my husband is. I know EXACTLY What I need for my vehicle. I work on my vehicle, no one else.I also found out that employees can not spend more than 3 minutes with a customer. It's considered 'Unacceptable'.I'll be taking my business to AutoZone from now on.

Went to many advanced autos nobe of them had the part I was looking for till I came to this one, staff were very friendly and nice thank goodness they had what I was looking for. Went there for the first time asked for the part 2 minutes later they come out thank you advanced auto

Hampton store is right off of 206 north just past the Hampton Diner.Very courteous sales staff. They always approach you and ask you if they can help you. Pricing is very good and it's my only auto store for all of my car needs!!

Worthless staff (Ralphy). Tried upselling me a battery and then wouldn t install it for me because they were afraid to take off a plastic shroud held on by plastic rivets that blocked partial access to the battery. I would have happily done it myself, but they wouldn t even offer me a flat head screw driver. Meanwhile I had my 2 year old with me and they didn t even seem to care. You d think that if you worked in an auto parts store, one would take interest in wrenching on a car if given the opportunity. Why would you have free battery install advertised all over your building if you don't know how to install a battery? Pathetic.

Haven't had a fitment issue yet. Somehow the Newton branch always has the Mini Cooper parts I need. Elite membership is nice.

Great place, reasonable prices, vast inventory. If you need a part today, give the Hampton location a call or use the app. They will likely have what you need at a decent price!

Typical auto part store. But on my visit today the counter person didn't really seem like he wanted to answer the question that I had about a code that came up on my obd2 other than give me a generic explanation and tell me I would have to take it to a mechanic to figure it out. So today's visit I was not pleased with my visit.

They mostly have the parts that I needed. Very nice staff there also. They also test your car battery for free.

Good service good stuff.. the only store on 10 miles around.. this was heav3n for me because I drove more than 10 miles to find a starting fluid for my truck. On thus tow newton it's nothing around only mountains and dirty roads..

Service has definitely gotten better and the staff is pretty helpful!! The parking lot doesn't look like the beaches of Normandy after D Day either.

My cashiers name was Greg P. I had gone into the store on May 8th to purchase three things. A car battery, windshield washing fluid, and GREEN antifreeze. However, I was not successful in finding the "green: 50/50" antifreeze. So, as I walked up to the counter and placed my green bug repellent windshield fluid on the counter, I asked Greg if he was able to grab me a bottle of the green antifreeze I was looking for. He starts by picking up my windshield fluid and chuckling as he begins to announce loud enough for everyone in the store to hear, almost as if he was in stage, "OKAY! FIRST OFF! (chuckle) this is windshield washing fluid (chuckle) NOT antifreeze." I replied with, "I and well aware of that. I also need to purchase this." Meanwhile all these men behind me are laughing like I'm some kind of idiot. I was insulted and extremely pissed off, but I handled myself like a lady and paid for my things and left. When I got home I realized I was not charged for the antifreeze or the windsheild washing fluid. Either he's and aweful cashier, or that was his way of apologizing to me. Profiling is not cute Greg P.

The employees here are scammers. When you go into the store and ask for a part, they will always bring you back the most expensive one. For example, if you ask for an oil filter, they will give you the "gold" version which is like 5$ more. Buyer BEWARE.
