I had taken my popup trailer to Crossroads Trailer Sales for several maintenance items including multiple leaks, pump issues, and winterization. The technicians and staff were very helpful and quick in completing the repairs! The rates were very reasonable and the completed work was well documented. Thank you!

We had a great time at Crossroads. Fred was awesome, super friendly and Dina was great, she worked with us to get us in to our dream trailer. And I can't forget the rest of the Crossroads crew . Very happy with the whole process. Highly recommend taking the trip to see them . (The trailer that we got was the Salem hemisphere 310bhl) .

Purchased a new Forest River Grand Surveyor camper. All staff very polite. I worked with Fred and Dina(Owner). Whole process was very laid back. They left me alone with unit and I looked at build quality for over an hour, then helped with any questions I had. Came back the next weekend and worked out a deal. Very nice low pressure buying experience. Very happy!

I drove here from New York about 3 1/2 hours away. They were quick and easy to deal with no sitting around round tables for hours just a five minute conversation over the phone and not even a half hour later I had a confirmation email with the price that I was willing to pay overall great experience buying my camper. Me and my husband went by to look at travel trailers on Saturday 11/4/23 we were greeted by a older man who was not interested at all in helping us It went from what do you want i locked everything up already And when we said we were looking for a travel trailer under 30 feet under $30,000 he told us he had nothing like that Clearly their website shows differently I saw they had 4.1 star reviews reviews so that's why we took the ride but of course we won't be back. Their sales must be outstanding to push customers away

They did a good job on what they did do. They couldn't fix my RV refridgerator, they said I would have to replace it altogether, ok well they quoted me 4,560 to replace, that included , labor, taxes and a percentage add on the price of the refridgerator. I asked them kindly to drop the shipping charge because I know they would of gotten free shipping , they said no, soi said no. I'll purchase the refridgerator for 1,900, free ship and My neighbor will install it for me. When I went to pick up my RV and ask them why they wouldn't drop the shipping, the shipping was 208.00 , the woman said " we are a business, that's how we make our money and I replied well now your not going to make any money .

In March we purchased a new destination trailer from Crossroads. I would recommend them hands dow to any other dealer we have ever done businewith. This is our 5th trailer and I would never go anyplace else. Dina is awesome!! All business owners should be as great as she is!

My wife and I have purchased 3 fifth wheels(Cedar Creeks) from Crossroads RV over the last 15 years we could not be happier with the trailers but the service we have received has been exceptional. Dina are her staff have always handled any problem we might have had quickly and efficiently. Their service department is excellent. I certainly would recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for a fifth wheel or travel trailer.

We are brand new to the RVing world and so glad we chose Crossroads as our 1st dealer. The salesman Fred was patient, non-judgemental with newbie questions, and informative. Dina in finance was great for the paperwork. Pete and his #2 tech were rockstar service techs with explanations, equipment walk-throughs, repairs, etc. They were very informative and knowledgeable of their craft.The only downside and reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because of our demo guy John (I believe that was his name, older guy, should be retired). Pleasant enough but made pretty misogynistic comments towards my wife and laughed at some of her questions (again, 1st-time RV buyer and owner). It was supposed to be a 2 hour tour and walkthrough of our camper but instead was about an hour. We don't even know where our main breaker is yet.If the service techs or salesmen did the tour, this would've easily been a 5 star review. We will be back for any of our RV needs but will certainly request a tour from anybody other than John.

I m happy to leave a glowing review for Crossroads. Our buying experience was great, a bit different. We contacted Mike because we knew what we wanted. He worked with us and ordered our new Cedar Creek 311RL. There were a couple of issues with the new 5th wheel, but Crossroads was able to resolve them in a very timely manner. The issues were Forrest River, not Crossroads! Their traveling technician Jesse was our main interface. Wonderful technician! Very conscientious and worked with the warranty department to address all of our repairs!Can not recommend them higher!

I want to thank Crossroads and their team for the quality of unit prep, professionalism of service, and delivering a great RV. We've had it out twice already, and it's really a nice 5th wheel. I appreciate all that the team did for us in this process. Highly recommended.

This was my first purchase of a travel trailer; After searching many dealerships in the tri-state area, I decided to purchase from Crossroads. I met sales rep Mike DiFiore at a NJ RV show, and reached out to him via email when I was ready to buy. Not only was Mike friendly, courteous, and professional, I felt he was informative, patient, and honest. His pricing was extremely competitive, and he knew his product better than any other dealer I spoke with.On our day of pickup, we were given a thorough instructional walk-through and inspection by Tony, who was extremely patient, and willing to spend as much time as necessary for us to be comfortable with the operation and care of our new trailer. He was a wealth of knowledge.Final sale paperwork was made completely painless by Kelly, who even solved a minor bank issue without any inconvenience to us.When a discrepancy was found between the website ad and the unit on the lot, Crossroads was very considerate, and even went the extra mile to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase experience.We are very pleased with our entire experience at Crossroads, and we love our new trailer! If we ever need any work done, or decide to trade up, we will look forward to coming back to this dealership! Thank you Crossroads!

I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Crossroads. Bought my horse trailer there and they made sure I knew everything about the trailer, took care of any extras I needed and gave us an excellent deal. Don't buy a trailer of any kind until you at least talk to the people here.

I just wanted to rave about the service department at this company. I had bought my trailer here in the beginning of the year and recently ran into a couple complications, as soon as I called Crossroads they made me an appointment with no hesitation. I just picked my trailer up and their technicians did an AMAZING job. Everything was fixed properly, no mess left behind, you can't even tell anything was touched. Looks as good as new! Thank you so much!

Went here to look at a unit that was advertised as "great condition" for $40k. Got there and found substantial water damage on the ceiling inside that I was not told about beforehand. There were water stains and mildew/mold growth on ceiling panels and seams. One of the ceiling panels was falling down from water intrusion and appeared to have a pocket of water in it. Water damage was clearly old but also still leaking. The salesman said they were in the middle of working on it but didn't look like any repairs were being made other than a can of spray adhesive sitting on the counter in the unit. Wouldn't have even gone to look at it if I knew it had water damage. A small leak or stain that is immediately repaired is one thing but this was a large leak with significant damage that had been leaking for a while. Big waste of my time and disappointed that the dealer was not more upfront about the water damage.

I bought a used Salem travel trailer earlier in the year. Dina was awesome getting the deal together. Mike was awesome. The first time I used it, I had several issues while in the campground. I called Mike and he put me on the phone with the service department. Problems solved. Then I had other issues on the way back. I called and voiced my concerns. Mike and his crew got right on it and took care of everything.These people are not the usual RV dealers. They go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience and enjoy your RV

Just bought our first Travel Trailer here. They were great to work with and our salesman Mike D. was non aggressive and actually very helpful. Even questions after the sale. They MADE SURE the LP connector recall was fixed before they left if off the lot as well!I would encourage you to give them the chance to help you out too.

I bought my Forrest river Salem 29vbud trailer here in June 2000. Untill now I ve owned the trailer for 29 months and probably not even 12 months of that ownership time Has the trailer been with me due to the horrible workmanship of the trailer. I have brought the trailer back there multiple times to the point where they replaced my trailer once with a new one. I have also brought my trailer there for warranty work and was told the work was completed and none of the work was done.The main issue with the problem is that the wallpaper is peeling off the walls everywhere. This is happened with the previous camper. I have also experience the faucet leaking into the sink where the sink was never sealed, and all the water dripping onto the floor destroying the cabinetThis last time I brought my camper back to do the work that was supposed to be done previously they told me it would be a month and now they re telling me I m not getting it until after Christmas. These parts were supposed to have been ordered in May of this year. As they have been responsive when I call, but their service is very slow and they do not compensate for their shortcomings.While the issues with the camper is not the full of the dealer the problem is that their service are slow and they do not check on their own work or follow the instructions that was given to them.
