Taking longer than 10 minutes once they started but that's all. Everything else has been cool. Wait time customer service etc.I would just lose the 10 minute oil change description.

Everything while in vehicle: Oil change, headlight replacement, air filters, etc.; however, not a mechanic shop. Free carwash with service. Btw, quick service!!

My first time getting an oil change.I didnt appreciate when I asked about prices, the most expensive was pushed to me. $85! I had to asked over and over again to hear other options.. Seemed like the worker was annoyed to answer my questions. I will definitely not go back.

I usually come here to get the oil change and take advantage of their free wash special. They always tell try to sell you on upsell services that are more expensive than they need to be.I paid extra and communicated with the staff in their native language to make sure that I got the full service upgrade for the car wash. I told them if it was a problem I d come back another time. They agreed.Needless to say. They didn t do the service. I asked for management and got a very rude message from the manager Abraham. He said he doesn t need to do anything just because I asked. He told me he was doing us a favor for giving a car wash (even though they market it like that).Don t come

I'm giving one star because I go to change my oil and it's closed update and it said they close at 8:00 and here I am 7:30 and y'all are closed update your freaking information

The mechanic I encountered was very rude! He recommended additional services and after already receiving a tab for an overpriced oil change, I was annoyed but agreed to have them done. He then proceeded to completed the oil change WITHOUT fulfilling the recommended services that HE RECOMMENDED in the first place. He was argumentative, rude, and exhibited absolutely no customer service skills. The manager was professional but that type of behavior isn t acceptable after spending that type of money.

I came here for an oil change they also told me other things that my car needed which I declined to do I just wanted the oil change he told me I needed synthetic oil for my car and it was a little over 80 dollars for it so I paid and was told I didn t need another one until may welll some weeks went by and my car wasn t driving smoothly and now it started smoking so I called my mechanic to check my car and surprisingly he says when is the last time you got an oil change? I said I just got one I dont need another one til may and then he says they did NOT change your oil the oil was black and watery it shouldn t be like that if they changed it so he changed it for me and now my car is driving smooth . I will NEVERRRRRR COME HERE AGAIN THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOTHING!!!!!! Do not go there people go somewhere else anywhere but there!

I go here for a fair deal, they don't make up stuff to get your money they have enough customers, unlike the DealersThis is my second time going and it won't be my last. Women have it hard dealing with crooked mechanics I'm glad my Pilot have decent guys taking care of it.

If you are in need of a good fast oil change this is the spot. Very professional and great services. They not only change your oil also do a 13 point check of all other fluids as well. Transmission, brake, radiator, oil locks and door hinges, tire pressure, windshield wiper blades and all belts. Definitely worth the $36 dollar fee. A free car wash comes with each service.

This place is great, tHE Guy was extremely helpful he fulfilled my friends needs on her car in every way, he pointed things out she would of never knew needed attention to. So for that I appreciate and am gratefully sending 100 stars your way. Keep up the great work Mr. E

This will be my choice for oil changes now. I usually go to Pepboys and wait could be extremely long, but with Zap Lube I was in and out. They do a really good job for the car washes. If you get a oil change, you get a discount for the car wash, which is great.

Best place for a car wash. The staff are very friendly, honest and helpful. The service was very fast thought I was going to be in the place for a while but it took less then 20 minutes literally thank you Muhammad if I m saying the name right. Had a check engine light on my dash board and it s gone.

The oil change was great but the receptionist Carmen if that s her real name told me to get out the store. Because that s there policy. She said stand in the sun or sit in that hot car while they change your oil. I told I wasn t ever coming back even tho frank and the crew are good.

I have been getting my oil changed here for over 10 years. I trust 1 guy with my car and his name is Frank. I don't have to worry about false recommendations. It gets 4 stars only because of its location

Absolutely superb! Service is great on every level. Autos come off the conveyer belt sparkling. Tires, windows and body. This place is cozy. Sit in comfortable leather massage chairs while you wait. You can even grab a snack or beverage as there is a convenience store attached. Zap Lube is wonderful.

Very good customer service, always ask for your discounts before anything but they will be happy to apply them for you. Fast and free car wash after oil change.

This is for the zap lube oil change location the guys seem friendly and the prices are reasonable

They never dry your car well, there would be streaks by the time you get home and they also dont clean the inside very well either. Once I get home I have to wet my car and dry it properly to remove the streaks. This isnt the first time this happened but it is the first time I took a photo of it.

Friendly, quick service at a price. Expect to pay almost double for basic things like an oil change ($75 synthetic), or a cabin air filter ($45). At least they throw in a "free" car wash.

I went there for a simple oil change, 48 hours later my engine blew. Mechanic told me there was no oil. I told these guys and they acted stupid like nothing happened and had the nerve to offer me free car wash. Too bad they wont see this lawsuit coming

Full service with Zap means vacuum (just what is on top), wash which I had to call someone to finish because the car has spots by the wheels and running boards that no one even touched and clean windows with the same rag they cleaned the car .. $16.02 paid so asked for tire shine . SURPRISE tire shine is extra $4.00 even when you pay for full service. $20.32 for a kind of full car wash. My 1st visit and my last.

This place is a disaster my car was poorly vacuumed I told the manager Luis who was too busy aurging with another customer because the customer was dissatisfied with the service he received as well. The manager actually pushed the customer (He was being real tough because the cops where there getting their police vehicle's washed) When he finally gave me some attention I showed him how dirty my car was and he walked away I went back to the back and the man vacuumed my car again he took the mats out and beat them against my car that I just got washed for $19.74. So obviously I told Luis again he told me to go back through the car was again. After waiting in line all over again and its new years eve so it was packed, I went back through I told Luis that I deserved a free wash for all the trouble and time I had to waste on such poor service he said theres nothing he could do. I said well at least I should be offered a free wash for the next time if I come back he said no its nothing he could do i think this is not how a customer should be treated. I also paid $35 buck for a oil change so I spent about $50 bucks all together and wasted about 2 hours there.... This place sucks dont go there.

I am really disappointed to Luis Corrochano the general Manager. I have paid for full service car wash. I even asked him if I could pay extra money for the vacuum and inside. He said no problem. My complaint is that my car was not vacuum properly. I spoke to soumah he said to go see him. He was nowhere to found. I am good customer to zap. I always change my oil and wash my car with them nowhere else. NOT SATISFIED....

Be weary of the so-called technicians at this place. They did the first oil change in my 2016 WRX improperly and by the time my next oil change came up (9k) the trans had begun slipping. Technician at the dealership said they cooked the oil and fried the transmission by draining it wrong. My experience there was pleasant, but that counts for nothing when the product being rendered does more harm than good. I'd probably sue these guys if the dealership wasn't covering the cost of the transmission replacement through the manufacturer warranty. At the same time I still might, as I've now been without a car for about two weeks. My best advice is if you don't have an older car (but even then..) avoid this place like the plague.

The guy at the beginning where they vacuumed my car told me that with a deluxe package I would get my dashboard cleaned. Fast forward to the dashboard being cleaned the Hispanic mf gone tell me you get what you pay for. He said the Africa man lied and he's just going to say anything just to make me spend money. I told him do you know you can get sued for that? For advertising something that is false. I just left with my car not cleaned probably so to my fellow NEWARK RESIDENTS DON'T GO TO THIS CHEAP ASS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT!!

Went to the car wash. They did a rushed job. Left the bumpers, mirrors dirty. Charged me $20 for a horrible job. I've gotten better service for $11. Never again will I go there.

Got Oil change been coming here for years now the guy who works here when I ask for synthetic oil he tried to give some cheap oil in a red bottleI lost it every body knows synthetic oil is better ill never come back again watch them there sneaky
