It rained in NJ and I thought my car was waterproof for some reason and I risked crossing a river of water and got my car hydro locked. I called a few shops only one Automotive shop sounded sincere and interacted with me earnestly. I made the one smart decision, which was choosing XClusive Automotive to repair my car. Sabrina gave me fantastic info over the phone and Ram gave me more details after I towed my car over there (they put me in touch with the towing company too). Ram was able my get my car fairly assessed and he explained to me the Good and the Bad of that assessment and also recommended the best way to move forward. In Summary, They took care of me and I absolutely recommend that you choose them over any other auto Shop. The best feeling is knowing that your car is in the hands of Good, Honest and knowledgeable people.Thank you Sabrina & Ram. I am absolutely proud to write this review. I normally don t do reviews but i will say this auto shop is top tier! The mechanic is very attentive to letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and gets the job done quickly. He is very reasonable and works with you. He is also extremely knowledgeable. After driving in multiple cities in the Sates for 10 years, this was my best repair shop experience I ve had! They worked with me over the phone for the best repair plan, and called the dealer to see if my part was in stock. After drop off, they finished my job in record time, and charged me a very reasonable price. I would definitely bring my car here in the future if anything else comes up.

If I had to rate Xclusive Automotive Repairs, I would give a 10 out of 10! They were very professional and trustworthy of my vehicles. They were able to fix both my vehicles with an Amazing turn around time. I really have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for repairs for a vehicle. I originally read the Google reviews for this business. That s what prompted me to work with Rav.I can tell you only praise.I own a 2003 Lexus and all the work done has been fairly priced and secure. The location of the shop is incredibly convenient for utilizing mass transit to get home and pick up my car when it is in the shop.This is a family run business and they do a spectacular job of communicating scheduling, and of course completing highly professional, mechanic work! Great shop, honest mechanics, and good price. Im visiting from canada and had some mechanical issues. Was able to come in and get my alternator replaced and was good to go within 2 hours. Highly recommend!

I brought my car here after it started giving me some issues. The mechanics are knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I hardly write reviews on services or food but when I do is because it was excellent. Rav is the most down to earth mechanic I know. He can definitely offer you top notch service with the best price as well. Every time I took my truck to his shop his estimates were always on point based on internet suggestion. If price wasn`t enough, the guy can bend over backwards to get the job done quick and efficiently. AAA+ mechanic. I highly recommend XClusive Automotive Repair. I have used their expert services 3 times already on 2 vehicles, 2016 Tiguan & 2017 Pilot, and will definitely be going back. I had check engine lights taken care of, replaced rotors and brakes, oil change, etc.Their prices are very reasonable and the mechanics and owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. My first Visit @Xclusive Automotive was more then I expected the owners Rav. & Sabrina are very professional from the time they greet you until thetime you leave their shop. All the work that was performed on my Dodge Durrango GT. was explained to me each step of the way. Until completed & the Cost $$was very reasonable. I can't say enough about the service and staff at Xclusive! If you are searching for a auto repair shop, look no further. The staff is not only nice and professional, they are very experienced and knowledgeable about all cars. Rav and his team took the time to explain the various issues they found with my car and the services that I needed now vs. later. Prices were also very fair and honest! Scheduling was a breeze (they took me last minute when I had an emergency) and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Not to mention you feel like you're part of the Xclusive family when you are at the shop! I brought my car to XClusive to have have the starter replaced, Rav worked on my car immediately and had me back on the road in less than an 30 minutes. I took my Lexus to Xclusive because it was having a lot of issues. The diagnostics and repairs was done in record time and I'm back to business. They are also reasonably priced for parts and labor. My Honda started acting up, and there were loud and disturbing noises every time I accelerated. I thought maybe it was a muffler issue, however the owner/mechanic was able to easily assess and identify the issue. Thankfully, approximately 30 minutes after he started, I was back on the road. I was also happy to not be taken advantage of financially being a female customer.I found my car repair/car maintenance spot Thank you, XClusive Automotive Repair!

Thieves! Stay away! Took my car here for a simple oil change and battery test. They put a used battery in my car and charged me for a new one. They also stole items from inside my car. Stay away!

They r very professional. My husband had called them to fix a leak under his car...I came in the shop and they started right away. They were quick and professional. Would highly recommend. 5 stars for sure. Very friendly and knowledgeable of what they do.

Had a bad accident, thankfully everyone walked away, but I got the worse of the deal. Called XClusive and had my car towed directly there. Got top shelf service. He explained what the problem was, got me back on the road and helped me understand what was going on. I found the one. Once you find a good doctor, dentist, and mechanic, you don't switch up.
