I ve been coming to this auto repair shop for the past three years and they actually show you what s wrong with your car and let you know what parts you need and pricing, and are willing to work with you. They are simply but the best, overall best prices and they treat you like family. Highly recommended:)

Got my passenger side fender repaired and painted here . Quickest results i have ever gotten with a body shop. Work was perfect looked brand new after i got it. David kept me posted along the whole process price was reasonable definitely getting my service again.

My friend and I were heading home from work to PA and were within 5 blocks away from getting on a major highway. Suddenly, the engine started smoking on my friends van. We pulled over right away and saw the anti-freeze was pouring out.We were far from home and GOOGLED Auto Shops Near Us and Victoria and Sons place popped up. We walked 5 blocks to speak to them and asked a mechanic in the garage if he could look at the van and give us a diagnosis.He said bring it over. If it was a major fix, we were going to call AAA to drive us home which would have taken a very long time to get us. If it was minor, we were hoping that they could help us out right away and fix it on the spot.The mechanic saw that the suction hose that goes to the anti-freeze was busted and said that he could replace it right away.Not only were we out of there within the hour, the labor/parts fee was very affordable. We waited in the waiting room until it was ready, and Victoria and David were very personable. The mechanic that worked on the van (did not get his name)was the one that diagnosed it and told us to bring it to him. We thanked him so much and glad we found him and the shop.I can see why this place has over 250 great reviews. If we ever break down again (Hopefully not) and in the area again, we will definitely contact Victoria and Sons.Thanks for getting us out of there so quickly and back home with the van that afternoon. Victoria and David are very professional and knowledgeable. I brought my car in for a quick bumper fix and oil change and they got it done within an hour. My whole family comes to their shop for our cars and we all always leave super happy!

A few weeks ago my car needed to get towed and although it wasn't certain as to how long it would take the car to arrive at the shop since it was close to closing time, their team reassured me that they would wait till it arrived.They kept me updated on the repairs that needed to be done, talked me through it and provided me with both a good pricing and customer service.After getting my car back I did feel like they did fix my car, I haven't noticed any issues so I'm glad I went here to get my car checked especially now when the holidays are so close which I need to be on the road more than ever.Thanks so much to their manager and the team there.

I did some works on my car today and it was done perfectly. Gerald did a great work. The environment is nice and friendly. Snacks and drinks is available for refreshment. It s not my first time patronizing the shop and I never regret anytime I did. Thanks to the friend who introduced the place to me few years ago.

I had an issue with my car and I called every Hyundai dealer for emergency appointment and none of them would see me due to being booked for months. David was so nice and asked me what the issue was and said he would take my car the same day with reasonable price. He communicated to update me on my car and even was able to give it to me same day as I live in NYC. I picked up my car and he gave me detailed update and followed up with me to make sure the car was still running good. Thank you For servicing my car

This is the best auto service in all of Jersey! Been with this company for years any problem I ve ever had they ve always fixed it. Fair pricing and exceptional work every single time. I wouldn t go anywhere else with my car for problems. Staff there are nice and communicate well also. Never a doubt in my mind that they won t and can t help when I show up with a problem. Might be the best auto service shop in the whole tristate area if you ask me.

I appreciate the business and services they offer to help with your car. Respectful and understanding on what needs to be done even with the recommendation from their mechanics. My car had been in an accident and needed body work. I took it to Victoria & Sons and they did a great job not only in fixing it swiftly but also at a much more reasonable cost then five other places I took my car to.David is a great guy and went out of his way to get some parts for me that were not readily available. Went in for a busted door the guy assured me that it was gonna look just like it did before I got hit. It worked out very well and I even got some scratches that I had previously fixed as well with the extra paint he had. Highly recommend they know what they are doing

This is the best mechanic shop to come to. The prices are reasonable, they do a good job. I've been coming to them for 9 yrs now. I will never go somewhere else, they're the only ones I trust with my car. Throughout the years they've done so much work to my car and I've been able to keep driving my car. There were times when I thought my car was a goner and they brought her back to life. They're courteous, friendly, and they help you. They give you advice as to what's best for you so you don't have to spend so much but get the job done. They have employees that are very respectful and know what they're doing. If you're looking for an honest place that will not lie to you just to get your money this is the place look no further. I m new to Jersey and was experiencing an issue with my car. I was so nervous to try out a new shop but I came here and it was the best thing I could ve done! They quickly assessed my car and gave me great service & pricing for my cars repairs. Also saved me from doing a costly job on my car that wasn t needed but recommended by another shop! Excellent service & pricing. I will not be taking my car anywhere else!
