Thank God for this spot coming through. I got a flat unexpectedly late Saturday night and Sunday most places are closed. Luckily this spot was open and the gentleman fixed it in no time. Luckily the tire was still good and it got patched. I know I can now count on Universal anytime, even in a Sunday.

These guys were amazingly fast, courteous, professional I can wish.I was out of there in no time.Problem was diagnosed , presented to me and fixed quickly. My request for additional service was also addressed right away.Very trustworthy!Highly recommend.

They work on your tiers and do a good job if something is wrong they tell you and they sell tiers .

have been there before .....really helpful and were honest...my moms tire was shot...gave me a great used tire price and replaced the bad tire stem also ...took a credit card the tech showed me that rim was cracked and tried to patch it...felt bad i couldn't tip him but will pass by soon to catch him

Awesome they were open on a Sunday morning. Emergency! Got into what seemed to be a family dispute over the cost of a tire though....Awkward...?

They put 2 tires on my car. They didnt balance the tires and they didn t tighten the nuts. I was about the involve an accident because of that. After that i gone the place, boss didnt care me. He said all good. Then i found out another place they didnt do their job.Terrible customer service ever

I called they told me $10 each tire to mount and balance. So they do all 4 of my tires he breaks one of my center caps then tries to charge me $80
