A buddy suggested I come to Tutomo and in super glad I did. Both Tommy and his wife are amazing to deal with. Tommy went ahead and tuned my car and fought through the little hiccups to get a solid tune. He spent nearly 2 hours on drivability alone. Not a single tuner has done that for my set up and I've gone to a few reputable tuners. Very knowledgeable able shop. Definitely recommended. They tuned my J series Supercharged Acura TL with a very safe timing curve to make sure I enjoy the car for a long time. Will be going back in some months for some Ethanol Tuning.

They are specialist. They are not mechanics. Mechanics can work on vehicles despite the make and model. They work on specific vehicles that they favor. If it s not one of the overrated cars everyone has don t waste your time like I did.*Response* I would if the Chinese restaurant said they could cook Italian then someone else says they don t.

What can I say, Tommy, Margie and Bobby are masters of their craft. Their passion and attention to detail shows in their work and gives customers the confidence that their car is in good hands. Communication was great with timely updates and pictures on the progress. So happy with the results.

Went to Tommy and was able to figure out that I had a bad oxygen sensor and he was able to put an end to my misery. But, what I liked about Tommy was, that he took his time on the first phone call I made and explained everything to me. The phone call was well over 10 minutes and never did Tommy make me feel like I was bothering him.Thank you, Tommy.

I drive by frequently, seeing r32 sitting outside randomly are the highlights of my day constantly. If and when I get a r32 and need work done, I know where to bring it. Keep doing what you love!

Tommy and his wife are awesome people. Friendly and easy to talk to and will help as much as they can. Tommy is an awesome tuner and had such a great experience here and if I could give six stars I would. I had two other tuners that just didn't tune my car right and just had horrible experiences but then I found Tommy and I can not say enough about the time and care he put into my ride to get everything straight and correct. Had alot of issues but he took the time to go through with a fine tooth comb to make sure my car ran right and all issues that could be fixed got fixed! I got some awesome numbers and could not be happier and would not take my car anywhere else. My car has not run this good in years!

Tommy and Margie are awesome. For anything custom, specialty work or just regular maintenance Tutomo is the place to go. I highly recommend them to any car lover/hobbyist. Driving an hour from my house to get my Skyline 370GT(G37) serviced is well worth the trip!! Love em'!

Excellent tuners, fabricators, and some of the nicest and intelligent people you will ever come across in this industry. Tommy and Margie are definitely people you want to be working with if you to want to start getting into performance, or take your car to the next level completely. They are true enthusiasts, not cut throat business owners analyzing how much money they can squeeze out of you from the moment you park outside. Their work and customer reviews speak for themselves.

Have been using Tutomo Racing for my Parts and service needs on my cars for years now. I am very particular about how my vehicle is worked on and the devil is in the details. No other shop understands that more then them. Everything is done to one of the highest standards of automotive performance I've seen at any shop. From the technological knowledge and parts understanding translated to what the customer needs, there is no one better to bring your vehicle to. Tommy and Margie are very friendly and go out of there way to make sure the customer is satisfied and leave with a smile enjoying there vehicle.

I started taking my car there about a year ago initially to try to figure out and address a problem that other shops couldn't seem to get their heads around. Within a day that problem was addressed and fixed. Throughout the day I was updated with pictures and details on the troubleshooting steps taken. Tommy has an engineering approach to how he works, is detailed, highly technical and it's contagious. You'll learn a lot about your car working with them and get a lot out of it too.Places frequently speak of doing work that they can stand by but Tutomo is a place where you will leave genuinely believing that. There is a clear pride and dedication in their work that always results in a quality job and a satisfied customer.I highly recommend their shop for really anything. From performance, to custom work, fabrication, maintenance, or troubleshooting they do it all and do it well.

I bought a mishimoto intercooler kit for my car and I needed some fabrication/welding to the charge pipe. I called several places and was quoted high prices just to weld on a bov flange and water/methanol bung.I called tutomo racing and brought in my pieces to be welded. Tommy gave me a really good price and the work came out excellent. This shop is professional and legit. I will definitely be doing plenty of business with them in the future.

Cannot say enough good things about Tutomo! Tommy is the man. Professional, responsive, A+ workmanship, AND incredibly reasonable costs. I would not hesitate recommending this shop for any reason. Best high performance and tuning shop in the Newark area hands down.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. My RB30 Skyline was there for 9 months and I had to remove it. They took the transmission out 3 times and ended up damaging it. After taking it to another shop I found out that the front cover had snapped off because tutomo improperly installed the after market throwout bearing. We also found paper towels were shoved into the turbo piping from when they removed the exhaust manifold, the frame and paint were damaged from the lift they had it on, and they also tried to bill me at a different rate than what we agreed on, and didn't want to change it until the police questioned them.I don't think anyone whats to feel like they are being taken advantage of, and that's how I felt here. This serves as a ***WARNING*** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE*** If you take your car here you expect them to push your car aside to work on their friends cars, use your car to advertise their shop, not meet any of the deadlines, not give you an estimate or a delivery dates, and give you attitude when you try to communication with the owner Tommy.

Been using this place from the beginning and can not stress enough on how great their work is and how professional they are. There is some horrible people that like to leave bad reviews with out noticing that when they took their crapy car (r33 rb30 cough) it was in the worst condition ever. Seen this car come in and it didnt even turn on, wiring was horrible looked like a toddler did it. But regardless at the end of the day these are ungrateful miserable people that always try to get away from paying money for a great job and then they go some where else to have their car blown up for chips n dips and then blame it at the shop for the blow up, if u cant pay for quality work then take ur car to pepboys or autozone.Tutomo Racing and the team as been one of the best shops for any car and one of the most reasonable pricing around. I stand by them and i will guarantee their work any day! Go TUTORACING!!!!

Tutomo is one of the only places you'll go where you can fully trust that Tommy and the crew will ACTUALLY CARE that your car is running right and that their product and service delivery are perfect before they deliver your ride back to you. They put their reputation on the line every time and it shows!

Excellent work and fabrication, finally got the spirits awakened from the silence and storage of my car. TOMMY is a great technician and I recommend to anyone with my eyes closed.
