Definitely NOT spam!!! You're a sorry business, you could have at least apologized. We were on our way to the Camden Aquarium almost 2 hours away and stopped to get a new tire. We had our kids in the car, how dangerous is that to sell a bad tire!!!I used to love this place. They sold me a bad tire. The car was thumping all the way down South Orange Ave. I turned around and came back they were grilling me like I didn't just purchase that tire. Trying to make it seem as though, I was trying to get a new tire for free. Beware of the tire they sell you. Never Again, bad business pratices.

Don t even bother trying to get them to resolve selling you bad tires. Report them to motor vehicles and consumer affairs for the violations. Jason is short tempered, sassy and very rude. He said he would refund me but didn t.

Owner claims he s been there for 23 yrs. I ve been going there for a while , but this morning I experienced THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! Not sure why all JASON does is yell. He s mean, rude and nasty now not sure why maybe it s the rain today .. there is a shop right up the block and a great one on central . I definitely recommend one of those places instead . Whatever is causing this nasty change I hope it gets better .

Called them and they took me right in, I had 4 new tires mounted and balanced on 4 new 22 rims, great price, fast work, and not a scratch on the wheels A++

The owner was very rude, racists disrespectful and unprofessional. l came there about a week ago to replaced tire/ and to buy a used tire. Instead, they used my same messed up tired which they covered up the hole and clean it with wet cloth. I wasn't aware of and I didn't have any ideia. I really thought that I paid for a used tired.I don't anything about tire so i paid the my bill in went on my way to work. A days later I checked the tire and i was able to see that it was my same old tired.When i saw that it was my same old tired i say ok maybe that's why it wasn't so expensive so i left alone. Unfortunately, after 5 more days the tire was completely flat. Even though, I still went back because the Ecuadorians there were kind, professional and quick so I went there back there again.I asked one of the worker how much it's to get a set of used tire.Guess what? The price was the same I previously paid.So, I was ohhhh ok I see. I came to understand that fraud was committed against me.So the owner came and asked the Ecuadorian male very rude "Do you even know what is she saying? ".He thought I was uneducated black women. I'm a black women who speaks Spanish fluent.So spoke English with the owner andwas trying to explain him what happened. He got so defensive and spoke very rude towards me.I didn't want any refund or wanted any free tired.All i was trying is to make sure that won't happening to anyone else. Iol, I thought i was talking to human instead I was talking with a loose devil. I feel bad for those poor Ecuadorian thatworks for him.This place is fraud and be very careful and pay attention if you ever go there.I know for sure that I would never go back there again

South orange shop ruined my wheels and didn t care. Said that s what happens when you change tires. Don t come if you care about your wheels. What did I really expect going to a tire shop in the hood. Manager dgaf & won t do anything about it.Response to owner reply : that was not liquid paint, plastidip, rattle can or any thing of that sort. Those wheels were professionally restored and painted with a spray gun. There is no excuse for blatant negligence and the lack of care towards customer property. Mounting tires should never damage a wheel finish to that degree. It s a lack of experience, equipment, and care that led to this. And then to not even attempt to try and resolve the issue or make it right at least with a full refund .You will never see my business again. And I hope others see this and think again before going here to spend there hard earned money.

Outstanding service and great price! $100 for two tires? Pinch me! It took longer to get home from the traffic than to change the two front tires on my Porsche. I will never go to Firestone ever, ever again. They have a nice little sitting area with WIFI, and the boss shared some snacks. It's not my Porsche dealership with pate and french pastries, but I left with my shirt on, and my digital tire controls all working. That's what's up!

You can be in the business for 1000 years or so.The questions is are you professional? Respectful? Kind ? And etc. Towards your customer? Unfortunately you are none of the above. Instead, you are rude, racist, unprofessional, disrespectful, machista etc.You are the only person ruining your business with your poor attitude and behavior

Excellent service, quick and low prices. I just did tire swap but they have wheel alignment service and they do tire balance as well. Open late and available all day...they can take care of all your tires need anytime/daytime, all day long.

They definitely don't even deserve a one. Granted it's a used tire shop but their used tires won't even last you a month. Absolutely pointless to even get. I've gotten used tires that last much longer. 6 months and longer. Would never go there again

The place is in this location for more than 10 years. The owner hire great professional workers. By using this business not only is saves money also give a warranty that the work is done right in the first time. The last time I was there was on July 20, 2019. The rotation of the tires was done with balance and alignment. All done in less than 20 minutes. I get the chance to see others loyal customers with the smile on their faces, when asked why you came back here for more work? Great work environment, a pleasure to deal with American workers. Yes, I recommend this place!

I LOVE Raymond's! I've been going to them for years for my tires. They do a wonderful job, very thorough and quick! I usually dread going to any sort of car service business because at other places,, I often end up waiting for a while, if not having to leave my car there altogether and figure out my commute to and from the place! Not at Raymond's, they changed all 4 of my tires (it was time), in about 15 minutes just this week when I was there! Every time I've been there it has been just this good. Very fair pricing and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

They are honest, professional, fast, affordable and experienced. I recommend this place for your tire needs. 3 of my tyre got nails was shown the nails on each, the staff took them in and return to tell me he removed the 3 nails and only 2 of the tyre needed a fix which he has done, the third just needed removal and they billed me for the 2 Tyre only. I was beyond stunned at the level of honesty. @Raymond and staff keep doing your best!

They are quick and do a good job. Never had any issues with this place. Would definitely recommend.Update - Took my mother there over the weekend for two new tires. They were quick, professional and even sensitive to her being disabled. We were in and out in under 20 mins. So this just reiterates my initial review!

I went to get my tires changed and the "owner" who's a very loud and rude man kept yelling for me to turn my car around. Out of nowhere, my car battery died and he literally shut the shop down and left me right there without helping me jump my car. This place should be shut down, as they have ZERO respect for customers. Afterall, we are the reason that they remain open.

Absolutely love this place. It's the only tire shop my family and I have been going to for the past 7+ years...and we have 5+ cars. Prices are always affordable, the workers are efficient and professionals. My mom just got 4 new tires for her BMW and now I don't need to listen to her complain about the old ones anymore

These guys have touched every vehicle I've ever owned. I don't trust anyone else but them. They are very efficient and most importantly honest. A+++ work for affordable prices. You may be in a long line but that's because other vehicle owners feel the same way I do. Keep up the great work guys.

Raymond's looks a little rough around the edges but don't let that fool you; you're going to get snappy service at a reasonable price. The manager is organized and will get you in and out quickly. This is the go-to place for tire repair/replacement.

My first time at this tire place and I really enjoyed the experience used tires for my car was $35 each including install and balance and a wheel alignment was $40. I love the fact that they are honest if they see something with your suspension or anything dealing with the wheel areas they will tell you what it is and won't do the wheel alignment until you get it fixed which is good because they aren't trying take your money knowing that the wheel alignment would be a waste because you need something to be repaired first.. even for new tires is very affordable.. they also have a very clean and neat seating area and they work very fast.

The owner is very nice. I'm in and out in no time. Just make sure you call before you go because they do have peek moments where things can get busy.

great use tires good prices all the crew works hard but there is one guy who is runing that great shop and making a lot off customers not return he acts like he is theboss treats the workers like dirt bosses them around real bully why he sets there and does nothing very lucky he has not ran across sun one who does not care as i promise too when he fies he well no loner have that treat every one like dirt better then u attitude
