Do not waste your time or money. They are cheap, yes but you ll end up paying more in the long run because these are some of the worst used tires I have ever came in contact with. To make this short, I called just three weeks ago to get a tire just to come back today because I caught a flat and noticed about four inches of threading sticking out along the tire in multiple spots. I drove back just today and the guy tells me it s a staple really? Since when do staples come out along a tire as 4 inch threading? I laughed and said I don t want any problems but you clearly know that it s threading and that it s a bad tire. I even told him that I vouched for these guys and told friends a family to go there after my initial visit. After some back and forth he did give me another tire but seemed very angry and kept saying I should of came once the issue happened because they don t guarantee their tires to which I responded.. this literally just happened while showing him my bank info/ receipt of when I got the tire I get it, it s a used tire, but don t give me something that literally shreds apart within a three week period. Before leaving I went up to him and attempted to shake his hand saying thank you but he pretty much brushed my hand out the way. To end this, the new tire he put on probably won t last much longer either because looking at it now that I have left, I have noticed this tire is completely chewed up but at least it s not flat for now and gives me time to either go to my regular tire shop or end up getting a new one all together. I rarely do reviews but this place isn t it! Also the pictures attached is the tire he just gave me, as you can see won t last long .

We just got four new tires, balanced and with alignment included for $470. Couldn t have asked for a better deal, they took us in immediately with no wait and had it done pretty quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the local area. They also offer $30 used tires with pretty decent tread on them if you re looking for just a quick fix.

We were stranded in NJ with a flat on the turnpike on a Sunday afternoon - fu pothole. Luckily Raymond's was open and had the tire we needed. Unluckily it took 3 hours for the tow trucks to bring the car there (first tow from turnpike by the NJ Turnkpike Authority, second by insurance). Folks at Raymond were really nice to wait on us even though the tow truck made it minutes before closing. They missed out on an opportunity to charge us whatever they've wanted given our desperation :) We paid an incredibly reasonable price for a tire, any day of the week. They quickly and professionally replaced the tire and sent us on our way. We were able to make it back to DC and catch the early flight for our vacation.

I went to get 2 used tires for the back of my SUV. I have suspension issues so I have to keep changing my tires. I got them changed on Monday and by Thursday the tread was already showing on one tire. I called Friday morning spoke to John he advised me to come down immediately and they would exchange my tire for free. I went they switched my tire immediately. I want to thank John and the rest of the guys at Raymond s on Broad Street. You guys are always so pleasant and helpful.

Knowing how to do your job, and having bad attitude ,towards costumers will not help you, in the long run. I start coming in that place 2 years ago. I did everything there alignement,balance,tire change /repairs etc.. The 2 previous guys were really communicative,respectfull, always trying to do there best for your satisfaction. I just arrived there and was looking for a place to park my car, when the employees came to me and asking me what I wanted. I didn't even got out of the car. I had my tires in the trunk and had to come out and show it them. He came with a rage and agressivity, telling me to move my car. I told him "I heard you" but I need to know ,how much it will cost. I asked him why he was so direspecfull and agressive. He couldn't even give me a price, all he did was telling the employe to give me my tires back and to go somewhere else.. Coming there since a while, I saw 3 differents management there but this guy is so far the best, no costumer skills, if you hate your job quit, if the pay is bad leave. Do not put your bad temper and Anger, Agressity on costumers. ATTENTION TO THE OWNER!!! Anyway, he told me to leave and go somewhere else!! This what I did. Never disrespect costumers, if they did not direspect you when they pay and it's not free.. Good luck!! WORST GUY TO RUN A BUSINESS EVER!!! Do not let this guy ,shut your place down! It is so so sad ,people worked so hard there to make it last until nowadays ! You could tell that they love their job. I had a conversation with one of them. What a Bad person ! Stop hating people when they are not your color! Your action today seemed a little bit racist maybe if was.. Anyway! YOU WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN! Good luck!

They greeted me as soon as I arrived.. the tech was friendly and professional. Decent prices!! I was worried about my cracked rim they took care of everything.

I was charged 140 dollars to get new tires mounted and aligned. My car drove fine prior to getting there. and had no issues what so ever. I purchased new Michelin tires online and brought them there to get installed. I was told my car was ready so I leave and the car starts steering to the right by its self so I take It back and explain whats going on. According to them my motor mounts are destroyed hence why It steers to the right by itself. The following day I take my car to Toyota to have the motor mounts checked and they come back fine because my car just hit 40,000 miles. so I also ask them to run the alignment and they said some one blind must of aligned It since It was off. I had to repay them to align the car again yet they claimed my motor mounts are off. The main issue is they dont have the proper lift to align cars with the lift the cars and the tires hang creating camber that throws off the alignment. They kept promising me its not the alignment but my car thats the issue. I kept pictures to prove how off It was and how they wrongfully align cars and It is not the proper way to align cars. I would not recommend this place at all. Many people come here for used tires and to get an alignment I would avoid this place until they get the proper tools to do an alignment properly. I was told by three different mechanics that the way they lift the car is why the alignment is wrong I will include pictures in this review hoping others go else where

Called ahead to confirm Availability of the tire size I needed. When I arrived the tires are ready and it was a quick install. Wide selection of used tires even for large trucks and vans. Friendly polite and professional crew. In and out in less than 30mins. Way cheaper than I thought, about $160 installed for 4 tires on a f250!! 265/75r16. This was the Xmas miracle I was looking for!!!

Awesome guys, very hardworking, and professional. I had an emergency situation with my 2 old front tires because they went bald, and so the guys were able to help me get a good pair of used tires that were in very good condition as replacments, and for very good affordable prices. I use my car for work, so I needed them right away, and the guys came through. I want to sincerely thank Raymond New & Used Tires for their top-notch service. This is the spot to go to in case you have an emergency situation or need tires, or if you need brand new tires period. Thanks!

Excellent!!!!! Highly recommended! I called here to price out to used replacement tires for my Jeep. The following morning I took a ride over, pulled right in and was all done within 15 minutes! The price was amazing and covered EVERYTHING (mounting, balancing, disposal etc.). The workers were professional and friendly. And the biggest plus was ZEUS the shop dog! We love Zeus! Great job guys and we will certainly use you again when needed.

Do not come here. When I got here a man had came back with his car they worked on the day prior because the wheel alignment was worse than when he gave it to them. I should ve took his warning. My wheel alignment was worse after the worked on it. And they took forever!! Trash service to be honest. But that s what I get to going somewhere cheap.

Reckless. I paid a guy 10 bucks to fix the back tire on the driver's side and I drove off with my car making a funny noise. Luckily I wasn't going far and I had someone close to me fix it properly. My tire was loose.

Girlfriend brought car to have front passenger tire changed out. Daughter ran into curb. Opted for used. Last night noticed that old tire was still on car. It had not been changed. Talked to someone who told he did not know how that happened but they would make good on it. Came in but was turned away by supposed manager. Who didn't say a word. Only grunted and walked away. Daughter probably only popped the bead, and dishonest worker reset bead knowingly charging for new tire which he never had any intention of replacing. Tats class for you. WILL GET MONEY BACK. LADYS!!!!!! Be ware, this place thinks you are idiots. WILL NEVER GO BACK

I had a very pleasant experience with Raymond New & Used Tires. This a company who carries a large inventory of used tires in good condition. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. Second to none. The manager is very pleasant and he and his staff is courteous and competent. In the future if I need replacement used tires, I have a good shop that I am confident will deliver great service with a fair price.

The mechanics were very respectful, quick, & affordable. One even went beyond and provided advice about other repairs I could get done elsewhere in the future in an affordable way. I appreciate them and would come again.Used tires cost about $30 each starting price.You can order new tires directly with them and have them installed and balanced for discount.

I went to see these guys two Wednesday s ago and I must say each and every last one of them were extremely professional. Wayne gave me a great price for four brand new tires and he even added a wheel alignment to my service free of charge. It took less than a half an hour for these guys to do what they had to do for my car. I was more than happy. My 2010 Altima ride so smooth now. I will definitely be back if I need anything else and I highly recommend them.

Both of Raymond's places are great!!!! Excellent prices, Fast courteous, professional services"" with a smile!! Their crew is the best.. They get the job done.. They get you in an out.. Cause they know you got things to do an plus they always got a lot of customers waiting... Cause with prices an service like theirs.. They got a lot of satisfied customers. So i highly suggest an recommend to get your tires here. They also do wheel alignments an more.

I had a good experience there. They were kind, patience, and calm. My declined twice an they waited until I came thru with my bank. They helped me out tremendously. They put air in all three tires. I thank them very much. My tire was busted to the rim. I recommend people to go there. I had great customer service.
