My family was passing through on a road trip. We needed emergent repairs on our Q7. Luis squeezed us in. Sourced the hard to find repair part and had the fix done in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Louis is the BEST in NEW JERSEY NO QUESTIONS ON THAT AND HANDS DOWN THE BEST AT VW AND AUDI! Always super packed, always busy! Super hard to get in or squeezed in! But man when he touches your car, trust and believe he will fine the issue or concern and fix it with OEM PARTS! Lou and his team are AWSOME! Any of my friends or family or co workers that have VW or Audi and having issues i send straight to Lou with no hesitation! Lou will touch my Audi for a life time! Luis is the best! Honest and upfront with reasonable prices. I brought my 2018 Audi Q7 - he identified issues and offered practical advice about what should be addressed soon and what could wait. There was so many Audis in the shop! Clearly not a secret about how good he is.

Luis is one of the best guys I've met in the business. He's reliable honest and fairly priced also knows a lot about performance upgrades on Audis. I've been going to him for over 10 years since I got my first Audi a 6 2.7 turbo

I have a 2004 Audi A4 Ultrasport. Super rare car and cleanest for sale ultrasport in the country at the time that I bought it. Louise and Anderson always took care of me. This place gets busy, so sometimes you have to call a lot to get an appointment, but when your car is in their care, it'll be well taken care of. There's a reason why there are almost 70 reviews on here and most of them are 5 stars. Trusted mechanic with great prices. I submitted a prior review and gave Luis 5 stars and it was deserved. He is indeed a great mechanic and knows his Audis/VWs. I am quite surprised that few if any posts note the difficulty of getting returned calls from Luis. Far too many times I had to drive from Jersey City to Newark to get an update on any repairs when a simple return phone call could have saved me the trip. Granted, he s a busy guy but customers serve the courtesy of return calls which is very difficult here because Luis often has his VM full and I think we all know why some people tend to use this practice intentionally. Again, Luis is a good guy and knows his stuff but if you are expecting to use a shop where you get reasonably prompt return calls you may want to reconsider. All in all I would give Lis a 5 on his abilities as a mechanic but I expect more in terms of customer service when it comes to responding to inquiries.Service: Brakes

Luis the owner is the man! He was able to fix my check engine light problem on my 2007 jetta. There was a ton of problems with the car I was expecting to spend a ton of money come to find out it was way cheaper then I expected. He was able to fix the car the same day. He also found some more problems along the way and did the labor for free all I had to do was buy the parts. He is a great mechanic very honest doesn't make you spend more money then you have too. Going forward I will bring my car to him he walks you every step of the way and tells you everything that's wrong with your car. Great person great shop!!!!

I've heard stories from Audi owners and believed each and every last one of them that these guys at Quattrohaus goes to work and make sure that there are no stones unturned. Spoken to one of the mechanics on the phone and is not only familiar with everything that is needed to know of my generation of Audis but is even cool with bringing the parts to them and have them install them for me without the ridiculous labor cost most Audi service centers charge you. The only issue is that these guys don't work on Saturdays and its the only best time to bring my car.Don't even think about even trying to read the only one star review of the bitter hater. There's probably two sides to the story and his side sounds more of a trolling lie as I've talked to these guys and never had a issue with them...maybe if you was mature enough to hold a conversation then these gentlemen will understand and help you even further.

Went in for a timing belt/water pump job for my '07 GTI. 100% happy with the job and he fixed some other minor issues with the car. Exhaust had a rattle in the tip and he ended up welding it and fixing the noise in addition. Luis was very fair and honest about everything up front. Glad to have found a new shop to take my GTI to.

My 09 Passat has been in and out of the shop for a year with various issues relating to the fuel injection. When I brought it to the dealership, they said the carbon buildup was the "worst they'd ever seen" and wanted to charge me around $2K for the manifold and valve cleaning. They said I should talk to the sales department.Luis knew what the issue was before I even brought in the car. He was so knowledgeable about the design of German cars! I was pleasantly surprised when the issue, along with a more serious gasket leak cost me half of what the shady dealer wanted to charge me. I highly recommend them! You can tell when someone is doing what they love when they take the time to explain how everything works to you in detail (with diagrams!) AND do a great job!

A week after getting my 2009 Audi A6 back and I couldn't be any happier. The best way to describe a great mechanic is "honesty" and that's Louise and his crew at Quattrohaus. I had an oil leak, turned out to be something simple and easy. Transmission serviced and running like new again. I still need to go back for other things but like he said, priority first to get the car running like it should again and then the other things later. He's a very busy guy so be patient and get him when you can. Thanks again Louise!

Shout Out to my guy Luis at QuattroHaus. I found him on the net which was my best discovery web surfing for a local specialized mechanic. Since then I have had a few things fixed on my Audi A6. My latest was a transmission leak that he found and diagnosed. He mentioned the part was cheap but where the faulty part was located would take some time reach and replace. He called me back a day and a half later and said my baby was fixed to pick her up. Cool guy, very mild mannered he'll always be the guy that I entrust to work on my car.

They are very professional, reliable, and fast with reasonable price. They inspect my car for a couple of mins, and then know what is the problem immediately. I dropped off my car in the morning and got it back in the same day afternoon. Now my car is in a good status. I definitely will take my car there if any issues.

Overdue review, this place is over 5 stars. My Audi had some transmission issues so i quickly took it to the dealership and was quoted something unreal to repair. Friend recommended quattrohaus and they sorted the problem out for much less. Clutch was replaced during the process which from what I understand is a very time consuming process. 2 weeks later the clutch that was placed completely gave out leaving the car virtually useless. Took the vehicle back to Quattrohaus and they repaired it. I was expecting/willing to pay given the fact that the process is not very easy.. after the car was fixed Louis handed me the keys and told me to have a good day. The man wouldn't even accept a tip and emphasized that he "likes to sleep at night". He took the time to explain that the clutch that was put in was faulty and went through everything in full detail. Clearly a man of integrity.Went in a few days ago to get an oil change. I had a squeaky door, made no mention of this as it wasn't really a bother. Soon as the oil change was complete the squeaking was gone. He made no mention of putting some grease on the hinges, gave me my bill.. shook my hand and told me to have a good day. These little things don't go unnoticed and it certainly makes a big difference. Louis and team make we want to drive an Audi/VW based on service alone. If your car is out of warranty I would highly recommend going here for any future service. The process of getting your car fixed is straightforward and seamless. No BS the way you encounter with most other mechanics and dealerships.

I was referred to Quattrohaus from Auto Haas, a VW/Audi Salvage operation in Paterson, NJ. I was having trouble defining what was triggering the EPC light on my sons 2013 VW Jetta Sportwagon 2.5 L gas aspirated i5 engine with automatic transmission. The code that was being thrown was P0122 - (Throttle Pedal Sensor low voltage). I had swapped out the throttle pedal (gas pedal) from Auto Haas, but the problem was unchanged. I brought my car to Quattrohaus and Lou seemed very confident that it was the throttle body itself causing the problem. He charged me a reasonable amount for a new throttle body (no upcharge), installation and programming/adaptation. He even took care of a few other minor things free of charge to make me, the customer happy (he swapped the throttle pedal back from the salvage yard pedal to the original pedal, he speed balance the front right wheel/tire, he took off the front left wheel/tire and put the spare tire on because there was a shimmy/vibration in the steering column from the badly bent front left inner part of the alloy wheel. He even took the tire off of the wheel so it would be easier to bring the wheel to an alloy wheel straightening/repair shop without the tire on it). How is that for good service? Good communicator, good service, explains things, gives you advice on preventative maintenance and suggestions, and is very personable. Overall, great experience.

I've been going to Luis for about 15 years now and I can't stress enough how knowledgeable, trustworthy, & thorough he is. I've dealt with almost every shop/mechanic thoroughout the years, and he's the ONLY mechanic I know who thinks problems thru like a proper mechanic should....and not relying on a computer or scan tool to diagnose an issue. I've never once left his shop, and had to come back for a misdiagnosis or incorrect install on something. These days I don't even own an Audi, and there is nothing he can't work on or fix that I throw at him. For these reasons and many more, I've become a lifelong customer of his....and my friends/family I've referred to him have done just the same!

Place is THE ONLY place to bring your Audi or VW!!!! Luis is by fat the best mechanic when it comes to Audi!!!! It took him less 5 minutes to tell me what some of the problems were to fix. Prices are food and service is absolutely AMAZING!!!! If you have an Audi or VW, take ur car here!!!!

I've been taking my VW here for years.Get better service than going to dealer and without the dealer's prices!VW/Audi are complicated machines not anyone can work on... Do it right and take your car to Quattrohaus!

They are excellent technicians. I have been to several places this one is the best. Great staff - courtious and speedy. They replaced a broken water pump, timing belt, and front breaks. The service was very fast - I got my car the day after the estimate. They're within walking distance to Penn Station, very convinient.Glad I found these guys!
