Thank you for excellent customer service!My entire experience here was great!This starts with the ladies at the front desk, to the gentleman who repaired for my car and returned it looking like it was brand new!Just so you know my car Toyota Highlander is16 years old!

I had a great experience having my car repaired at Premier Collision Center.I was referred by my insurance company USAA. I got the appointment for the estimate on the same day we signed the contract to have the front bumper replaced on my Toyota Rev4. The customer service was beyond what I could have asked for thanks to Natalia. She was extremely helpful answering all my questions, getting all the paperwork done and scheduling my appointments!My car was ready before the scheduled date, looking brand new, washed, and cleaned. They also filled up the tank. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend the Premier Collision center

My experience with Premier Collission was beyond horrible. I understand that delays are expected when working with insurance adjusters. The delays I encountered were rediculous. My car was in the shop from 07/2023 until 10/2023. One of the most annoying things was that they were waiting on parts. My car was a ford fusion not rolls-royce.The manager of the shop was oboxious and spoke to me in a condescendng manner on multiple occasions. I brought my concerns and frustration to the Garwood location and reqeusted to speak with a manger or owner and I was told, "we do not do that"...The receptionist took note of my complaints...To make matters worst the day I picked up my car is was not washed and a interior part of my car was missing and my battery died when I brought my car home.

The employees were very nice but I don't recommend coming here. Especially if your car may be a total loss and you'd want to keep it.I dropped my car off with bumper damage and when I picked it up the trunk wouldn't close. I had been using my trunk fine for weeks since the accident. I was also missing a whole bunch of bumper clips/screws, and 2 items I left in my trunk.My interactions with employees was great but not the work performed.

Terrible place. Avoid. They have a two month backlog and horrible customer service. The people on the phone are rude and don t tell you any information about your car. They didn t even start work on my car for weeks because they ordered a used dented part that took weeks to arrive. My car was in the paint department for nine days to paint just the back tailgate. Had my car for a full month for what should have been just a back window replacement, popping out a small dent and some electrical work to fix back windshield, they place made it a bigger job than it needed to be so they could get my insurance company s money. Avoid avoid avoid.

The team was great with communication, they were consistently challenged with supply chain issues, but they continued to find channels to get parts and did an amazing job rebuilding my vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my rig it was detailed and looked like it just came off the show room floor. I seldom write reviews, this one was pleasure to share the experience and level of professionalism was great.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so happy that premier collision was the company to respond to my car accident for towing and repair. My car,after the accident was not able to accelerate or move at a normal pace. After premier collision did work and finished repairs on my car, it was driving even better than it was. I just got home after picking up my car and realized 2 of my watches are missing and my bb rifle from my car. The windshield wiper fluid reservoir is still malfunctioning.

This shop has excellent professionalism. The mgr. Willie adressed my concerns every step of the way in the process of getting my car repaired. disgusting service! once i arrived to my appointment my adjuster yelled at me like i was a dog! to go back to my car dismissing me when i was just letting them know their 3:30pm has arrived. ignored me and made me wait 2 hours to then quote less for my damages!!!! difficult and frustrating times and this business made it worse with their service. save yourself the trip go somewhere else!

This place is amazing they kept constant communication with me from the day of my appraisal to the day my car was finished. They went above and beyond to assist. I did not feel pressure to fix anything that was minor, they didn t try to lie and take advantage because I m a female. A very professional operation. Stephanie s customer service was outstanding. She communicated the entire process and kept to her word of providing a status report every Tuesday and Thursday my car was there. Willie, the head mechanic on my job also communicated the process from his end so that we knew what to expect. Lastly, it was a job well done- the car looks great! ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I VE EVER HADI was recommended this shop by my insurance company after an non-fault accident while I was out of town. At first everything seems fine, regular updates and questions about the vehicle while it was being fixed, but when I got the car back over a month later it was in my mind a joke. First off the work wasn t finished and I was told to drive an hour to a dealership to get the wheels aligned, which at this point I wasn t to worried about , I just wanted my car back, so I drove the hour. I got to the dealership just to be told I would need an appointment, which they had none available. I was told to call the shop and they would take care of getting me right in, yet they just stopped answering me and ignored my phone calls. Again, mind you I m driving from 4 hours away to come and get my vehicle to them drive home. They told me they could not fit me in for a few days which honestly wasn t even an option for me, but wait it gets worst. While at the dealership trying to figure out what to do next and noticed more issues with the vehicle, work that had not been done, work that was done improperly, and fluid still leaking from under the vehicle. At this point I decided to contact my insurance company and explain to them what happened. I explained the car not being finished, the issues I was having driving it and so on.they had my car for the entire month of June and barely did much work to it and the work they did do was mediocre. I had to take my car to a different shop to get the issues fixed and the other work done and still do not have it back because of this. It has effected my job and I ve experienced other hard ships because of this. They won t even pay for my rental car for the extra time that it s taking because of there neglect. Don t mind you that in total they charge d about $5700 for the work done to my car for me to pick it up and it still not be 100% drivable. I m not usually one to leave reviews, but save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere if you want your vehicle fixed properly. Stay away from this place. Customer Service is terrible and they dont know what they doing. 2 years ago took my car there and disprogram my key beeper, I had to go to the dealership to get it fix and had to pay out of pocket for this, luckly I called mu Insurance and they reimburse. Went today for an estimate at 9:00am and the guy there was very rude and unprofessional. At the shop was nobody there waiting and he told me to come back at 3:PM, when I told him sorry that won't work for me that I needed to go to work, he replied "really? I have to work to!! so you have to wait! Went to another place and I didn't need an appointment and even tough I didnt get the estimate at least I got the photos done. They need to take some manners classes. Won't recommended to anybody.Service: Painting

Under no condition should you take your vehicle here for repairs.I took my car to Premier Collision Center to have a side marker lamp replaced (they did the initial repair and it ended up falling off). While having that replaced I also requested that they replace a front headlight as it was cloudy and the other headlight was clear (it was previously installed by Premier Collision Center after my last accident). We agreed upon a price and the work was performed in a timely fashion (approximately 4-5 hours). While driving home I noticed that the headlight bulbs were two different colors and that they were not level. I called Premier Collision Center and was told to bring my vehicle back so that they could take a look and rectify the issue. They agreed that the bulbs didn't match and agreed to replace them and level the lights. I dropped my vehicle off and expected the repair to take about as long as it previously did (1-4 hours as Mercedes Benz replaces bulbs in Express Service in 15 minutes). On first contact after dropping off my vehicle I was told that the light needed to be ordered and that I should pick up my vehicle and they would contact me once it was in stock. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted again and was told that the part may be available locally so they would keep my car. One day turned into two days which turned into 4 days which turned into a week. All the while I am calling Premier Collision Center for status of the installation of a light bulb and my calls are either not being answered or I am being told that I will receive a call back to not get a response (this happened on multiple occasions.) I decided that I had had enough of their games and the run around and showed up at Premier Collision Center to take possession of my vehicle only to find out that it had been moved from their Garwood location (without my permission) to (supposedly) their Newark location so that an authorized Mercedes Benz technician could install the light bulb. The secretary at Premier Collision Center called the manager who tells me that my car will be delivered to me at their Garwood location within 30 minutes. Upon taking possession of my vehicle I notice that the rear headrest and passenger seat had been moved from their normal location, so someone had been riding around in my car with other passengers (once again without my knowledge or permission.) Needless to say I will never be taking any of my vehicles near Premier Collision Center in the future as I feel that they cannot be trusted and they dot not conduct business very professionally.Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit while it was parked and the shop did an amazing job in putting it back together. They re also Honda/Acura certified. Stephany was a pleasure to work with and wished that all business administration staff worked as well as she did. She was efficient and got back to me in a timely manner. They didn't match the color of my car right with the illumines sand color volvo makes. The dent in the frame is still there.And for this body shop the work was done for D. DueWhite. The worst place ever my car was used and driven over 169 miles a while tank of gas used music CDs in the radio that wasn't there I had vought a battery a week prior to taking care there and it had a different and old battery in it that didn't work the service was horrible t he secretary was rude no professional skills at all I have no clue how they are still in business I never wright reviews no matter how bad my experience was but this place was so bad and un professional that I had to the storage fees per day that they charged me was $75. A day when everywhere else it's never more than 25/30 $ a day please be careful and don't even allow your insurance company to take the car there
