What a horrible experience, it felt like they were ready to rip me off.The gentleman behind the counter was very unprofessional and very short fused, the young lady was completely arrogant and senseless.What a waste of time. After browsing around trying to figure out prices and putting things together for more than 30 minutes with little or no help, I was treated like a bum.No prices on any merchandise and it really feels like the whole design is to put pressure and make you make bad decisions when purchasing.I feel bad for the gentleman that came in while I was there he was very upset and heated saying he was being robbed. Just left it all and walked away. I'll never step a foot in that place ever again. Bunch of crooks

Website complete wrong lost time when arrive the place ! They said close at 7 arrive 5:09 pm and is close

I paid for 4 new batteries for my truck and they came out bad and when I go to claim for the warranty they basically make fun of me in my face and as if I am asking them a favor, I had to go to another place to buy new batteries very upset with the disrespect to the client's money do not go to that place unless it is the last option (everything over priced) they have two stores same thing

All the quick fix parts you can think of plus more for fair price they will work with you if you don t know exactly the name of the part you need you can show pics

On a road call to one of our customers 74 miles from our shop and needed parts. Walked in 5 minutes before closing, Joshua was super friendly and helpful, even though I kept him late. A HUGE variety of what you need to get and keep a truck moving and treated a random out of town mechanic as if we spent a million dollars with them.

I do not recommend the batteries they sell, they are very bad and they lie to you about the guarantee and they do not change them for new ones
