I went to this auto shop when I was having the worst experience with my car because of misdiagnosis and bad service from another mechanic (Broadway Auto Repair). I needed an electrical mechanic to look at my Jeep and figure out what was wrong. I found Perez Auto Center and the owner Ben diagnosed the problem correctly and found the cause, fixed it and even offered to talk to the mechanic shop that had misdiagnosed my problem. He even went as far as writing a short letter for my bank explaining what he found with my car because I was forced to file a bank dispute against the mechanic to try and get my money back.

Beware of this place. They change prices on you. I paid him $325 for a check engine light repair. Well the engine light came back on and now he s saying he missed something and it has to do with the fuel tank leak. Ben is now charging an extra $75 dollar for a used fuel tank from a junk yard that supposedly came defected. So now he has to order another part and now charging another $50 for another part. I wish I just would ve went someplace else from the beginning, at least there would be no surprises. Ben justified it by saying someone else would hv charged me more, well looks like you re nickeling and diming to get more too.Beware of this place!

So glad I came here. Ben was honest and upfront about cost, time, labor, parts, etc. I brought my car back the following week as he was quite busy, which is totally fine. It was worth waiting for him and he had my car ready the next day. I didn't catch the name of the other guys he works with, but one was so sweet and helped me navigate out of the lot and through traffic.I highly recommend Ben and his shop!

I've taken several of my vehicles to him over the years and I've always been satisfied with the prices and quality of the work done. I had been to 2 mechanics previously who could not fix the electrical issue with my car. Ben assured me that he would and he delivered! My car was in and out in a matters of hours. Very nice guy, friendly and honest. The price was even lower than what I had paid to run just diagnostics at one of the other mechanics. Highly recommend. Great experience.

Ben does a great job for a great price. For a long while, we've been searching for a mechanic who can fix our cars for a reasonable price. Though it's not in the best part of town, Ben does an excellent job with all cars.

Been coming here since I moved from Boston. A little pricey but you can't beat great parts and awesome service. They're very busy but quick. Love this place

Horrible. Took my car there to replace radiator csuse it had a leak. They replaced the radiator, about six months later their new radiator they gave me leaked too. I took the car back for warranty. After more than a month going back and forward they told me they didn t replace my radiator and that I had to bring it to the one who replaced it.I cant give a zero cause the system dont let me but, thats what they deserve. one star is to much.Dont go there.

Owner/operated master mechanic.Very busy, but takes time giving personal/individual service, so appointments work well. Only misgiving is that when he retires, a dealership repair shop is a dreaded recourse for "expertise".

Tried to charge me $300 just to put on back break pads and rotors on a 95 Acura Legend! Not including the parts just to put them on!
