I m happy to have brought my car here and met Asaad! He was straight forward and got the job done as professionally as it could ve been! Came here for a full brake and rotor service.. Asaad and his team even went out of their way to paint the caliper and dust shield in a beautiful jet black which makes the job look amazing! Super happy and would definitely continue to work with Payless on further maintenance!

My truck broke down right in front of Payless right when they were about to close. The owner himself came out and pushed my truck into the shop and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. They do amazing work!

I am blessed and lucky to run into this establishment. I came last minute and was treated like an A list celebrity. Azaad not only found the solution to the issue but conference with an in depth explanation. Pay less Mufflers & Auto Body are professional and their prices are like the Walmart of Mechanics. I am a lifelong customer. I even saw other nearby local mechanics getting work done here with their personal cars. I am overwhelmed with the service and quality. My experience here was royalty. One must leave their Mechanic and come here.

Azaad takes auto repair to another level with his hospitality. This man bought me breakfast as I waited for my rusted exhaust repair. He was genuinely nice and was focused on customer relations additional to the necessary auto repairs. I recommend this shop and will return for future repairs.

Asad is the most honest mechanic my family and I have ever met. We've been coming here for a few years now, and aside from being a good person, he is also a very skilled and excellent mechanic. My car's exhaust was getting louder and louder and I wanted it fixed fast. I checked reviews of exhaust repair places and came across reviews for Payless Mufflers. All reviews showed this place to rate highly. I left work early so I can get to this place if I can get there in time at all as it was Friday late afternoon and I was not hopeful any place will take work that late. Got there, and lo and behold they took the car right in. Inspected it and Mr. Azaad gave me a very reasonable estimate. I agreed. As I left work in a hurry I did not have lunch and was starving. I asked if there is any Dunkin Donut nearby. I was told it is not within walking distance. Mr Azaad told me to follow him. He took me to a restaurant few doors down and despite my insisting paid for my order. Indeed a gentleman. By the time I finished my coffee and finished eating, the car was ready. Repairman who worked on my car showed me the work that was done. It was a neat job. No hassle, no fast talk just great work and great service. Needless to say I was blown away by the quality of work and the courtesy shown to me.I will go to them again and would recommend this place to others I know. This is both my review and a personal thank you to Mr. Azaad.

I had a terrible clicking noise that started every time I would begin accelerating my vehicle. Azaad and his team went above and beyond to take care of me and provided me with a very reasonable price. I will absolutely return if I ever I have any car issues. I highly recommend this place. Fixed a bent exhaust pipe immediately when I pulled up. I happened to have pads and rotors with me so they did brakes too(ordered sensors for me and had them there fast). I pulled up at 8:30 and was done in time for lunch. Literally blew my mind. Master mechanic is extremely well trained and certified in every aspect of automobile repair. My Chevy pickup truck broke down on the highway, I had it towed to the Chevroletdealership who told me that I needed a new engine! Seacoast Chevrolet told me that it would cost upwards of ten thousand dollars. After hearing this I decided to tow the truck to Azad. Azad just listened to the truck and told me that I didn't need an engine and he told me to just give him a few days and he would let me know what that problem was. I called him a few days later and he told me to come and pick it up, it is finished.A short in the engine wire harness almost cost me ten thousand dollars and thanks to Azad's honesesty and experience he saved me the cost of an engine...I will never go anywhere else when I have a problem with my truckThank you Azad !!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a broken exhaust pipe. They took my truck in immediately, and an in an hour and a half I had my truck back! I mean who does stuff this fast? The repair cost was great, too. Great, professional and an HONEST shop. Thank you very much.

We brought the car here at the end of February. The owner said bring back any day next week. We came back on 3/3; its now 3/7 and the car is still not fixed. Were standing in the lot waiting for the car to be put on the lift and its still not being moved!All so when the car was dropped off last week the owner was paid in full. He has the part yet continues to make us wait.DO NOT COME HERE, ITS SAD THAT PEOPLE think its ok to take your money and have you wait for service...NOT RIGHT!! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN....Service: General repairs & maintenance

Azad is the man that has all your vehicle needs. His prices are true. The environment is exactly what to expect. The mechanics are there to make your car or truck run better than how you brought it in. They do auto repair, auto body, and have a network of other specialist that can cover all facets of motor vehicle services. He has an attention to detail like no other. All of his staff know what they are doing. They can replace parts and create an entire exhaust system by hand piece by piece. The wait for repairs is absolutely honest. If he tells you it takes a couple of days, it means his mechanics and him will be working on your vehicle with passion and focus to get your vehicle back in your hands. All parts ordered by him are quality parts and guaranteed (not sitting on shelves wasting away) so let him get the parts. Trying to save money puts you at risk because he can't and will not guarantee a part he didn't get himself. If you want your car fixed correctly or have a concern about anything wrong with your ride, go see Azad right away.

Honestly this guy is a scammer. He is not efficient I have been to his shop so many times. You would think that he checks everything. But he doesn t. Every time I went there for service on my car he always said I needed extra things to be done. I really thought he was an honest mechanic as I went there numerous times and spent thousands. Mind you, I referred my boyfriend there. He wanted a new engine that iscausing more problems than ever. And now he is spending another thousand or two on it. Don t go there because he is gonna cause you more problems in the long run. I ve already reported him to BBB. I m being so honest in this review and I m not over exaggerating save yourself the headache. I really dislike him and his business 99.9%. I never write reviews. Like NEVER. So do yourself a favor. DON T support this scammer. Go to the dealership you may pay more but it s worth it and you have a warranty in case anything happens.

I started out pep boys in union 22 after being over charged for minimal work and their employee hitting my car with the company's car I went to payless. The service was excellent and the price was lower then expected, I WILL BE BACK!! THANK YOU !!!
