Very bad customer service from the older OG of the shop the old man with the snot dripping down his nose sorry to be rude but he was very nasty to me I went in an emergency chat tire change just to change the tread and get a used tire not the lube he messed up my valve the purposely intentionally he knew I was coming back and he said he want to charge $50 to replace it but he actually tried to charge me $16 for service when he messed up my tire I've never had to fill the tire up I have to go a long way and as soon as I left his driveway I had a flat tire and I had to keep filling it up that's bad service and then he was being very nasty and rude to me because I told him I paid $58 included with tips to his guy to change the tire for a used tire not the lube 3 days in now these people damaged my tire I have to replace a whole new tire it's cracked also they took my sensor piece from the tire to replace it for something else and then try to say it was broken on their behalf they did not give me a receipt or anything the owner was nasty and rude and when the cops came out I was light upon and said that I was very rude and I've never cursed at anyone or curse anyone out I was very respectful civil case

They good I brought some tires from there one of the tires was making a noise but they was willing to change it with no problem are they corrected the problem they gave me no hassle the people work there they're really good and cool

Service was average. I pulled up waited about 20 minutes before anyone said anything. They fixed the tire (there was a nail in it) and put air in the rest for $16 I gave him the 20

My mom just visited this business and he was cursing up while he wants to go home because he wants to go home and he had to change her tire after she just came back from work. He's unprofessional and I highly recommend no one to go here. He also overcharged her to change her tire she normally pays 10 n he charged her 19.00 never again will we visit .

The place to go to get your tire fixed quick.. I like this place; close to home, and down to earth staff always ready to help. thinking about it.. I've been coming to this spot since 2007 of berfore.. over 16+ years thx

The most Horrible experience I have ever they sold me a terrible dummy tire when I have mine I'm my brand new 2018 car & thought I wasn't gonna notice it was a dummy tire & charged me $53.48 telling me to come back the next day to the real tire after I was already charged! He stated insulting me with Spanish not knowing I understand spinach very WELL..! VERY RUDE & I PROFESSIONAL!

I stopped going there. There is one man there, by the way very unfriendly, and always trying to rip you off. I actually left there because of him, will never go back there. Go to Raymond Tires on Broad Street in Newark, that place is better anyway.

They open at 7 am . It didn't take long I was the first customer. They repaired my tire so I didn't have to buy one. That saved me money I appreciated that .
