Commercial truck service shop this close to NYC, and they started working on my Freightliner within one hour of my checking in!!! I think that's unbelievable. I had an A/C failure and needed PM. They did a great job, I was on my way few hours later. They performed a miracle sourcing a special part which was not available from any North American dealer, but they found it at an independent shop using their connections. Great Big THANK YOU

Good morning everyone. I have to tell some things. Yesterday I Had some issues with my air bags. Basically it was valve problem. And the guys put my truck at the shop very fast. I am not person who knows about mechanical problems at all. In 5 minutes they solved the problem. It was just lite thing but they didn t want to charge me for that . I couldn t believe . Great movie from them and All my respect and appreciation. I can recommend for everyone. Definitely will be my choice whenever I am at jersey s area. Best regards

The other reviews said it all. We are located in Connecticut but bring our trucks to Newark Truck Center (2 hours commute each way) and I tell you, it's totally worthy! This is the best truck center I've ever been. All the guys are so nice and helpful, special thanks to Tyler and Mike for accommodating us into their busy schedule and understand that this is the only truck we have and to expedite our repairs at a very reasonable price, highly recommend this place.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Was greeted by a young staffer who explained how I would be helped. Met Mike, the manager, and he immediately had my truck looked at, diagnosed, and repaired. The prices were very fair. He shook my hand and looked me dead in the eye when he was explaining issues with my truck! Recommend highly and definitely will have all of my vehicle maintenance handled by Newark Truck Center!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This place I would rate the best in NJ and probably best in the Tri State. Mike the manger and his team really helped me with my 2007 freightliner. Not only did they help me , they were super honest about the conditions of my truck and what I should & should not do! Real trust worthy place. I honestly would not go anywhere else if you own a semi in the north jersey area! Just my opinion.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

It is not easy to find an honest repair shop these days. We took our International truck to this place for losing coolant with no apparent leak. We talk to Mike, and he took his time and explained every possible cause of the problem. Mike is a very knowledgeable and honest man who is managing a team of professional mechanics. He found and fix the leaking problem at a very reasonable cost. We recommend this place for any truck issues. At this place, you are not going to be swindled like many other repair shops. I just want to thank Mike and his team of professionals at Newark Truck Center. I went in there with a nox code on a 2016 Freightliner Cascadia. The boys got right on it. They went above and beyond anything I expected. They have a class A group of resources between that and their own expertise. They were able to get me up and running. It turned out to be a broken wire in the main harness which is not an easy problem to get a hold of. Their prices were extremely fair and they showed me they were above the standard repair facility. I would recommend them to my friends and anyone in need of a repair. Excellent and well trained mechanics. Came in and they took my truck in right away and were able to pinpoint the issue right away. Kept me on par with all the repair items and gave me options for parts. Great to do business with these people.

Mike and Junior and the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional. The stars speak for themselves. I have been to many truck repair shops before and I can tell you they are the most fair, hard working and honest workers I have ever come across.

Very honest Mike got me a look through the truck, gave me his honest opinion and seem to be very trust worthy plus seems to know what can he do and can't he do as far as jobs. Very helpful. I would recommend going to Mike for any truck issues and expert advice.

I would like to appreciate the guys at Newark Truck Center, from Mike Junior and the whole team. This place is extremely professional and genuine.My truck was giving me problems with the DPF system , it kept on flashing the stop engine and check engine light. My boss researched about the place and after a conversation with Mike, he advised me to take the truck there. I was in ATL having this issue and had to drive all the way to NJ. Guys this was worth the drive .They did a thorough computer diagnostic, to find the exact problem. They removed and cleaned the dpf filter which was extremely clogged, i also has to get my EGR valve replaced which the did. this guys know exactly what they are doing.Mike takes care of the place extraordinarily well to which everyone in the team are extremely amazing.Work done:-DPF filter cleaned-EGR valve replaced-Thorough computer diagnostic

I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSSINESS WITH THESE GUYS FOR FOUR MONTHS NOW GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS ALL THE MECHANICS ARE NICE GUYS AS THE ARE WORKING THEY ARE EXPLAINING TO YOU WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR TRUCK TELLING YOU WHAT PARTS YOU NEED AND HOW MUCH THEY COST THERE PRICES ARE REASONABLE YOU WONT LEAVE MAD OR FELL LIKE YOU BEEN BEAT SEE JR OR MIKE

Brought an international dump truck in with a broken air tank valve. The service manager Mike had the truck in the shop and paperwork started within minutes. All said and done 45 minutes and I was back on the road.
