I had damage from a recent accident. Although the repair was superficial, Manny and crew were thorough with the parts,paint and alignment. They even cleaned my interior. HIGHLY recommend! Expeditious, thorough and meticulous!

Such an amazing experience. Very professional staff and precision labor. I had got rear ended and it looked bad but when I picked up my car it looked better then when I had bought off the dealership. They even detected hidden problems from the accident that I haven t even considered such as the accident also affecting the dislocation of my headlights so they pay a deep attention to detail in their work. Anyone looking for a collision repair shop, look no further because this shop has the skill and experience to fix it. And as If this wasn t enough they have the Hertz rental service in the shop so you don t even have to go somewhere else to rent a car , it removes the hassle of pickup up and returning the rental. They are a very friendly and caring team of mechanics, I continue to come here for any repairs or services as they always make sure that everything is top quality and genuine OEM parts. They made sure my Mercedes Benz looked brand new once they were done with it. They took care of all the insurance coordination and made the whole process easy. I also got a nice rental car from the close by location.

Great service and great results; I brought my car in to get fixed up after someone side wiped my car leaving the front quarter panel scratched-up and dented, Manny and his team fixed it up and made it look brand new. Excellent business! Tiago fixed new damage from an attempted theft as well as old dents, returning the car better than when I got it-all for an incredibly reasonable price! Very fair, communicative, and friendly staff! I was involved in a car accident and the insurance company referred me to this shop for repairs. I couldn't have been referred to a better shop. The person in charge of my repairs - Manny, was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair, in addition he also communicated timely with the insurance company to extend my loaner car rental as needed. He was very kind and well spoken. I will be choosing and recommending this shop in the future whenever needed. Good job guys.

I had a accident with my car last week and Tiago and his team at the shop did a fantastic job on my car. They fixed dents that weren t even part of the claim plus as a bonus they got my car inspected for another two years. Awesome job. I recommend them for any type of collision you have with your car. My experience with Newark Auto Body & Service was SUPERB. My car was hit while parked. Manny made the whole process so easy with his excellent costumer service skills and empathy. He eased my worries and anxiety by making sure my car was 200%. The work on my car was immaculate as if nothing had ever happened to it. This is my second time trusting Tiago and his team with my car, and I had another great experience. They are meticulous to get your car restored back to its original condition. They work directly with insurance, so it takes off that stress from you having to do it. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and let me know when insurance was causing the delay. I had many deep scratches on my passenger side and now you would never even know. The lifetime warranty on the paint/work is another piece of mind in the event that it were to bubble/peel/etc. I even think they cleaned the inside of my car prior to me picking it up because I don t remember it being that clean on the inside. It s truly the little details that matter.In the event that something happens to my car again, I will choose Newark Autobody again and again. You can tell they all enjoy what they do and will do whatever it takes for their customers.

I highly recommend Newark Auto Body & Service - this place was just the best!I got hit and my car had to be repaired. Manny took my repair case and helped me with everything, Manny made sure:- I understood the estimate; he took the time unlike other places to guide me- His assistance was available when calling my car insurance- The car rental was suitable to my needs (Hertz is also located in the same building)- To be there every step of the wayOverall, I m very happy with having chosen this place because their Customer Service was outstanding. You really feel taken care of. Today, I got my car back and the work was beautifully done!

So glad I brought my car to this place!Tiago was super kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Him and Christian made my 2015 Honda look like as sparkly as brand new! As a woman so nice to have a place where I can bring my car without worrying about anything. -A couple days before I drop my car for repair, I lost my credit card and couldn't find it. Turns out it was in my car and they just place it in my drink holder . A little things like that makes the whole experience so worthy. Confidently, highly recommend this place! I just finished picking up my car from repair after a damaged passenger door. My service from start to finish was exceptional! My advisor Tiago was very knowledgeable and always reachable. They showed care in the repair of my vehicle and took the time to do the job right the first time around. The repairs were done in appropriate time and not to mention super clean in the interior when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to my family and friends. Highly recommend the place. Worked with Manny to repair a Q7 that was t-boned. It looked good as new at the end. The speed was a little slow, but so is everything these days. Even though he's very very busy, Manny still pays full attention when dealing with a customer, very patient and detail oriented. Sometimes it takes a bit of tracking down given how busy he is. You can tell he likes to personally make sure things are done right. In fact, there was a little issue after the repair, and Manny went above and beyond to make it right, to stand behind the quality of their work.Service: Body & Trim

Manny and the team did a fantastic job with my 2008 Audi A4 wagon! I had a couple of dents that were fixed but also minor dents and dings were also fixed! The car looks completely brand new. 10/10 Customer Service10/10 Quality of Repair10/10 Quality of Paint WorkLet me start by saying I had 2 cars repaired here during the same time frame. Both came out phenomenal! I had work done on my Honda and on my Ford Mustang parts replaced, dents removed, paint repaired or completely replaced and it looks as good if not better than new.Tiago really cares about each and every car/customer that comes into the shop and ensures all work is done properly and with care.The location is perfectly fine as they have a huge lot with lots of fencing and protection from the outside elements.

I recently had my car repaired at Newark Auto Body. The customer service from the beginning was excellent. I did everything through my insurance which is complicated enough, but Thiago made it so easy! It was smooth sailing from dropping off the car and picking it up. The service itself was great too. They went above and beyond and the car was sparkly clean when I picked it up. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an auto body without any problems. =) Good job guys!!!!!!

Let me say this, Newark Auto Body Saved me!!!I was in a car accident back in May, took my car to a shop of a friend who said he'd opened a black owned auto body shop in Mt. Vernon, NY. 2 months later, I got my car back from that shop still not completely fixed! The entire front was not aligned, steering wheel wasn't set properly, transmission leaking, I could go on and on.I called my insurance company, sent videos, pictures everything and my car was lit up like a tree! Every light still on in the car like it was never fixed!The insurance company recommended me to go to Newark Auto Body and when I tell you they fixed my car to perfection. They were open, honest, fair, and if they couldn't do something, they knew to call the dealership to get it done!I never expected to go through something like this, however NAB SERIOUSLY HELPED ME!!!! I'M FOREVER GRATEFUL!

I had to bring our car to Newark Auto Body for repairs after a car accident. Tiago worked directly with my insurance company, explained the whole process to me in a clear and timely manner, and had my vehicle fixed earlier than expected. The car parts which needed repair look as good as new. They detailed my car after the repair, and kept my kids entertained with a fun movie while we waited to pick it up and process payment :)I had to go back to check some minor issues with my reverse camera sensor and tail lights, which were both checked and fixed within an hour and 45 minutes. I highly recommend Newark Autobody Shop for the quality of their repair work and excellent customer service.

My car was hit and It needed repairs. Went here due to the reviews and I was not let down. Manny is a master at his craft. His team made my car look brand new, you would of never guess it was involved in an accident. I strongly recommend anyone see Manny for body work. Fantastic shop! I was referred to them after filing a claim through Liberty Mutual and I'm so happy to now have Tiago and team as a local resource.Fast response times, quick and expert repairs, friendly and attentive staff. I felt very well taken care of and would recommend to anyone in the area.Also great that they are an on-site Hertz rental location, just in case!

Newark Auto body and service is one amazing shop. I wasn't sure what to expect but when I picked up my car I was in shock. I thought I was leaving a car lot with a brand new vehicle. Everyone was beyond professional and did there absolute best to make sure you we completely satisfied. From here on out this is the only shop I will trust with my car. Thank you guys so much. Newark Auto Body did an excellent job on my Hyundai Sonata. I had more damage under my damaged bumper and they fixed it all with no problem. My car looks better than it did before I bought it from the dealer! On top of that Tiago was a great help and kept me updated with my repairs. Everyone should definitely come to Newark Auto Body for car repairs.

This is a must go to auto body shop/service in Newark, Manny and the rest of the workers there have been working extremely hard to make sure all their customers are well satisfied with their vehicles once it s completely done and I gotta tell you... my Honda Civic LX coupe came out looking beautiful like it was a brand new car, I was surprised in a good way. Manny have been keeping me well informed and updated throughout the whole process of my car getting repaired and I m highly satisfied with the look of how my car came out when I picked it up! Just know y all won t be disappointed bringing your vehicles here for maintenance/auto body repairs, I will be back here once again!
