I recently had some mechanical issues with my car and decided to take it to MC. I have to say, it was one of the best decisions I could have made. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.First of all, the staff at the shop were incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the various options available to me. I never felt rushed or like I was being pushed into doing something I wasn't comfortable with.The service itself was fantastic as well. The technicians were clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they were able to diagnose and fix my car's issues quickly and efficiently. They also kept me updated throughout the process, so I always knew what was happening with my car.Lastly, the prices at MC were extremely fair. I was expecting to pay a lot of money for the repairs my car needed, but the final bill ended up being much lower than I anticipated. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain the costs to me as well.Overall, I would highly recommend Motor City ( or MC I call it) to anyone in need of quality auto repair services. Their friendly and professional staff, skilled and efficient technicians, and fair prices really set them apart from other auto repair shops I've been to in the past.Service: Body & Trim

Estimate on the spot and they accept any and all forms of payment. They defiantly stand behind there work and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. They have been in business for over 30 years! That alone means a ton.

This place is truly phenomenal. My father recommended it after he suffered an accident and they completely repaired his car at a similar situation happened to me with my car completely repaired under a month. You can tell the passionate care they try to help me with my insurance and a rental vehicle. I have to be honest they treated me like family and that's what I want when I go to a business Instead of a money pit. Thank you and continue the great work!Service: Body & Trim

These people go above and beyond and get the job done correctly. Mario was extremely helpfull and got the job done. Manny is extremely DETAILED LIKE ME and goes over everything that you let him know you need done and does a 360 walk around with you, with the car, to make sure the car leaves the way you expected. Great Place to get your car done - the price is unmatched in the area and the owners are great people. The front desk is very helpful. They have been in business for over 30 years and continue to have the same employees year after year. In our day in age that shows me that the employees are treated well which is very important to me. I highly recommend bringing your car here.

I don t normally write reviews but I had to have some time off my hands for this one. I got put on to this shop by a mutual friend and honestly, I am SO happy they worked with my car. This is honestly THE place to go for your car damages. Their customer service was 10/10. Which is really rare to find in Newark lol. Customer service, their work, everythin is amazing in this place. I can not wait to put all my people on here. You won t regret havin your cat fixed by them ! They are the people to go to and trust ! Thank you so much Ana and Manny for your service.
